Great hotel tos stay. I love the rooms very spacious, clean, refrigerator is full of drinks, snacks, and more. Breakfast was not included but it’s worth it, they have a little bit of everything and for every one. The casino is amazing.

The room is relatively large, and the table/mats are good; the bathroom conditions are relatively poor, and the quality of paper towels needs to be improved.

It's a very old hotel. The lobby feels great, but the decoration in the room is old and the smell is very obvious. The air conditioner is too strong and the sound is loud. Came for a few days for a wedding. WiFi didn’t work the whole time. AC worked in some rooms only. Probably won’t come back. Historic building but not worth sacrificing those amenities.

Location! Location! Location! Very well located. Beautiful ocean views. Only stayed here for a night but it was very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Room was spacious and quite considering all the street level noise the Malecon offers. Yes there are more luxurious places you can stay in Santo Domingo, but at this price point you can’t go wrong.

This hotel is ideally located smack in the middle of the colonial district. The rooms are small and I wasn't a fan of the two single beds I got. Also upon arrival there was human hair on both beds and in the bathroom so I'm happy I brought extra towels to put on the pillow to sleep on. The scent in the bathroom intermittently was not pleasant even when you stepped outside of the room. It seem the carpets...

Location is perfect. Customer experience is good depending on who at the desk. Some didn't smile at all. Secured with security and be aware you cannot have a guest unless you are willing to pay $30 additional USD not DOP. They will also need to have ID to be scanned for their records and regardless if they are coming up for 30 seconds or over an hour you will have to pay the fee per guest each time...

We had a snag checking in. We were a large group, and everyone's passport needed to be scanned whether they paid or not. Toom super long. Nevertheless, the hotel was very clean, great location in El Conde. Very affordable and will stay again.

Great hotel in the heart of Santo Domingo, just one block from Parque Colón. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions about the area. There's also a supermarket just one block away, which is super convenient. I highly recommend using Uber for transportation rather than the taxis waiting outside...

Great location in the middle of everything. It was walking distance to the malecón. Very affordable and nice small boutique hotel reminiscent of hotels in small towns in Spain and Italy. The workers were very friendly. If your looking for somewhere affordable and cozy this is it.
