It's a basic but clean hotel with a great location in the city centre, to be fair it's looking a little dated and could benefit from a refurbishment. The rooms are also very hot in the summer as there is no air con and my room only had a 1 small window so not much airflow.

We needed a place close to our friends home and this place provided us the necessary amenities. The room was large, mattress was comfortable and we overlooked the gardens in the back. The breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant to work with. They were helpful setting up a taxi for the morning we left. We would stay here again on our next visit.

All in all a really pleasant stay for a buisness trip. The location close to the industrial area wasn't annoying in terms of noise or the like but it isn't that fun to take a stroll there except if one likes brutalism architecture. :) The staff was really friendly and the breakfast really nice.

Rooms were a little small however it is a motel and we opted for 2 rooms instead of 1, beds were comfy and shower was good. The Asian young chap whose name I've forgot working night shift was extremely hospitable and we thank him very much for his great hospitality here.

The rooms are basic and small, but everything you need in a hotel which was just 69EUR/night. It is located next to a busy road and around companies. There is not a lot of eating possibilities closeby, we just went for McDo down the road. Parking is free on the streets, walking distance. Service is quick and efficient. The location is very convenient, with the subway right outside. The breakfast is decent. The only downside is that the beds are a bit small, although there are single beds for three people. It's still a good option for those on a budget.

I traveled to Stuttgart for a concert, and the hotel was close enough to walk to the venue to take five minutes. It was great because I didn't have to worry about driving or parking before the concert. I also really liked the area; there were plenty of small snack bars and fast food restaurants nearby. The hotel is close to the subway line, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is rather old, the mattresses are not very comfortable, and the rooms have electric fans, but no air conditioning. What you get for this price: fantastic! The rooms are very spacious, even featuring an extra floor and a kitchenette. Breakfast is also more than enough. The hotel also has ample underground parking, and public transport stops right outside. Pliengen itself is also a nice place to stay, with several good Italian restaurants and the beautiful Hohenheimer Gardens.

Your very typical Motel One. There is nothing particularly special compared to other Motel Ones. Staff is friendly, room are small and clean, my room had a tiny balcony. The only somewhat special thing might be the bar's gin collection but maybe gin is a Motel One thing. Fairly near Cannstatt's train station which connects you to the S-Bahn and there is also an Ubahn stop next to it.

It's a very nice, clean and perfectly designed hotel. The staff is welcoming and very friendly, trying their best to make your stay as greqt as possible. They have their own parking garage (15€/day). The rooms are regular size but modern style and also very clean. A hotel I would definitely recommend and stay myself in again any time.

Had a great stay here, and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the front desk was only open from 6:30am to 12:00 noon most days of the week, and they claimed it was because of Covid. Not a big deal, but it created many small hassles. The rooms were clean and had the basics. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location, close to town and transport.

It is a lovely hotel for the price. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. In fact, all the staff are great! The continental style breakfast is perfect! Coffee, cappuccino etc, juice, fruit, meats, cheese and bread. The only thing that I would say is a negative is if you are a light sleeper because you can hear people walking up the stairs and housekeeping starts around 8:30 am.

Just right next to a big shopping mall. Great for a group or family stay. But cleanliness needs to be improved. Very dusty.

The best part in this service apartment is they had a full kitchen so we had cooked a nice breakfast and it has a very huge balcony with nice views. The rooms are nicely designed and chic. I also like the swivel TV so we can watch TV at the bed and on the dining table.

Everything was outstanding, the lady in the reception office was very kind and fast, I got an upgrade to panoramic apt., which was perfect with a big terrace with an amazing view of the whole city. I highly recommend.

NO AC! The lack of A/C and too hot a room, plus too soft beds, required opening the windows to all the sirens and noise and an uncomfortable lack of sleep. Plus, the Can-opener was broken and NO ONE to call to get a replacement. The "soft-bed" was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable.

Location is very good. Near shopping mall, train station. Parking is free below the property. We should check in first then friendly staff lady show us our unit and parking.
