Super happy with this hotel, rooms are well designed with a lot of plugs where you need them. Everything is well cleaned, I checked the mattress and it was spotless

There's an underground parking garage where you can safely park your motorcycle, and it has elevator access! So no struggling up stairs with luggage, helmet, other gear, etc

Perfect little hotel only minutes from Badewelt Sinsheim. Rooms are very clean and modern and comfortable. Nice restaurant with good food. I recommend making a reservation to have dinner in an old wine barrel

Very clean, nice room, great, friendly staff and a fantastic restaurant with awesome food! Lots of activities around the hotel like the castle on a hill, the Technik Museum, a conveyor technology museum and lots of wineries

One of our orders came out wrong but they fixed it immediately (with no extra charges). In resume of this experience, we can’t wait for the opportunity to come back and delight ourselves with such amazing cuisine

Our table was inside of a wine barrel (you’re reading it right) and the originality of it is just mesmerizing, super cozy and private! The staff was always very nice and welcoming

We have here 3 nights, slept and that was fine. The beds are good, bathroom adequate and the tv works. Our room was at the back and is therefore relatively quiet. Breakfast is associated with an overnight stay

For one night absolutely okay! + Plus + Location is very good even if the road ride at night quite a lot and a little noisy. Parking directly in front of the door. We had a nice, large room with a sloping roof

Some small repairs could be done. But it doesn't take away anything from the room. Parking in front of the hotel. Everything is nicely Decorated. Snacks in the room to buy and drinks to buy in the hallway

Friendly service. Room is small and clean. Only problem for me was there is no kettle in room to boil water. Anyway, it is great for short trip.

Breakfast is a true highlight of the Erck. Recently renovated rooms as well. I would be happy to return here again for a third stay in future.

Dave was quite flexible and accommodate our request for early breakfast during the weekends. Breakfast was good with spread out options and fried-eggs were served. A soft-white bread could have been perfect for my kids

Excellent Italian restaurant next door

The Italian restaurant next door is informal & relaxed for a nice evening meal so you can eat & drink without the bother of the car. Would we use this hotel again ? Absolutely we would return !

The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s so airy with positive energy! You can hear church bells ringing and birds chirping, which is not what I was expecting from a hotel in a developed, industrial location

What’s brought me here though is the food! Wow - outrageously good ! I ordered the tomato soup, pasta and the Panna cotta and blimey, I am still stunned. I’d come here just for the restaurant ! 10/10 would recommend

I had a construction works on my side of building, which started to work early, but otherwise all is great. Rooms are big, comfortable, all linen and utilities are high level. Breakfast and coffee high quality

I visited their conference room and the restaurant only. Very nice food, they have vegan options as well. The conference room needs another air conditioner in the other part of the room. It gets very warm during summer.

Extremely clean, the area is quiet, had lots of supermarkets just behind the building. The rooms are modern, the hotel has a small gym also very very clean, I loved it. Has a sauna, and pretty decent breakfast

I have stayed in this hotel for a few days in November, 2023, during my business trip. The location is great, just near the centre of Walldorf. Also, there are a couple of supermarkets just around the corner

Restaurant was amazing. We ate dinner and really enjoyed the food- Shnitzel is really special. Deserts are out of this world- Wow!! Must try the cheese cake. Room is small but clean and modern. Thank you!

I have been a couple of times in the hotel while on a business trip. The hotel itself is quite good, neatly maintained rooms, spa, gymnasium. It is a bit far from SAP campus, but still within walkable limits

The staff were friendly, considerate, and very obliging - speaking perfect English as my own German language ability is minimal. I will definitely stay again and recommend them to anyone visiting Waldorf

The hotel is clean and very good for a stay. My room even had a shower in the room. Others have a communal shower. The breakfast is delicious and adequate

This hotel was perfectly located between the castle and the bridge, on the Marktplatz. The staff was wonderful, helping us to find the parking garages and restaurants. We would stay there again. Beautiful city!

Our room has a nice size and many windows for natural breeze and air. It also includes the decent quality breakfast, which is very convenient. The only challenge is for the Uber driver to pick us up

It is also right next to the beautiful bridge that pedestrian could walk on and have a great view of the city and the castle. The staff is very friendly and professional and courteous

We called an Uber to pick us up to the train station, it took the Uber driver a long time to find us. We had to cancel one order Uber driver prior because he couldn’t find us

This hotel is a hidden gem located at the old bridge and gate. Great location making it easy to walk both sides of the river and access to the castle and all the charm of old tiwn Heidelberg

Perfectly situated next to the Old Bridge and easy walking into Altstadt. The room was roomy, with a loft, and comfortable chairs for sitting rather than on the bed! Lovely!

At night cross the bridge to the right to get stunning pictures of the bridge, city, and castle lite up

If it is night then you ha e one of the best views ever of the Castle lit by megawatts of lighting. Breakfast is awesome and would take too to describe. Loved our stay and will stay again on our next trip to Heidelberg

A truly splendid stay with wonderful staff. Our dinner was fantastic and breakfast each morning truly memorable. My only small criticism is having paper napkins at breakfast time. This feast deserves better.

You would never know in the bucolic, tree covered property that a walk down the street one block bringings you to the old bridge over the Neckar and easy stroll over to the old town

The location? Perfect! A supermarket within 2 minutes of walking distance, the castle-tram a mere 5 minutes, restaurants and shopping all around. PS: I asked for a tea station and it was put into the room

There's a 24 hr grocery store (Rewe) within 5 minutes walking. The cons: I stayed for 3 or 4 nights. All was well until the last night. Someone right above me stomped around with their shoes on all night long

Amazing hospitality team!! We didn’t have a wine opener in our room and the girl at the front desk was doing her best to assist - it was a little time sensitive for us so I started walking to a store to purchase one and when I was maybe two blocks away I heard her running after me to let me know she found one for me

A bit dated but great service at a good price

During the evenings, the street performers outside would play their instruments, and we could hear the beautiful music in our room, which was magical. There's no elevator though, so try to reduce the luggage

Reception is up a huge staircase. Hope you don't have much luggage! Rooms are then up more stairs. No air-conditioner in the room, not even a fan, very hot on this late spring day, would hate to stay here in summer

Finding (free) parking in high season (early August) is very difficult in the vicinity (you need to go to the streets around, sometimes for a while until a spot gets available, as even the parking lot of the hotel is full); the parking at the hotel is 9 euros per night

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would visit this branch again in other city

We enjoyed our stay here for the third time. Each time we discover more about the hotel. It is nice that there is a well-equipped guest kitchen to prepare food (with even some spaghetti for general use)

The staff deserves about 4 stars. They were mostly helpful, but sometimes not very well informed. The breakfast was well worth the money, varied and with healthy choices (although I'd prefer more fresh fruit options)

The ladder to the upper bunk bed was rather uncomfortable and once on the higher steps, there was nowhere to hold on to in order to climb further. This could be solved by adding a handle on the wall or such

I would have been happy to have our 3 year old (or older) bedshare with one of his brothers or us parents, but you can't book it like that online

Great Hotel very clean , staff were good nothing was to much trouble enjoyed breakfast. Did not need a car as old town not far. No lift but not a problem as only 3 floors to the top

Hotel Goldende Rose zelf was vanwege Corona nog gesloten, maar we kregen tegen dezelfde voorwaarden een verblijf in zusterhotel Panorama aangeboden. Dit was in alle opzichten een uitstekend hotel. Echt geweldig!

Uitermate vriendelijk personeel. Echt keurige kamer. De ligging is ideaal voor een bezoek aan Heidelberg.

I had the AC/Klima on full blast and my room was hotter than outside (outside was 19°c) in the evening. The suite itself was big and the balcony also. Service is very friendly, but I do not think I would come back here

I only booked this hotel because I had read online that the ac was functional and you could adjust it here by yourself which is true, but the AC/Klima does not work here

A trek on foot to Aldstadt but there is tram 22 at the bridge. If you have money and eat meat, have dinner at Heidi’s two blocks up
