We stayed here for a concert at E-Werk. We travel from the US and had a great stay.

So clean.
Suoer clean hotel and room , great value, large room, friendly staff. Located on the edge of Saarbrucken but close to city centre. Easy to find, parking across the road. Not much amenities close to the hotel but great for a one night stay whike travelling.

You wouldn't expect such a beautiful hotel in this location. Everything about it was wonderful. Very clean, Big room, modern bathroom. Service was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was very nice.

If you are looking for the full Swiss Experience then hotel crystal is the place to be! Perfectly located in the heart of Lausanne shops, sites, and only a short metro ride to the beautiful Lac Leman!
An extraordinary few on the balcony for breakfast along with a buffet of food all locally made. (Can’t find that anywhere else) A perfect way to start the day off!
The rooms are super clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. It is the type of place that makes you feel at home and secure. You can feel they have a passion for hospitality. You don’t want to miss out on stay at Hotel Crystal!

Travelling with the family, we went for the superior apartment. While spacious, the one assigned to us was on the ground floor facing the road (keep your blinds closed) and unevenly heated (in the heat of the summer, aircon only reaching one bedroom, and a portable fan was put in the other). Could have been better.
The location is quite far from the city center and opposite a bus deposit.
Friendly and welcoming staff!
I'd rate it ok if you're in transit through the city (as it was the case for us), but would consider similarly priced options closer to the city center for an extended stay.

The price is right, however, to complain about may that no strangers enter the room. So you have to book for a 5 minute visit to a double room.

A rel. simple but clean Hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful and also to the late hour. Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate in a nice atmosphere. To recommend for the WE with the family or for business people without any restrictions.
