Pros: location just a few metres from the centre of Wiesbaden. If you need a place to stay near the action, this hotel is a relatively affordable option. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent with lots of sweet and savoury options. Comfortable seating/lounge area by the lobby with books and ability to order drinks.
Cons: the hotel feels run-down. The carpet had lots of stains, both in the hallway and in the room. Bedding and pillows are far from luxurious. Room had very little place to hang up clothes or wet towels. More hooks on the wall would be helpful. But the worst part is that the bathroom takes up most of one side of the room, and the entire wall and door of the bathroom are translucent. If you are staying with another person, there is absolutely no bathroom privacy. The shower did not have anywhere to place toiletries.
I stayed for 4 nights and I probably would have chosen a different hotel had I known about these various discomforts, but as a place to lay your head, this hotel does the trick.

EDIT: After staying here for over 15 times in 11 years, you stopped serving fruit salad! What is going on?!? Please, bring it back, some of us don’t eat eggs, cheese and cold cuts for breakfast. So disappointed…
Five stars for the location, cleanliness and staff service. Yes, the rooms are not very big, but this is a business hotel so I didn’t expect spacious suites. I have stayed here more than ten times and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very kind and helpful. Recommended!

probably the worst hotel i’ve stayed at in terms of amenities but the staff are amazing and the best part of staying here. please give them all a raise. the dude at the reception was helpful, the cleaning lady was so sweet and the lady working breakfast service was beyond lovely. many of them are immigrant workers carrying this establishment on their shoulders, i hope they are treated well and paid fairly.

Great location, good breakfast and affordable. However the bedrooms were cold, wifi was intermittent, single duvets even on a double bed, and no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Personally I wouldn’t stay again.

Nice rooms, but the room we stayed had a semi transparent toilet which is not private as you think. The breakfast is enough. For this location it can bee good for short trips but for long stays, prefer chain hotels known for their luxury

Amazing staff and extremely clean. The bathroom has a somewhat translucent wall that is a bit odd to be honest. Great spot for exploring this awesome town! There is a wonderful Italian restaurant right next door too!

Walls are paper thin, you hear everything from everyone. Strange blanket just for one person despite being a king bed. Not repeating

It was the Most terrible Hotel i have ever hat. We booked this Hotel for the Sauna but the Sauna ist defect as we checked in. The receptionist hat said sorry that is it. the rooms was really too small for a couple. What has disturbed me mostly is that bathroom has a Glass door which cannot easily get closed or openned. The window in bathroom should stay closed because it is locked with a key. We are really really :( it was once and never again

Cute little room. Very happy with the cleanliness and the WiFi. Around tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Neither of the receptionists were incredibly friendly, but still did everything asked.
