My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights when we were traveling to different Christmas markets. This one was walkable to their big Christmas market. Great location nice hotel. I definitely would stay there again.

Ideal locayion for all your neefs in Bonn.
Staff were great and could not be more helpfull.
Rooms were Big and cosey.
Breakfast was one of the best we ever got.
when we return to Bon or Cologne we will be booking back in to our new second home.

Very nice hotel on a excellent location in the city center.

Very poor customer service, and at times exhibiting racist behaviour. The receptionists particularly very rude and treating people differently according to their background. The price is very high for no reason while services are below standard.
The room was flooded with water as the infrastructure of the hotel is not good. I strongly advise people to read the reviews properly before booking this hotel. Be careful of fake 'good reviews.'

There should be a zero star rating, because this what this hotel deserves, ZERO! Absolutely horrible! Beginning with the rude staff as soon as you arrive at the hotel, to the rooms that are in the worst conditions you can imagine! Overpriced as someone stated is an understatement! I imagine that the positive reviews are fake, created by someone who works for this establishment!

Positives: Good hotel, fantastic staff and amazing breakfast. Located right on the river front in Bonn city with a great Vietnamese restaurant just opposite.
Negatives: Unfortunately the hotel is quite old so the age is really showing in the rooms and in general the hotel has a very gloomy and dark feel to it. Everything in the room worked but it desperately needs a refresh and new air conditioning as its nowhere near adequate for hot days.
Parking in the hotels underground carpark is VERY expensive at €26 per day, so bear that in mind if your driving there.

The hotel is located exactly on the bank of the Rhine River. You get an amazing view from your hotel room balcony. I am sure you won't be able to stop yourself from going for a jog early morning as soon as you get up. It is at a walkable distance from the Bonn HBF train station and there are bus stops close by as well. The staff were super helpful. I loved their Creme Coffe and breakfast.

Very good overall. WiFi truly was fast and reliable. Fitness center was great. Even though our room was right on busy throughfare, the windows very effectively kept out the noise. Entire hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was good. A couple of notes for improvement. Room lighting was very poor. Much brighter bulbs needed. TV showed many channels but many were not functioning and almost no English subtitles available. Breakfast being added to the room was either 22 or 27 Euro which is crazy expensive.

Well situated restaurant with views of the Rheine if you have the right room. It was very clean and well presented. The room was functional but could do with a refresh. Staff were polite and helpful.

Overpriced. You most definitely do not get what you pay for. For only one single room it’s almost 200€ per night. Excluding parking, excluding breakfast. For such a price I expect more. Next time I’d definitely go to motel one which is a few minutes alway, cheaper and more luxurious.
