Our rooms have AC and free WIFI. End the day comfortably in our Weinstube Schwippe. Our sauna is available upon request.
Hotel opened in 1972, renovated in 2005.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience after a recent stay at Mercury Hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in years.
1. Room Condition – Far from What Was Advertised
The photos on the website looked great, but the reality was shocking. The room was small, outdated, and poorly cleaned.
2. Customer Service – Cold and Unhelpful
The front desk staff seemed disinterested and dismissive. When I ask for water they didnt give.
3. Breakfast
It was included in the stay but it was really poor.
The rooms are very clean, but there are no mini refrigerators, ice machines, or microwave ovens.
They do have a well stocked after hours snack and drink vending area (a microwave might have been here).
The breakfast was exceptionally good for American and European tastes.
The daily parking fee of 15€ daily seems too expensive given that room rates are expensive.
The restaurant and lounge were spacious, and the menue offering warm dinners with assorted meats, fish, and vegitarian options.
I'd stay again, but a mini refrigerator and no ice makes keeping medications cold a problem.
Perhaps you could offer limited rooms with this option since I did see that the furniture cabinets had a space for one.
Lastly, the garment rack has just 6 hangers, and no suitcase stands.
I believe these added details would make staying at this hotel more pleasing.
