The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. Everyone I met is speaking English and are very welcoming. Returning to the hotel from a long day out, our host Philip was extremely helpful to serve us hot food and good spirited conversation to lift our moods and make us feel like home. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Probably because it was messe time, it was quite expensive but even though cheapest of others around.
Rooms were good but it would be better to have some tea or coffee in the rooms (or at least it should be free at reception?). Hot water was free (luckily I had some tea with me) but receptionist guy asked 2-3 times if it is coffee or hot water as if I was cheating him (I felt like a thief😔)
Location is far from city center but it is quiet on the other hand. There were some döner shops and also a good McDonalds so it was enough.

The stay at the hotel was very good. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was attentive, and the facilities were adequate. Some details could be updated, but overall it was a positive experience.

Very standard and very acceptable hotel room. Disappointed the food options basically were snacks from a Petrol station or KFC. On the August weekend when I stayed there was basically nothing else on offer. Of course the S-Bahn wasn't that far away, so going into the city would have been an option.

The hotel is easy to find even by public transport. The bathrooms might be in need of an upgrade as well as some fly nets for the windows as we tackled some mosquitoes. Other than that it’s fine.
the only downside we had, were parents not watching their kids playing loudly and screaming in the parking lot at 5am in the morning followed by elderly people blasting music through their phones while the door to their room was open. -.-

This is a chain hotel that is clean and comfortable. The rooms are small, though they don't offer many amenities. The air conditioning was adequate despite the hot weather in June. For independent travelers, the ample parking is a plus. The hotel's parking lot costs 12 euros a night, and there are plenty of free parking spaces outside the hotel. KFC, a supermarket, and a gas station are all nearby, making it very convenient.

Very spacious room, cleaned and very comfortable bed. Quiet hotel. The bathroom is the capsuled type and was too small. Staff didn’t smile or even looked at us a single time every time we passed by. Sadly I Didn’t have the chance to have breakfast
