The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and polite.
The price was excellent.
Great access to bus, tram, bikes, and scooters.
Close to the industrial area, which makes it perfect for business trips.
Breakfast quality and variety were also good.
I just don’t understand why hotels don’t provide slippers.
Also, my room didn’t have a fridge.

Overall it's not bad, but the level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired: during our three weeks of stay the floor was not washed even once.

The standard of domestic convenient hotels, overall clean and tidy. But the room is relatively small, and the aisle is a bit narrow when a large suitcase is spread out. There is nothing to eat around. It is suitable for a two-day business trip

Decent hotel for the price we paid..however the location is not that great quiet a distance to the nearest bus station and the bus station which is nearby has buses after a long time and the train station is a kilometre away.. apart from that its a fine place if you just wanna relax and be at the hotel for a longer time.. nice lobby .. checkin agent let us store our bags in the. Luggage room since we arrive slightly earlier

The bugs that other reviews say were not in my room, but it smell terrible. I brought my own freshener, but it was not enough to cover the smell.
Lack of soundproof. I can hear people snoring.

The room facilities are too simple, the mattress is too soft and my waist is very tired when sleeping, the carpet is very dirty, the hotel interior is very simple, not suitable for travel and living for more than 2-3 days; the front desk staff is cold and unenthusiastic, it is five bus stops away from the train station and a 6-minute walk from the supermarket.

Hotel for stopover from Germany to Belgium.
Rooms and service are fine.
Free parking under or next to hotel would be an added value.

Really nice front desk, cheap pizzas on order till ten. No ice at the front desk but very convenient from the main HBF, walking distance from the mainz nord train station on s8 (it comes to the first floor of the mainz hbf at track one, it is one stop and about four minutes
