Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly receptionist, especially towards foreigners.
We checked in on the afternoon of June 28. Since we were unsure whether breakfast was included in our reservation, we asked the male receptionist in German. He was very polite and clearly told us that breakfast was included. We asked three times to confirm, and each time he confirmed that it was included. Based on this, we had breakfast the next morning.
However, when we checked out on the morning of June 29, a middle-aged female receptionist told us, with a very rude attitude, that we had to pay an extra €30 for breakfast. We explained to her in German that we were told by her colleague the previous day that breakfast was included, which is why we had it. We asked her to confirm with her colleague.
At this point, the woman suddenly lost control — she started yelling, slamming her hand on the counter (this is not an exaggeration), and claimed that we misunderstood because we were foreigners and couldn’t understand German. Her attitude was extremely arrogant, aggressive, and completely disrespectful. It wasn’t just irresponsible; it was a blatant display of discrimination and lack of basic human decency.
In any case, I do not recommend this hotel — unless you’re willing to pay a high price to be yelled at, insulted, and discriminated against.

Reasons to rate it 1 star - 1) The rooms were not good, the shower was broken , the water sink was jammed and the entire bathroom and even the bedroom was flooded with water. 2) service is ok but they can't fix the problem and are not ready to fix it until u keep pushing them. I was really pissed off and sitting outside my room to get washroom fixed. I was given broken room and broken services, it's a job of hotel staff to ensure they give better facilities and inspect issues before check in the customer. 3) location is near to the bus stop but hard for the handicap and physically challenged person to climb that road. Parking is another big issue.
Positive points - breakfast is good but nearby shop pizza is not good.
Note- no nearby shop/apotheke to go for shopping or in case u need medicines.

The room's most important part (shower) doesn't have a door and they put the room in many different places

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff! Location was also perfect.
I was there with my husband and kids, staying the night before travelling back home. Unfortunately my husband became sick during our journey and the staff helped me to get a taxi for him to a medical clinic nearby. The next day I had to travel back home alone with our kids, as my husband had to stay in the clinic to recover a while longer. The owner of the hotel was a true angel. She brought me coffee and breads for the journey and asked me to call her after arriving home. In a time where I felt so stressed and helpless, her kindness meant the world to me. I will never forget it. Thank you so much!!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, location less ideal but close to a busstop that brings you to the city center in 10 minutes.
We had the 3 person room, the 3rd bed was a laid-out couch which is not really comfortable.

The guy at the counter was very nice! He was helpful in all the ways that were necessary. The room was clean. The possibility to charge an EV is a big bonus! The room was a lot smaller than that any of the pictures on this website. I chose this hotel solely on the fact that you can charge EV's, however these charging spots are in an underground garage that costs an extra 10 EUR. Also, I was lucky enough that a Tesla Model S fits inside, but just barely! Any bigger car does not fit!
