Made a group reservation here for over 25 people. The booking was very seamless compared to other hotels in the area and the staff was very accommodating when we arrived early for check-in. The rooms were very clean. I am pleased with the hotel and the amenities.

One of the best experiences in Santo Domingo. Great service from start to finish, comfortable and modern rooms with very compelling tariff. Plenty of parking with front and back street access. Beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy. Many eating and snacking options for visitors. And, of course, one of the best casino experiences in town.

We had a wonderful stay here with our two small kids. The hotel was in a beautiful location along the sea (our room had a partial sea view), the service was stellar, and the pool, restaurant, and fitness center are excellent. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained. The service on arrival, at reception, in the restaurants etc. was excellent . We had a great time at the hotel but the most outstanding part was the breakfast. We were always greeted with a warm smile by Jose Manuel. He was the most attentive and would serve me coffee every day with the exception of his day off for a whole week. He was amazing.

My second time staying at the Crowne Plaza and Santo Domingo and get better every time. It was great seeing Jose Manuel and Victor again. Love seeing them at breakfast. Was a very good experience staff will manner, helpful and taxi on permission. I went to the country for a birthday party it took 3 hrs and I made it there safely and kept the driver . The cost was only $125.00 in Americans money or $7,000.00 pesos.. I will go back there

Enjoyed my stay here although it would have been nice to know that you have to change the motion activated setting on the HVAC. I woke up sweating.

The hotel is pretty standard. The stuff is nice, but 2 things that I didn’t like: 1. The pool is tiny and shallow like 1m deep, so you can’t really swim there. 2. I have seen 3 cockroaches in the room when opened the wardrobe and in the bathroom.

The service in this hotel was really good. The breakfast bar staff was very helpful and all the food was extremely fresh. My husband used the GYM during our stay and was very happy with the facilities. I also like that it is close to a mall.

The rooftop pool is an amazing spot to cool down, and take amazing photos. The food is what you would expected from Holiday Inn, and though the cafe falls short of expectation, it should not be a deal break in your decision to stay. The service is top quality, and they always go the extra mile to help you make sure your vacation is worry free and full of smiles.

I stayed here 3 nights. As a single adult who doesn’t speak any Spanish, the good to know is the people at reception know English so that is a big plus for me. However There is Walter who works in the Bar at the hotel and is also responsible for room service. He is really great person, always smiling, speaks English and some one you can have a conversation with.

This place is beautiful! Old Spanish colonial building with much of the original feel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We came back for a second night and when we visit again we will stay here if visiting the colonial district.

I was moved from a good King bed room to another one by the elevator. After I paid and extended. Random noise from it all night long. Person at desk said some one reserved that room. How? I asked. You can’t reserve a room number. I am hot about the situation.

I stayed here for two nights. The service was impeccable. I sent a notice that I would arrive late. They reached out to confirm my arrival time and made sure someone was available to check me in. Hotel was clean and location was OK. It was pretty rainy evening, we were glad there were free parking slots in front of building as well as VERY good restaurant couple of steps from the entrance. Excelent service, the hotel has a beautiful colonial design, and they have personal 24 hours for everything you need, breakfast and tasty hot coffee early in the morning. And they gave me access to the rooftop to make yoga. Definitely I would like come back every week.
