My favorite hotel!!! I often stay at this hotel due to business in the area. I am feeling like my second home now. All the staff are wonderful!! All the reception team all the restaurant staff and of course the cleaners !! all staff are wonderful and welcoming.
I love the soups at the restaurant and the great breakfast, I enjoy working at the lobby area with the comfortable sofas and the ladies in the back office to printing for me whatever form I need always with a smile.

The hotel is dirty, in room really cold, because batteries don't work.
The water pressure in the tap is very weak, it is impossible to wash your hair.
You cannot ask for hot water or a kettle; they claim that the hotel only offers breakfast and that’s all. You will be kicked out from breakfast after 10.00.

Was here for business closeby the hotel.
I was only in the room for sleep and shower so I dont need any luxury but the shower was so bad,the waterstream had no pressure at all. The toilet made the whole time a buzzing noise. The room didnt even get cleaned every day while I payed for it.
Hotel located near the highway and a crosspoint with cars waiting for the green light at night with loud music.
Meat at the dinner was also bad, alot of fat at the argetinean beef.
Rooms were also badly cleaned with alot of missed and gross things
I have nothing positive to say, well the only positive thing was the moment to check out.

The room was dirty. We requested a double room but was given a double plus a sofa bed, which we folded back. We were offered another room but that was a double plus a single, not what we asked for. The staff were good and the breakfast was very good. The outside area's were dirty and run down ( near the closed swimming pool). Would not return.

For what you pay, it's amazing.
Staff is patient and very kind.
Breakfast is great and there is lots of variety. Everyone can have a good breakfast here. Even special options for vegan/gluten allergies. Including fresh fruits/eggs/bacon/sausage/breads(croissants, etc)/fruit jellys/yoghurts and much more.
It's noticeable that the rooms aren't 5 stars. But they definitely are clean and well cared for, so for me definitely a 4 star. It's spacious and comfortable. The beds are great and pleasant.
It also includes a bath!!

Also, the wuppertal zoo is a 6 minute drive or 20 minute walk away.

Nice hotel, looks good and neat. The rooms are spacious and meet the expectation. The staff is friendly, helpful and cheerful. Unfortunately, the tight to the motorway, making it noisy with the windows open. But thanks to the fast connection to the motorway an ideal base.

Avoid the restaurant, the service is deplorable. The server refused to move the tables for dinner at 6, around the same table.

Room and facilities were ok but could be better. Food was on the edge in terms of flavor and quality. Personnel some very good, some in the limit. Summary a good place if you only have to spend the night and leave.

Unfriendly staff, old rooms, and a usable shower because there is no sensible holder for the shower. You have to take a shower with your back to the wall in order to come into the enjoyment of water. The shower screen is so bad that the Entire bathroom is wet. Never again!
