A nice hotel in the city center. The rooms were very clean. The staff spoke very good English and were friendly. They upgraded our booking to a family suite, which was really Kool.
Breakfast was nice with a lot of varieties. Timing was much longer than usual starting at 7 in the morning to 11am on the weekends. A small catch is the water bottles were not complementary and charged 2 euro each. They have a note written but it's very easy to miss it.
Definitely a recommended place for a night or two for easy access to everything.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast is plentiful and pleasingly arranged. Services like coffee-to-go, decaffeinated beverage and gluten free bread on demand are a plus.

We stayed here for one night at the end of January on a visit to the theatre in Wuppertal. We'd chosen it for it's closeness to the Schwebebahn (suspended railway). Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was on the 4th floor near the loft but was quite small and there was no bath or kettle, something we always hope for. But it was clean and warm. We had come by car and couldn't park next to the hotel and die to roadworks our chosen car park was impossible to find, obviously not the hotel's fault. The highpoint of the stay was the breakfast which was excellent especially at was included in the quite reasonable price. First time I've had the option of real honeycomb with a breakfast. The staff were very attentive. It would have been good if there had been a bar for something on the evening as we stayed over a Sunday night and the centre was pretty dead and everything seemed to be closed. We'd happily stay again but with better planning in advance.

I am very satisfied. Friendly people, rooms very clean, breakfast excellent. You get everything: WiFi, free calling in Germany and some countries. Windows quite small and complicated parking.

The hotel is fine, but the environment is very noisy (cars, trains, the Schwebebahn, delivery traffic ...). But obviously Wuppertal has no better places.

The best known to me from a Hotel in Wuppertal, Germany. Very friendly, courteous staff and the best Breakfast that I have had in a Hotel ever - with a huge selection in a small space. The honey directly from the honeycomb is also an optical Highlight.

Good and small hotel very well located in Wuppertal. Service is limited to a small bar at the front desk. People is receptive and promptly to help. Rooms are not big but ok and very clean.

We have felt ourselves very well. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the Breakfast delicious. We would definitely come back again.

Very good Hotel, felt very comfortable there. Room size is OK, the window is small, but so much you don't want to see from Wuppertal and his construction sites.
What absolutely blew me away, is the Breakfast. There are a lot of choices with sometimes fancy things such as honey directly from the Waabe. But otherwise, the facilities Top: bath, Shampoo, body lotion, free phone Calls in Germany and adjacent countries, Wi-Fi, Safe etc. I will definitely come back again.
Why it has only three stars, I don't know, but the German hotel classification system today is already a bad joke. The Arcade is definitely better than some Hotels with four stars.
