Spent a night there, nothing was bad per se but it was also a pretty forgettable experience. Room was quite outdated (but clean) and dark because of the trees blocking the light. Service was very slow and not the friendliest, probably our biggest complain. Breakfast was quite good but quite expensive (so are the coffee and snacks during the day).

We stayed here for 1 night whilst passing through to the Dolomites in Italy. We ate at the restaurant, which was nice. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices and nice products.

I liked that it is located near the wood, clean and quiet. I felt comfortable and safe. The parking price of 9 euros is not shown on *******. This should be included in the prixe showed. I didnt like this additional pricing at the hotel

We stayed here for one night on a cold, rainy day and were pleasantly surprised by the great deal we found through their website. One of the highlights was the spa area. we had a very comfortable night when we stayed at the relexa Waldhotel Schatten. There were numerous trails for us to go and hike.

The rooms are nice and the hotel is placed in a nice location but the service is absolutely horrible, the waiters don’t take your drinks unless you ask them. When you do it takes at least half an hour to come. Same goes for the food. It arrived half cold and wasn’t that good. After we wanted to pay for our meal the waiter called us stupid and cursed us out for asking if it was for the entire stay....

If you are looking for a clean full service hotel this is a great find. They do have a full bar and a limited food menu that will keep you from having to travel outside to find food and drinks. We found our room very clean and the bed comfortable with a side chair as well as a desk with a desk chair. We would definitely stay again.

Choose not to clean and you can exchange for a free drink

The room was small and basic but comfortable. We chose it because it was walking distance from Weissenhofsiedlung (for those who like architecture), and it is conveniently located next to a U-bahn station about 10-15 minutes outside of downtown Stuttgart, with direct transport to the airport.

The security is too poor. I am not satisfied. People who are not staying in the room can re-open the room card! I really don't like this feeling.

The room is actually of a decent size, but the bathroom is a bit too small and the design is not very reasonable. The hygiene is good, clean and hygienic, the service is good, and the breakfast is not bad. I will consider it next time.

The hotel is in an excellent location, five minutes' walk from the train station. The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is very rich and very cost-effective. This business trip happened to coincide with Christmas Eve, and the hotel also gave every guest a Christmas gift package for free!

The Wald Hotel, is located in a forest. It is peaceful and a very harmonious place with good energy. The facilities are overall good, the service is excellent, most professional and customer orientated. Of particular note was the apprentice Miriam Wallinger, she was always smiling, helpful and caring, she made my stay very pleasant. The key factor in any business are the staff.

Pleasant Stuttgart hotel in quiet surroundings approximately 10 kilometres from Stuttgart Airport. Very welcoming reception team and good location for meetings and other receptions. Very good overall. We checked in late and it was no problem. The car park was easy to use with fairly big parkings. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and seemed newly renovated. WiFi was a little weak.

We stayed at the Achat Hotel in Zuffenhausen for a weekend trip, and check-in was smooth. We were able to park in the underground garage for a fee of approximately €14, but there are no parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. The hotel's furnishings were modern and stylish. However, the elevator is very slow.

It is an excellent place to spend a weekend with your family 

Our family's travel destination was the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, so we booked this hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's design was very practical and much better than we expected! Thank you, owner!

The staff is friendly. However, the room of first has some problems and they don’t have extra room to change . The next day’s room is ok. It is far away from the CBD, but is near Porsche Museum.

The location is tough to call as it is right at the top of the hill so whether you are pushing your luggage upwards or bring them down, it is pretty tiring. The staff are fantastic though and they offer a lot of help and advice on what to do and how and where to go. Service certainly great here.

There is no heating, but the air conditioning is good and there is a subway at the door

I travelled for business and so wasn't needing lots of amenities...clean bedroom, food, bar. Bedroom was fine, but restaurant had closed when I arrived at 19:30 or so. I was told the bar glossed at 20:00, so went out for food ( bar did serve pizza I was told), arrived back to the bar for a nice red wine...not. the bar was closed at 20:50. I was given a room upgrade I was told on arrival. Hard to see...

Was greeted by a rather unpleasant employee during my check-in. Trying to explain things like a child is demeaning, DON'T do it!! For a room costing 140€ a night, I expect to not have any complains. But the rooms lock system is so unresponsive, you need multiple attempts to unlock and in the room, the part of the roof which is supporting the air conditioning was tainted so much and needed maintenance...
