Great hotel, very nice any tidy rooms with working air-con. Absolutely can't fault it for that price. £15 hotel car park at the back.

I do - however - usually sleep on my belly and without a pillow... thus I require an unusually hard mattress (which is almost never available anywhere). The world apparently consists of "back-sleepers" only. ;-)

I booked 2 days in your hotel the night of 28 to 29 and the night of 29 to 30,
The first thing is that the person for my first day told me i have to pay 85 euro, but when i saw online in the website it was only 65 euro, the second day i found other person which could book for me with paying cash with 65 euro instead of asking of 85,
The sexond booking in the morning of 30 september a girl employer entered to the room without knocking and infringed my privacy , and when i talked to her she said you have to put the infopaper "nich storen" but im not aware of this, no body told me that i have to put nicht storen info in the door.
So i complain about this two persons i come as tourist to dortmund and i will not book again in your hotel because of the behavioir of this two persons.

I booked this place because it said it had parking. I did not expect the hotel parking to be free. However, when I got there they told me you have to book the parking in advance and that I can park in the paid parking across the boulevard which costs only 16 EUR / day. It ended up costing 31 EUR for 10 hours.

When I got to my car early in the morning, I opened the trunk of my rental car. MY SUITE CASE WAS STOLEN. TOTALLY REMOVED. YES I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. MY CAR WAS IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. I WAS TOLD I COULD PARK THERE IN PLAIN SITE OF THE RECEPTION.

Went to watch the football so the hotel was in a good location. It's about a 30-minute walk. You can get a train from the airport to the Dortmund station, which is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is in the centre so everything is within walking distance. Rooms are nice, the hotel is clean and I would recommend it for a short stay. Breakfast looked poor so went to a local cafe which was better value

Facilities: The room is neither too big nor too small, and it is not disposable. You have prepared your own slippers and toothbrush adapters. There was no problem with washing the bedding and so on. The buffet is 10.5 euros, which is a great value.
Hygiene: No problem, Room service is changed every day.
Environment: Very good. There is a supermarket Netto nearby and the Shopping mall can be reached within ten minutes on foot. There is also a Chinese restaurant opened by a Northeastern lady. When choosing a room, you can add in the remarks: quiet room/back room. We will choose a room that is close to the parking lot and is not noisy. The key point!

I booked it for one night as I was looking for a good, cheap place to stay. €49 in a standard double room without breakfast was perfectly fine. Rooms clean and spacious, unfortunately a bit noisy when housekeeping starts to move the beds at 8 o'clock in the morning and clean the rooms loudly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't try breakfast, but it smelled delicious when I walked past after checking out. There is a small vending machine in the lobby. Plus points for compliance with the Corona rules! I would come again :)
