We stayed just for 1 night, however, it was an unforgettable time.
The location and view were excellent.
The room, cleanness, comfort and the even the quality of shampoo and shower gel were wonderful.
The breakfast items in terms of quality and variety of foods and drinks were outstanding.
The last but not least, the staff were super friendly and most lovely.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone to experience and enjoy like us.

A great relatively small 4* hotel located high on the hills outside of Heidelberg. Wonderful panorama view. Superb room with large balcony. Good food quality at restaurant, but service by some staff unfriendly

Great and friendly staff. Exceptional service. Rooms were great. Air conditioner was broken unfortunately and only put out warm air. Views to kill for. Did I mention excellent and friendly staff. Really loved this place.

We ordered Grilled chicken “Gebackene Burst” but it was Fried chicken. Taste was okay. The vegetarian dish was delicious. Staff were nice but busy. Ambiance was amazing. And the location was excellent. Overall the experience was good. This review is for the restaurant only.

Pasta tastes great but too rich to finish it.
Carrot cake too cloy but looks cute.
I don’t like the dumplings at all. Soup too salty and dumplings tastes boring.

The trick is they can't be rated on food. But I can tell it's not the same, new chief make all down. Main salad Cezar is 3/10 who got idea to add old dry bread to it and make worst sauce possible should end contract. Everyone can buy better salad in supermarkets.
Main food are drown in cheapest french fries, with cheap salt, no spices.
Jeager schnitzel sauce thickened to the max with flour.
View is nice but we will pass this place for next 3 years, don't recommend to go there as long as manager and main chief are not replaced.

Price was 100€, so next time better just buy food in supermarkets and just come for view's. Better quality and cheaper.
Plus no one checks toilet's there for over 2h. Picture is from art exposition.

Booked for 2 nights, although the hotel isn’t busy, we have a view of the car park. Super disappointed especially as they have valley views. This is the Mountain View that was advertised and this is the actual view from my bedroom window. Tried speaking with receptionist but they say I have a view. Hotel isn’t busy and they tried to offer me a view for more money? Terrible experience. Super boring location - miles from anything.

This review is for the restaurant only. What a treat! I had the pumpkin salad and the pumpkin ravioli from the winter menu. Yes, it was two main dishes, but boo, if you had been there and love creative, scrumptious cooking, you’d have done the same. First ordered the ravioli and when I saw the salad that my friend received, I HAD TO HAVE IT. You understand 😘 I will make the 1+ hr drive to experience the Spring menu. Please tell me there will be a Spring menu. 🙏

Fabulous hotel with incredible views over Heidelberg. Lovely big room & bathroom with tea & coffee making facilities and a fridge. The bar was a nice place for a drink after a day out in town or a hike down the mountain! Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options both hot & cold. You can hike down into town but it takes about 35 mins to the castle then another 10 into the old town. The cliff railway up and down is a great way to get in and out but it stops running at 5:20pm in winter. Only other option is to drive or take a taxi for about €20.

An amazing out of the way hotel. Beautiful surroundings, cute room, outstanding breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back here.
