We stayed here for 6 nights when we were there for a business. It’s one of the best hotels I have ever been in Germany for its price. It has very modern and big rooms. The breakfast was great. It has a very specious, 2 floor , closed parking space so you won’t have trouble finding a spot. It has a very nice gym with adequately equipped. There are many shops and Wiesbaden main station in a walking distance. Even though it was very far away from where our business was , it was a very pleasant experience staying there.

Really surprised by this hotel. There's air con in the room, the breakfast is great with long hours, it's close to the train station and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Just moved to Germany. Flew in to FRA. Left the airport really tired and e little strung out. Wanted a place in Wiesbaden easy to reach from Frankfurt. Picked the Best Western because of location and price. It was a fortunate selection. The customer service was spectacular, they allowed our dog, had a lovely bar area, offered a lunch menu, and had the best breakfast offerings I have ever experienced. It’s close to the train station and some lovely neighborhoods with nice restaurants. Like Singh’s Tandoori Restaurant. Seriously great food. Go there.
Once we are settled, we’ll come back for a weekend or two in Wiesbaden and stay at the BW.

Stayed here for 2 nights for work meetings. We had 3 rooms.
The hotel looks good, but it is very hard to find. The taxi driver did like 4 rounds around the building before dropping us. We had to do one level of stairs to get to reception.
The person in reception wasn't friendly at all. For 3 hours early arrival, we had to pay 15 euro per room..... Come on.... The room was ready.... BAD SERVICE
we got the rooms. Nice and spacious. Shower not strong at all.
We came back after a full day of work and the rooms hasn't been cleaned, towels in the floor, beds not made. Tried to call and the phone wasn't working.
Next day ask the reception. "in this hotel you need to ask to get your room fixed" come on??? Is this the only hotel in the world with this policy????
No mention of this policy on check in, in any place in the room.

So I’ve stayed in Best Western hotels in 3 different continents, and for the most part they are ok. 3 stars is the norm. And this hotel is about the same, except they really try to do everything right. 24hr gym, not very big but adequate, clean and hardly used. The lobby is unique with its old leather chairs and couches, and the bar is open 24/7. The breakfast buffet is top notch and quite large for a hotel of this size. The rooms while a little small were quiet and clean. But the real reason I gave this place 5 stars is for the staff. And I mean all of them. I had an unfortunate family situation and had to stay for over 3 weeks, and the entire staff was beyond excellent. Probably the best Best Western I’ve ever been in. Well done!

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Decent rooms and nice amenities. Great location; short walk from the main train station. Tasty breakfast buffet.
