Perfect place to stop on the way down the A1 on Adventures. Clean room, comfortable bed and good shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant not open in early October but there is McDonald's next door for dinner or to avoid the 15eur breakfast. A good find!

The staff are incredibly welcoming. They remembered my room preference by my reservation after 2 stays and professionally make sure I have everything I need while working away. Top marks

All together it was great time.
Recently with my family for 2 weeks I stayed in Remscheid hotel Essential by Dorint. And service was very good. They had the room ready early which was helpful. Friendly and polite service throughout.
The staff are amazing with smile , specially big thanks to restaurant stuff, and the hotel director Marco Klij greetings everyday , really he care about customers,Thank you so much for barbeque party. All stuffs was great to us. I hope we will visit again.

Good location close to the motorway, but in a faceless industrial area. Good for overnight stay, but not more. Annoying hidden costs, such as 6 (!) Parking behind the Hotel or Internet access.
94 € for a weekend night, Breakfast incl. Breakfast buffet in the DZ are therefore no longer appropriate.

Very nice staff. Rooms away from the street requests, much quieter and cooler as well. Breakfast was very good.

Comfortable hotel, although location suffers from industrial zone traffic and food/drink is more expensive than other Mercure hotels in the area.

...not sure of 4 starts with a bit outdated rooms, bit amenities been great, even water boiler, coffe, tee and daily refills, very friendly staff, good breakfast , nice bath room - great value for the money and good deal to go back.
