Made a group reservation here for over 25 people. The booking was very seamless compared to other hotels in the area and the staff was very accommodating when we arrived early for check-in. The rooms were very clean. I am pleased with the hotel and the amenities.

Located near the shore (there is no beach due to pollution) the hotel has the normal ammenities of a Renaissance hotel. The hotel is a bit deceiving but once inside you're pleased. The room is spectacular. The best part of my stay was the staff, especially Gisell. She really took care of me and my business partner. Her attention is 2nd to none. Definitely coming back.

This is a great hotel in a good location. It is walking distance to banks, shopping centers, supermarkets and more. Their suites are like a full blown apartment. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Decent Place Front desk staff were rude. But the restaurant staff and manager went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was huge but really stay here for access to the gym. Its free access to a really high end fitness club with all amenities included

I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older "colonial" part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel...

The hotel is not bad, but I stay 4 nights and the first 3 nights didn't have hot water, there was no A/C Remote and no TV remote. They have a nice pool on the 4th floor and good breakfast

This place is beautiful! Old Spanish colonial building with much of the original feel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We came back for a second night and when we visit again we will stay here if visiting the colonial district.

I was moved from a good King bed room to another one by the elevator. After I paid and extended. Random noise from it all night long. Person at desk said some one reserved that room. How? I asked. You can’t reserve a room number. I am hot about the situation.

The property was great, but my bed had a hole in it and because I was already set up in the room I didn’t complain about it I didn’t want to move anywhere else. I got an upgrade for the Sweet. For $130 extra and Walk in to a hole in the bed and a broken fridge put some food there and my food got spoiled because the fridge doesn’t get cold enough to hold some food. But the staff was great.

Hotel was clean and location was OK. It was pretty rainy evening, we were glad there were free parking slots in front of building as well as VERY good restaurant couple of steps from the entrance. Across the street was a supermercado, neighbourhood was also pretty clean even for spoiled European people as we were, Breakfast was continental, a lady makes omlette on order.

Has more amenities (medium size pool and a roof-top jacuzzi) + a variety of beautiful areas (little bar, open terrace, cama Balinesa!) than many other hotels in Zona Colonial. Excelent service, the hotel has a beautiful colonial design, and they have personal 24 hours for everything you need, breakfast and tasty hot coffee early in the morning. And they gave me access to the rooftop to make yoga. Definitely I would like come back every week.

Get ready for great service, old fashioned beautiful colonial hotel. Close to the tourist attractions. Very quaint. I would stay there again. Rooms are nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Free wifi that works n air conditioning that has a mind of its own.
