The midnight staff gentleman that was in turn was EXTREMELY RUDE. Me and my friend had a situation that the train from our way to Cologne to Wiesbaden was out of nowhere cancelled. I made a last minute reservation on Booking and I called to make sure it was okay. The older guy that was taking my call was extremely rude, said they don’t use booking, that he doesn’t have my reservation and he just hang up at my face!!!! Me and my friend walked back to the hotel and he in NO MOMENT addressed the issue to me, even though the booking was under MY name. He asked my friend to step out so he will ONLY talked to her, and I was just literally in front of him. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and had zero empathy. It was overall a very uncomfortable and disappointing situation.

Good place. stayed only one night be enjoyed it fully. was close to the center. parking is ok, the places for hotel are not perfectly marked specially the private parking places are marked only in German for a hotel with international clients could be in English. the gate is pretty narrow so be careful. breakfast was very tasty and good choice. room was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. only I could not figure out the AC controls and I am very technical person. recommend

The room with furniture is very nice and good. The balcony view on the road is also nice. But the Bathroom has not a dental kit, exhaust fan, or faucet of the toilet. No sandals inside too.

Service at reception in the restaurant and at breakfast was very good. Room also a pleasant surprise. Modern tastefully decorated and very clean. I had the salmon for dinner and it was excellent. All in all a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

First i called the reception about more information about booking a room. I spook english, the lady behind the line didnt. She kept laughing with another college and didnt talk back to me. It was ridicolous. Is that 4 star hotel reception worker? Embarrisement on so many level. Hoewer online we did book a room because we needed to stay overnight somewhere. The apartement was nice and clean. But no minibar thee and coffee or Basic water available. Roomservice and food was good. Next day we check out my husband didnt get a Bill from the hotel and afterwards they charged us with 100 euro from our creditcard because the room was too dirty? Sound like a scam. For us is the last time here.

We have a small child and we did not left the room in unacceptable condition. There were some omlett on the carpet but we did not eat chips at all.
You didnt reach me out for personally discussing but I would like to. 100 euro is still very unfair to charge. And lissen back your conversations because I did call reception and the young girl told me she speaks a little english which she didnt and ask me to call back so that I can talk to her college. Anyway as your reaction shows you are not willing to take a critics and Handel the situation correctly. That shows enough i think.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Great location, Good breakfast but inconsistent experience. Many small inconveniences, such as no coffee/tea maker in room, non availability of food on Sunday, except breakfast, which they have not indicated anywhere, no provisions for drinking water or. ice etc. Will get two bottles of water on the day when you check-in, nothing after that. Coffee is available during morning time, upto 10 am. The machine is switched off after that.
Some of the staff members are very helpful and cheerful, while some others are quite the opposite. No laundry options nearby, inhouse option quite expensive.

Nice hotel. The breakfast is great with a good selection of fruit, cheese, ham, bread, etc.. the bed are comfortable but the blanket are too hot!

Decent hotel in the city of Siegburg. Good breakfast. They offer limited parking spaces, but there's a public parking place next to the hotel.
