Overall a great hotel in a good location. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was outstandingly friendly. We were able to check in a few hours early which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicicous with a lot of food options, I also loved that it was offered till noon on Sundays.
The only negative aspect is that the bathroom is a bit outdated and used, was not perfectly clean and doesn't have ventilation. For the price we paid I would expect a bathroom in better condition.

Reception, guest services, and all the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful! We had an issue with our fan/AC and it was fixed asap. The rooms were clean but the beds were not as comfortable as we would’ve liked but we still got good rest. Would recommend this hotel!!

Super nice hotel! Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet at night. All you can eat rest for breakfast was really nice too. The staff was really nice and welcoming during my entire stay. Price for value felt amazing.

My friend and I had a fantastic experience. Everything about our stay was superb. The rooms were clean, modern and very tidy. The service was superb and we were made to feel very welcome. The location was convenient and a walkable distance to the city centre. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel to Berlin and we would definitely stay again!

Great hotel with great price - quality ratio.
We are regulars at this hotel, and over the years, the service and hotel have been great. It is conveniently located. When we go to Berlin, this hotel is our main choice.
This time, there were some issues at check-in. However, a special shout out to the manager on duty, Mahmoud W., who solved these issues swiftly and appropriately.
We look forward to our next stay!

The location was good, the staff was friendly and efficient.
The room was ok, but some of the items in it were a bit too worn. The bed was really good and I really liked the duvet I got and the bedsheets.
We asked for 2 extra duvets as neither we or our children can share one. One of them was a really worn down duvet. The down in it was almost dust.
The breakfast was pretty awesome. Great variety and quality.
So all in all a great experience :)

Very happy with this location. Have stayed here previously and brought my family back for a city break. We were very well looked after by Anjana and Hummi in the bar. They were very accommodating for our poor German and went over and beyond to ensure our party were satisfied. Very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy. Will definitely be using this hotel when back in Berlin for business or family.

Great stay, within waking distance to the main attractions. The staff are competent, friendly and efficient. We had dinner at the restaurant, our waiter, Hagen, made the experience truly outstanding with quick and friendly service. The food and drinks served were also delicious.

Amazing hotel from NH! Visited Berlin for a weekend and this hotel made my stay enjoyable! I had trouble traveling to Berlin but the hotel was accommodating and allowed me to check in later. The room was nice and comfortable for a one person stay. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to downtown (checkpoint Charlie) and there are plenty of public transit stops nearby to get you anywhere you need to go. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great! Shout-out to Lal for the wonderful service! The bar was also great. They had the Euro cup playing on their TVs and the atmosphere was great. NH has great hotels. If you're visiting Berlin and need a good place to stay, check out this hotel or any hotel from NH.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Super close to a lot of different attractions making them within walking distance, nearby shopping center, and lots of fun restaurants in the area. Less than a 5-minute walk to Checkpoint charlie. Beds are quite comfortable, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly and ready to help you out with whatever you need. Absolutely loved it and will definitely stay again if and when we are ever back in berlin. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay and not sure where would be a good location.
