This experience is so memorable i'll come back again many times!
Great rooms! Nice sauna, sadly steam wasn't working! Generally they are very good with perks like the robot at the door with water and bonbons! :) It's an excellent breakfast and nice staff generally.
2 comments: the air smells too stuffy at the entrance of the hotel from inside.
I'd have loved to have a jacuzzi in the wellness experience and also not to have it open at 14:00 -22:00 (ie extend opening times)

The hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance of the airport, making it perfect for travelers. Despite the location, the rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is well-prepared and satisfying. However, bathroom amenities are quite limited—items like cotton buds or a shaving kit are not provided unless requested, and there was no information about this in the room. Laundry service is only available during specific hours, which could be inconvenient if your stay is short or schedule is tight.

Situated close to the terminals for easy access. 2-3 minutes walk from the terminal exit. No shuttle needed. Brand new hotel with good service. Rooms are large and well appointed. My room had a small fridge, water heater, coffee maker, hair dryer, safe etc. Beds are large and comfortable. Hypoallergenic pillows available, just ask. Same with travel adapters. Breakfast is great with lots of choice. Restaurant has great food and good service. A bit pricey though. Most chains are 20-30 euros.

The Steigenberger Airport Hotel Berlin is the perfect choice for travelers! The location right next to the terminal is unbeatable - ideal for stress-free arrivals and departures. The rooms are modern, quiet, and very clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended for comfort and convenience.

Really lovely hotel that is literally on the doorstep of the airport. Fairly priced for its location and services. Rooms are really nice, relaxing and well insulated from noise.
Decent little gym which is more than enough when travelling.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food - loved the fresh omelette each day.

Stayed here for a night layover. Great location just steps out of the airport. Rooms are modern and clean. Even with the airport next door it was nice and quiet. Used the saunas and gym. It's a nice bonus and where amazing.
We didn't use the breakfast buffet as we found most deli and meats were pork.

Located next to the terminals is provides easy access. 2-3 min walking from exiting the terminal. No shuttle needed. Hotel is brand new and provides good service. Rooms are big and well equipped. Good location. I missed my flight and have to stay in the hotel to wait for another flight out. Good and comfortable room, but the lifts are far too central and I had to take my suitcase for a massive round around to my room. Helpful staff, but they were unable or unwilling to help me keep my frozen food (meant for flying home with) in their restaurant fridge. Finally, I asked for an early check-in, which is usually available if the room I am designated is available (its common international hoteling standard); but they wanted an extra 70 euros just to check in 3 hours earlier.

The Steigenberger Airport Hotel is situated right next to the terminal. Good location and very nice design.
The quality of the food was very good, service at the restaurant and at the reception good.
The staff at the bar (Toni, Patrick and Pascal) was excellent. They always gave me a warm welcoming when I arrived at the bar. They were chatting with all customers in a very friendly way. I enjoyed it a lot to have a drink or even a late night dinner at the bar. Especially Toni was always keen on fulfilling my wishes at the best. Thank you very much for all of that!
