Fast and easy check-in, polite staff, clean comfortable room with A/C and fan over bed. Breakfast was served every morning and this location is close to everything within walking distance but…walking is not recommended by locals as the crime rate here is high. Always keep your cell phone hidden in your pocket as the criminals will find a way to grab it if they see it.

Terrific hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms. In the heart of an upscale shopping district. The staff are excellent! The breakfast buffet is always tasty with a lot to choose from.

The service is excellent. Personell is very attractive. Location is quite difficult, traffic is a nightmare. But that's not the hotel fault.

The staff are so kind, helpful and very friendly. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. The pool and outdoor space is great. The lobby and restaurant are also great. Great location, some rooms are fine, nothing special in the rooms. Good lobby and elevator. The most beautiful is they rooftop, they have a bar and restaurant there called Sky Europa with an amazing view of the zone.

Stayed there while on a mission trip. This is not a resort type of hotel. Good food, good rooms. It was everything that we needed.

When it comes to comfort, save and enjoy, I am present there and on this occasion they suggested this hotel and it really was an excellent choice. perfect 15 minutes from the airport and all the restaurants are in the center of 4-8 minutes

The location is very centric. Is a very good option for business and staying the night in Santo Domingo. They served superb Dominican traditional breakfast and staff was very helpful. The checkout is at 1pm which is a huge differenciator in this market. It's an excellent option!

Great hotel. Nice and quiet until night time. Club music down below is thumping but it didn't bother me. Make sure you count your bath towels. There was a misunderstanding about bath towels given but no problem. I would stay again.

Great service! The rooms were a little outdated and ours had a bit of a weird smell to it. We only got cold water from the shower the first night and water pressure is not great. It looks like they are doing renovations as the top floor looked great. The staff are wonderful. They are great to talk to and very helpful

Amazing modern and immaculate hotel located right along Columbus Square. Staff truly made you feel welcomed and restaurant on first floor were top notch. So glad my wife found this hotel on Expedia. Bedding and bathrooms were excellent with a shower better than most JW and high end Hilton hotels. Highly recommended for travelers.

I loved the hotel and the staff Jose Antonio ( Front desk) was amazing and cordial. This is a great location, near everything, I liked the restaurant downstairs. I would say that if you like going to sleep early, just know that, they have live music downstairs, that was not an issue for me I loved it.

I had the opportunity to visit the DR for 5 days and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was nice for the area and my room was mostly comfortable. I had room #11, which had a balcony overlooking El Conde street. The location was excellent for the Zona Colonial area, with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. There were plenty of police and military in the area, which made me feel safe coming and...

Fair price for the service. Overall it lives up to the expectations. They have all necessary in rooms. Unfortunately, my AC got broken and woke up at 3 am because of extreme heat in my room. Staff was friendly and tried to fix right away. They refused to provide me with another suite until ac will be fixed. In order to make it up they gave me fans which did not really change anything.
