Place is 2 mins walk from a station that takes you to the main landmarks, including Hauptbanhof. Squeaky clean, great staff and the buffet is really varied, tasty and with everything for anyone, absolutely recommended.

This hotel is centrally located near many tourist attractions in Cologne. Although the price is not inexpensive, I find it reasonable given Cologne's high standard of living and the peak season. The room is generally small for a queen-sized bed but adequately spacious for a person of my size, equipped with most basic amenities. However, it lacks an iron and ironing board, toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton wool, comb, water boiler, fridge, safety deposit box, and complimentary mineral water—items that are often available, as I have observed in my extensive travels. Overall, I would rate this hotel as quite average. Despite the soundproofing not being particularly impressive, it is acceptable for a short stay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with requests, location is great -you're in the centre at most locations within 10 minutes by trams that stop nearby and there's a Lidl around the corner- and the price is affordable.
The bathroom in the room is on the very small side, but the room itself is good in size (based on our experience in a standard double room). Overall enjoyed our stay.

Reasonable price, clean rooms, quite good location. Rooms are quite small but if you spend only nights in hotel, it is not a problem. Breakfast is good and there are options enough to collect a meal you want.

For sure it depends from the seasons and day but during my stay the price was really good and cheap for the expectation!
It was just more than perfect! I knew check in was from 15:00 so I didn't want to waste time and take the risk. I started to go around the city ending up to go to the hotel only in the evening. Check in was quick, the key wasn't working at first but no drama! Informal place but really nice, polite employees.

Big breakfast area that I didn't use.
Small room but simple and great heating system! Toilet really clean and nice!
Doors make some noise and you can hear people walking in the hallway.
I was tired so I didn't mind, fell asleep quick and I didn't hear anything!

I had plans on my way and from the hotel the next day so in my case I would have reached the hotel by foot and even if it was only for a night, it was well located. Just outside the city center. Bus and tram and metro running just outside the hotel anyway.

Nice clean rooms but very small.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
If you are staying for a couple of days it is fab but any longer and the room plus the lack of wardrobes is a real problem.
The hotel is obviously geared more towards business travel as opposed to tourists.
They should maybe state this more clearly.

Perfect hotel for a little 4 day getaway. Room was as expected for a hotel of this star rating and price, close to train link into city centre (also only 20 mins walk away), supermarket nearby and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and clean, plenty of room for me and a friend! Would definitely come back.
