Nice hotel in the center of Wuppertal, however there's a problem with parking spots at the hotel ( only 3 spots!) and Cinemaxx parking isn't always open if you come late night. Really nice surprise. I booked one of the executive rooms because they were advertised as recently renovated. Hotel was modern and room was fresh and clean and very quiet (I was on top floor). Breakfast was also nice surprise with a waffle maker, good selection of meats, cheeses, yoghurt, fruits and a really good coffee machine.

Excellent location being walking distance to the train station and town centre. Reception staff were very helpful and the room was more than adequate and very clean. Breakfast was ideal. A perfect stay. Note, there are no restaurant facilities on a Sunday evening.

There was no restaurant available probably because Virus or floods... The internet signal is not reaching all rooms but were there are no excuses, a wifi router costs 50€ i can understand this... Whenever I will have the need for a hotel in the Wuppertal area, I will stay in the Vienna House. Friendliness, Service and Facilities with a perfect value for money approach. Normally also the breakfast is a great but out of corona reasons not possible during my last stay - but this is fully accepted!!

For what you pay, it's amazing. Staff is patient and very kind. Breakfast is great and there is lots of variety. Everyone can have a good breakfast here. Even special options for vegan/gluten allergies. Including fresh fruits/eggs/bacon/sausage/breads(croissants, etc)/fruit jellys/yoghurts and much more. It's noticeable that the rooms aren't 5 stars. But they definitely are clean and well cared for...

The staff is very and accommodating. The hotel is dated even though the rooms appear to be recently renovated. But even though it is right off of the highway, it's in a quite location. Big plus is the breakfast was Vegan Friendly!

This hotel was perfect for me as a foreigner visiting a friend. I loved my room and the view was amazing. I would have liked a bar fridge. I came Germany to attend the Anuga Tradefair and its 45min drive from Hotel to destination. It was a lovely place to stay at this Best Western Waldhotel. It’s quiet and Located in mountain area. Car park is available & convenient. Breakfast is available at ground floor. I would suggest to change the menu everyday to attract the customers. Intercity Hotels are always fine for me. The interior looks a little bit luxury although the room-rates are reasonable. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is ok as well. The hotel is located directly in the centre of Wuppertal, lots of bars, restaurants and shops are very close to it. And: the famous "Schwebebahn", an overhead railway, is very close. Try it, you'll love it!

There's no real point staying in Wuppertal (unless you like upside down train systems and interbellum industrial architecture (which are actually quite good reasons to visit...)) but if you have to, then stay at this place. The bfast is free and variety is great, but because of corona no water boiler at room and they didn't provide hot water dispenser, some staff in lobby are gracious enough to give us free hot water or tea, but one staff said i need to pay more for that . Great Experience! Park Villa is a pleasant surprise in the Wuppertal area. Fr. Wilzbach and the entire staff went out of their way to help me feel right at home during an extended business stay in the midst of COVID lockdown. It is a little piece of wow in the strangest location. The rooms are beautifully decorated and breakfast was superb. The staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is now my first choice for business travel.

I was there to visit my parents staying there. So i can not say that much about service but i really liked the interior and the feeling and softness of the bed. They said the breakfast was okay but not great so only 4/5 Stars.

The Arcade Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was thorough, friendly and had good information when we had any questions. The rooms were very comfortable with a lot of space. We had the best breakfast each morning. Plenty of meats, cheeses, yogurt, juice, fruit, bread, and much more! We will definitely stay again!

The hotel is fine, but the environment is very noisy (cars, trains, the Schwebebahn, delivery traffic ...). But obviously Wuppertal has no better places.

The best known to me from a Hotel in Wuppertal, Germany. Very friendly, courteous staff and the best Breakfast that I have had in a Hotel ever - with a huge selection in a small space. The honey directly from the honeycomb is also an optical Highlight. Only the mattresses should be firm, and the shower tight.

Nice centrally located hotel. Room was unnecessarily massive. Bathroom was bigger than the bedroom. All good though. My only criticism is that there was someone snoring upstairs and it was so loud that it felt like he / she was in the room with me. So the sound proofing needs work. Breakfast was ok just.

Overall I had a pretty nice stay at this Hotel, even though the weather didn't really make my whole visit to Wuppertal a pleasure.

This is a really really good hotel. It’s surrounded by nature, but still located 100 m from the Autobahn. But you can’t hear the cars at all. You can go for a walk/run around the lake, you can drink a beer or eat som food or you can just come there to get some good sleep. The breakfast is good and you will not leave hungry or disappointed in the morning. I can’t even remember how many times I’ve stayed...

Very nice notalgisches Design and very beautiful historical building from the 18th century. Jahrjundert. Apparently, it is just newly renovated, but a trip to the village of Remscheid seems to be worth it. Friendly staff and a good Breakfast await you there.Very recommend value.

My biggest complaints (as an American) are: the parking is very hard to spot, the entrance for any non-compact car is very narrow, and the road is undergoing construction that makes it hard to find the way to the hotel.
