Best Western Hotel Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden

I stayed here with my wife for 4 nights on a conference. While I did not choose this hotel ahead, I was very pleased with the organizers’ recommendation.

The hotel is located 5 minutes on foot from the main train station (fully no-step access, for your wheelchair or wheely-bags) and about 15 minutes from the historical center (Cathedral) at a brisk walk - or there are buses.

The hotel is modern, friendly and dependable. The room was sufficiently spacious, with full-height windows (lots of natural light), good bedding and a long bench/desk with chairs to work at. Many plugs posted properly around (key-card activated). All ok with the shower-loo. Bear in mind the warnings posted about the hot water being very hot - it is!

There is no minibar / fridge, but there is a vending machine at -1 level (coins only) or their bar which is decently priced.

Breakfast had some hot options (including American pancakes, eggs of several kinds, sausage, bacon) and many cold ones, mostly sandwich material.

I once again fell in love with the German bread culture (including bretzel bread) that they fully represent here. Also, the breakfast hours are to be applauded (to 12 on weekends!!) and very civilized.

Overall, I would definitely return if in Wiesbaden.

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, and the location is quiet. For Germany, the breakfast is quite substantial.

Great hotel and friendly staff.
Underground parking available and parking outside for taller vehicles.
The only issue was the condition of the bathroom glasses which had see better days (please see the photos of the cracks in the blue glasses).

Overall very good experience, I travelled there for work and all was good and the hotel was well located near the train station. The hotel is very new so all look good and modern. The breakfast was also nice.

It's close to Wiesbaden Central Station and within walking distance of the city center. The interior is new and the staff are friendly.

This hotel is perfectly located two blocks from the Wiesbaden Main train station. The service is top notch and the breakfast is the best I have experienced in hotels. Fresh food and full type breakfast.
We arrived at 0940 and were able to check in early without additional cost. The staff in this hotel goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. We stayed here while visiting our son who is stationed in the near Army base and were able to visit many places in Germany by taking the train near by. Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was very good, with only two minor criticisms:
1. The mattress was worn.
2. The rolls were stale and not crispy.

We stayed here for 6 nights when we were there for a business. It’s one of the best hotels I have ever been in Germany for its price. It has very modern and big rooms. The breakfast was great. It has a very specious, 2 floor , closed parking space so you won’t have trouble finding a spot. It has a very nice gym with adequately equipped. There are many shops and Wiesbaden main station in a walking distance. Even though it was very far away from where our business was , it was a very pleasant experience staying there.

Really surprised by this hotel. There's air con in the room, the breakfast is great with long hours, it's close to the train station and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
