We only stayed a few hours due to our itinerary and arriving late but the front desk staff were very tentative and happy to help us get settled in. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location was perfect for us as we planned to visit the HockenheimRing the following morning. No real AC in this hotel but they did provide an in room fan and with the window open and blinds shut we slept comfortably

Great value for money & conveniently located when travelling by car

Excellent hotel, spacious, clean rooms and an extra bonus was the small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Several fast food restaurants close by. Overall a very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

I was here as co-commentator for the historic Grand Prix at the race circuit. The prices seem to be higher when the town is busy with race goers, teams and drivers. I stayed at this hotel whilst visiting the Jim Clark Historics motor races at The Hockenheimring. The reception is efficient, the rooms clean and modern. The bathroom is excellent with a decently powered shower. The breakfast is more than adequate. The underground parking seems to be very secure. "Premier Inns" in the Uk are of equal quaility. All in all perfect for an overnight or slightly longer...

The Hotel is well located in the city center. Beds of a Twin bed room are small. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is okay.

Overall, everything was OK. The food was good and plentiful. The room was clean and was cleaned every day. The beds were too hard in my opinion and the pillows were too soft 😅 but to each his own. But overall, everything was great 👍🏻

Good facilities, nice staff, great race track. Viplounche cards are very convenient, you don't have to melt when it's sunny and you sit dry when it's raining. Al food and drinks included. Rooms were ok, basic, duvets weren't big enough for the beds and no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Continental breakfast was nice but they didn't replace items once they had run out. About a 15 minute walk from the centre which had some shops and nice restaurants & bars.

It's all good in general. The room is big. However, after checking in, we were asked to wait for more than hour before we could get a room. It says 15H to register, but we arrived at 15H and had to wait for more than hour.

The hotel is very big, probably with hundreds of rooms, a swimming pool and a sauna. The rooms are the largest of the same level hotels I have stayed in Europe, and the decoration is also relatively new.

A lovely boutique hotel. It is family owned which means extra TLC is given to details around the hotel. The entrance lounge is very welcoming with big sofas and a huge fireplace. Average hotel, fine for a necessary overnight stay.

Check-in around the clock using a code. Large free parking lot. Large room (number 112) and very clean. The bathroom was newly renovated, no mold or anything. Despite the location (directly at the train station), quiet. 5 min walk to the castle. The only thing that bothered me was the pillow. Too hard and big for me. Otherwise great! Gladly again!

Last week we celebrated our wedding here and all the guests loved the details and food preparation done by the hotel. Almost all our guests stayed in the hotel as well and it was a smooth experience with checkin and breakfast. Very friendly staff and owners. Very good food with both a stable and a change part of the menu. The chef is regularly experimenting with German classics and every once in a while (don't know the exact timeframe) they have some special. My all time favorite is the Weiswurst Cordon Bleu!

A really great place for a short-term holiday in Germany. Would recommend to a family of 2-3. As an English family in Germany, we really felt at home with tye service. Thankfully, they speak English yet provide the German experience.

This was a place we found by chance. What a gem this place is. The room is clean, spacious and well laid out, the food is excellent and the staff are friendly and courteous. The pricing is fair for what you get. All in all a great wee place I strongly recommend.

I was here till yesterday for 3 days.. well maintained rooms. Individual wifi router and TV for each room. Common iron box. Clean rooms. A wide range of variety for breakfast. Very friendly owners and staffs. Easy car parking in the streets. God view and sunlight. 360 degrees fan for summer and everything one needs for a stay. Need not think a second time to book this place.

Really nice for first time visitors

Good points: prime location for the Museum and Swimming pools, great breakfast, quite clean, friendly staff. Bad points: no air conditioning, no refrigerator in the room, not cheap. Really it would be only 3 and half stars.

The place is ok for the price, however the sink in the bathroom was dirty and there was a "funny" smell in the room. Breakfast was ok if you don't take the fruit that is lying there since yesterday.

Location is great if you are visiting the Technikmuseum. Also, if you book the 2-days-package for the museums in Speyer and Sinsheim, you get a great price including one night at the hotel and entry tickets for both museums. If you want to visit the city only, there are certainly more comfortable alternatives.

Great place for long stays. I've stayed there with 2 other people for a few nights, and the stay went smoothly and pleasantly. The apartment was wide and fully equipped, so we could stay in, cook, relax and enjoy the serene view of the yard. It's outside Heidelberg but only a few minutes by car, which was very convenient. All in all a positive experience

This place feels like home. The apartments are tidy, the wifi is fast, the scenery is gorgeous, the breakfast is amazing and the owner and his family are really friendly. I have no complaints, I have fully enjoyed my stay and will recommend this to further travellers.

Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, the staff was very friendly. We also had a great and reasonably priced dinner. The location is great - it's 10 minutes on food to the city center, with a small playground just in front of the hotel.

Neat and clean. Good breakfast. Even though you book in advance good rooms are not provided. 3rd floor rooms are small. Ceiling height is low if you are tall your head will surely hit the ceiling. Second floor rooms are fine. Service / flexibility was also bad as they denied cancellation for 1 day even though we informed 3 days in advance.

I was a guest in the spa area which was quite nice. Sauna, Whirlpool, yoga place and realx area. Spacious and clean.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The pasta and pizza can be requested gluten free (also lactose free & low histamine). They have the most flavorful gluten free dishes in this area. The waiters are friendly. We'd definitely come by again.

A beautiful place connected to many areas of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds. Everything worked out well. Hot water and heater. A complete delicious breakfast is served. The attention of everybody was beyond nice and kind, above all the manager who is super attentive to any comment or request. Very large and clean junior suite with a great box spring bed, a kitchen and a view of flowering trees. Friendly service. Small point deduction: Unfortunately, the plug was missing in the bathtub, so you couldn't enjoy a bath.

No AC on a summers day We spend a night as family in this hotel and we weren't happy. We had a duplex and the room temperature on the 2nd floor was 34 degrees. There was no A/C. It was impossible to sleep. It was also noisy from the room next door.

Clean and comfortable hotel Nice big family room, immaculately clean, all surfaces was literally shining. Breakfast was good, with the selection of food you would expect in a german hotel. EV charger in the parking lot was a bonus.

Nice hotel in the centre of Walldorf. The city centre is a stone throw away. The room is decently sized for one person. The hotel is close to the SAP ( 10 min walk). The staff is warm and hospitable. The morning breakfast was good with multiple options. Edeka and Aldi are just around the corner for any needs.
