Wonderful apartment, super clean and in the best location! My girlfriend and I were guests at Haus Cramer for a week and are simply thrilled! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern and tastefully decorated! The bed is incredibly comfortable and the mattresses are also perfectly clean! Everything was to our absolute satisfaction! We will come back :) P.s.: The landlords are simply lovely...

A very clean, centrally located and nicely furnished holiday apartment. Everything you need is there. The landlady was also very friendly! I can recommend the holiday apartment without hesitation. Everything is right here!!!

Nice location, apartment was ok. The pull out sofa bed was horrible and the “normal” beds were also not that great (very hard mattresses and short for a tall guy) Chairs, especially on the balcony were really hard and uncomfortable.

Loved the location. The restaurant is brilliant. The spa are great. Swimming pool for the kids and activities. Perfect walks for dog owners (which we are). Rooms were lovely as always. Only difficulty faced was taking luggage to your accommodation; depending where you are staying, you have face some steep hills up and down. Not a problem if you have backpacks. The location is brilliant if you come to ski as the lifts and rental places are a 5 minute drive, otherwise there's not a lot of indoor activities, were you with children. The rooms are modern, new, well-equipped and very comfortable with great heating (coming from the UK it's a blessing). The pool and the outdoor hot tubs are nice but cold, not quite for a pleasant swim or splash with friends/kids...

Me and my family have been coming here for 20 years (every couple of years) and even though it hasn't had any major updates over the years, it's still a family favourite. The apartments are very comfortable, the swimming pool, hottubs and sauna are amazing especially after a day of skiing or hiking. Was happy with the room. Plenty of space. Nice and cozy.. Staff very friendly. Disappointed to be charged extra for late check-out. Anyway not to bad... Would stay again.. We had a great view. Sadly not much snow... Please people do your best to preserve the environment and do what you can against climate change..

Nice and beautiful place and clean

A nice cosy place with beautiful views and close to town and the slopes. Unfortunately no microwave or coffee (perculator only) and apartment smelling of sigaret smoke was a turn-off. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

Magic, wonderful, quiet and amazing views

Nice little apart hotel right at the ski resort/bike park Winterberg. Very friendly staff/owner, great selection of breakfast buffet and cosy little rooms. Service is solid, rooms are clean and modern, a place to securely store bikes or skiing equipment is available. Parking right at the spot. Close to the city too. Full recommendation.
