At the reception everyone is friendly. Good hotel, cleaning in the room is not very good. Some problem with the light, it turns on by itself and prevents you from sleeping. Excellent breakfast!

Went for a business meeting. Our client had reserved a working space and included lunch. Food was delicious. Dessert as well. Had coffee, milk, hot water for tea and cocoa available in the same space. Our meeting room was the Dali room and had a buttler assigned. Very good Hotel in the city center

I stayed here 3 nights. As a single adult who doesn’t speak any Spanish, the good to know is the people at reception know English so that is a big plus for me. However There is Walter who works in the Bar at the hotel and is also responsible for room service. He is really great person, always smiling, speaks English and some one you can have a conversation with.

Absolutely amazing rooms...loved it here. I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older "colonial" part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. This place is beautiful! Old Spanish colonial building with much of the original feel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We came back for a second night and when we visit again we will stay here if visiting the colonial district.

I was moved from a good King bed room to another one by the elevator. After I paid and extended. Random noise from it all night long. Person at desk said some one reserved that room. How? I asked. You can’t reserve a room number. I am hot about the situation.

Horrible ! The hotel has a night club that keeps guests awake. The noise is enormous on Friday and Saturday evenings. In addition, no gym or swimming pool.

Hotel was clean and location was OK. It was pretty rainy evening, we were glad there were free parking slots in front of building as well as VERY good restaurant couple of steps from the entrance. Across the street was a supermercado, neighbourhood was also pretty clean even for spoiled European people as we were, Breakfast was continental, a lady makes omlette on order.

Excelent service, the hotel has a beautiful colonial design, and they have personal 24 hours for everything you need, breakfast and tasty hot coffee early in the morning. And they gave me access to the rooftop to make yoga. Definitely I would like come back every week.
