We booked a package at this hotel which includes a 3 night stay including breakfast and 2-day movie park ticket, and tickets to Lego discovery center and sealife.
The staff is super friendly and the hotel has two restaurants connected to it which all seem to be part of the hotel.
The room we got was street side so you should be able to handle street sounds or request another room since the hotel is next to a main road through the city.
The beds were fine but we had to request thinner blankets since the standard blankets seem to be made for people that cannot handle cold weather.
The breakfast buffet was nice, which includes bread, meat, cheese, eggs, condiments and much more. There was definitely enough to pick to eat that even our picky daughter ate enough.
The lobby are includes some board games and there seem to be DVDs though we didn’t use those since we were out and about all day.

All joking aside, it was a fantastic, clean, and well located spot for our eurocup game in geltenkircen. Service was fantastic but beds are an acquired “degree of hardness” and the glass box shower next to the toilet was…amusing.

The standard room we were in was quite dirty. Hair in the bathroom drain. Breakfast buffet was amazing though.
Came here in 2018 and stayed in a junior suite that time and the room was super clean.
So I was a bit disappointed.

A beautiful, modern & clean hotel. We had a upgrade from the hotel for the night which was a good surprise, there was free ice-cream for our boys whenever they wanted and the service was perfect, the staff was vriendly and helpful.
Also very clean and neat from the terrace till the bathroom! We are very happy with our stay and are thinking the coming year to visit Oberhausen again and stay here again :)

Exactly as described. Beds were amazing with memory foam mattress pads. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary but the restaurant, hotel lobby, rooms and bar are very nice. I’ve paid twice as much for half of what you get here.

I give it 2 stars do to the lack of service and poor job housekeeping did. During my week visit (my boyfriend was there for two months) they took our dirty towels but did not replace them, I had to ask. I also requested a change of linens and vacuuming after 4 days, I noticed they were not doing a quick vacuum daily. They were not even wiping the glasses /cups in the room. After I requested attention the housekeeping got worse. I have worked in the service industry for 7+ years and I know it's not hard to clean a hotel room, but apparently it is.
I will say 26/2-28/2 the lady who cleaned are room did a great job!! Even made the towels look nice instead of just throwing them in the tub.
I did ike the junior suite we are in, love the electric shutters!! The bath is amazing. The front desk staff is friendly but the other guest are your typical rude Europeans. Constantly staring at you while eating breakfast because you speak English, I have to say the German staff was a bit rude one day(maybe she was having a bad day) but the Dutch costumers were extremely rude/annoying.Breakfast was good and nice staff. I love the modern hotel and free video rental!

Very good price if compared to quality level. It has a good restaurant and areas to chill out (indoor and outdoor). There is a pub just aside.

Spend a night here with my wife and 3 daughters.. was perfect we had a double room (with a door in between) for a more than fair price. Service was great, friendly staff, Nice bathroom with an excellent showerhead. Good beds, and loads of choise at breakfast. Would defenitly reccomend

Stayed at PHO with m6 family and a few friends in 2 double rooms. Everyone was quite surprised when we walked into our room. The personal note from the staff was very thoughtful. The rooms were very well equipped and we experienced no problems. For dinner we decided to try out the in-house restaurant and that was also a most pleasant surprise. At first we weren't sure about the menu but we took a chance and the dishes were incredible.
This was a stay we will never forget. Already recommended the hotel to my friends.

The room was very nice and the restaurant had some amazing food. Too bad most of the staff did not speak english.
