Really nice hotel. Delicious breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic area. My family and I especially enjoyed the splash center and the bike ride. around the hotel and places around

It is the perfect weekend getaway for both family and friends. The resort boasts a fantastic indoor playground that quickly became my kid's favorite spot

The enormous pool is a highlight as well, staying warm even in the winter, which made for a delightful swim. The friendly staff and excellent amenities make this a destination we'll be returning to again and again

Unfortunately, there is no possibility of getting dinner on site without having booked half board in advance. Swimming pool very cold and the outdoor saunas closed. Breakfast balanced and plentiful

It's quite alright but the indoor playground could use some upgrades, too. Worst part was the staff though. Be it at the hotel or the pool area. Most of them are rather standoffish and some downright weird

We can recommend it again and again, we had an apartment and it was not only very clean but also very spacious, even though we were only there to sleep and otherwise just out and about

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water

Great team, our special wishes were completely fulfilled and we had a complete island tour "R" without Strahlsund, but with the island of Vilm and Mönchgut (with Thiessow, Baabe, Sellin, Granitz Castle and Binz

we spent 3 nights in the hotel. the spa area is the best part of it - warm water, a few saunas. i didn’t like the plastic plants and the overroasted beacon

You get full and that's the most important thing. In the evenings we always went swimming, it was fun because you could walk through the garage in your bathrobe and it was well signposted

The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters

Right on the beach and the pool area is fantastic. We stayed in an apartment which was well equipped with everything you need. It's quite a walk to town but on a warm summer evening, that is fine

Great hotel in very good location The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts

Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear)

But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade

For what it is, it's wonderful. 3-star hotels come with limitations- found some other reviews quite harsh, considering the price point of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean

Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service

Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub

I don't 5 star often at all and I have reviewed over 200 hotels and resorts but this one deserves the ratings. Be aware though some of the paperwork says 10am checkout but it is actually 11am

Beautiful spa with amazing facilities. The buffet which was €27 was absolutely delicious and very well priced. The people that work are very helpful and courteous

Great room and location but the cleaning is not real, they don’t really clean the rooms or change the sheets and no vacuuming so the rooms will get sandy even if you ask for cleaning they don’t do it properly and no vacuuming! Small pool but okay also The sauna and pool is kind of dated!

The breakfast was always very good. The staff was always very nice and helpful. The areas were always clean and tidy. I can only recommend the hotel. If there is one, we will definitely come again

Lived at Arkona Strandrecidenzen connected to the hotel and only had the breakfast buffet here every morning for a week. It was great!!! We enjoyed it very much

The spa in the basement was not to big, but enough. The restaurant serves very good food and the breakfast had everything. The women in the the breakfast-restaurant are the best. and so are the front desk staff

This hotel is close to perfect. Great facilities and service above normal. The location could not have been better. The room we got was bigger than ecpected with full equipment

I don’t have anything bad to say - which is a really good review. The staff were lovely, so welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was really nice with comfortable beds, and soundproofed walls

Staff (Especially Reception) was incredibly nice and always smiling. rooms are clean and as shown in pictures. Also amazing kitchen.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff are super friendly and efficient. We had a room with a balcony facing away from the sea, but in the end it was in the sun all day and was quiet at night

What makes this place exceptional is it's 100% dedication to service, although the one male member we encountered still has to take some lessons in this regard, but I am sure that with - female - guidance - he will eventually get there too!

I was also impressed by the leisure options. The spa area, the swimming pool and the fitness room were in very good condition and rounded off my stay perfectly

I recently had the opportunity to spend 10 days at the Travel Charme Kurhaus Binz, a hotel with a rich history and personality, located on the spectacular Rügen Island, specifically in the Binz area

We were passing here and a space opened up in a fab beach chair so we popped in for a couple of drinks and to admire the view from the terrace. Ended up sharing a delicious club sandwich as well

I am very conflicted about this hotel! It has many very good points: a nice spa with pool, whirlpool, sauna. The best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. But there is two big buts: No airconditioner in the room

Perfect location. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately no Air conditioner. But you can close the curtain during sunny times to keep the room temperature cool.

Had breakfast guests at the house for my wife's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of the buffet and everything that came with it. Very nice, welcoming and friendly staff

The hotel is highly recommended. However, it is recommended to book the hotel only after the coronation events are fully completed!. The underground car park is very narrow

Spent 3 nights here, very pleased. The rooms are very clean and modern. You can hear any conversation outside through the courtyard, but it didn't bother us too much

Clean and well organised, the apartments were awesome especially with the big windows and terrace. If you have kids take the apartment. Happy to stay here.

My review refers to a “country-style” double room. The rather small room was equipped with very low beds with sharp edges that could establish a risk of injury. There is a lack of storage space for suitcases

The cleaning of the living room and bathroom was perfect. The service was also correct. Noteworthy is the excellent breakfast, the wellness area and the shuttle service from the train station

We stayed 5 nights and had a great experience. Location is great, very nice and clean rooms, and super friendly staff. Lotta restaurant is a perfect addition to the hotel.

The food at the very romantic restaurant is very good with helpful staff and smiling. You should definitely book a spa treatment and Sandra with her magical hands could relax my head pain and neck stiffness

We love the hotel staff, who at one time were the only hotel who took us in in the middle of the night after another hotel on the island turned us away. The staff was also super accommodating for our dog

It was a holiday apartment, very nice landlord and the whole organization and scheduling worked perfectly. Schuldt has taken care of very nice. Rügen is always worth a visit

Location in a small and quiet town provides the rest and variety of attractions in the surrounding area gives you real choice of walking, biking, sightseeing, water sports and ship tours

Good restaurant offers nice breakfasts and other meals (there are also other restaurants just around the corner). Rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds

Overall everything was there, very good value for money, some car noise at night, as there is through traffic on the road

Hotel Alexa provides the atmosphere of relaxation and is a great place for active resting on Rugen Island

The hotel looks great from the outside, but not to my taste on the inside. The mattresses were much too soft for us (but we didn't say anything because we were only there for 3 days)

A large family-run hotel that offers everything you need. Fine is the pool, fitness and location right on the beach. The rooms are relatively well designed. The bathrooms are rather small

Very nice quiet hotel with great access to the sea 🌊 (5 minutes) breakfast sufficient and good. Restaurant very tasty but only with reservation. What is negative is that there is no way to hang up wet swimwear

Every year again .....! We ate well again. The Corona rules are strictly adhered to. Reservation is urgently required.

The bathroom is too small and there is no balcony or terrace

€ 15 extra per person for breakfast, but it was good and had a lot of choice. You couldn't go to the restaurant spontaneously, only if you made a reservation, but when I go on an excursion I can't say when I'll be back

What can I say, it was kind of a strange hotel. The 3 stars because the staff was very nice. Although parking spaces were free, we were not allowed to park at the hotel. The rooms are tiny and winding

Proximity to the beach was great. The room was simply furnished and smelled very musty. The drain in the bathroom smelled really bad. Breakfast was ok but too expensive
