Clean and sanitary good service

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and I really love it. It is close to everything like the beach and Zona Colonial. The Front Desk staff Micheal and Nichole are awesome. They welcome you with a warm smile and make sure you are well taken care of.

The room is relatively large, and the table/mats are good; the bathroom conditions are relatively poor, and the quality of paper towels needs to be improved.

It's a very old hotel. The lobby feels great, but the decoration in the room is old and the smell is very obvious. The air conditioner is too strong and the sound is loud. This is a great hotel in a good location. It is walking distance to banks, shopping centers, supermarkets and more. Their suites are like a full blown apartment. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Decent Place Front desk staff were rude. But the restaurant staff and manager went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was huge but really stay here for access to the gym. Its free access to a really high end fitness club with all amenities included

During my stay, I noticed a lot of work/repairs ongoing and I will adjust my commets accordingly. The room was clean very comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to shopping and groceries. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were impressive compared to other locations I've visited.

The property is in a great need of restoration. There is no AC in hallways, no hot water in shower and lots of humidity in hallways.

This is basically a family hotel. Located in a quiet area, nice constructed hotel with a wide range of beds and very affordable. You have your tv and internet and breakfast included in all the rooms. Environment is clean and the workers are very nice.

I enjoyed my stay at the Billini Hotel. I just wish that more staff spoke English considering it caters to a wide variety of tourists. The hotel property is amazing and has a very cosy feeling to it. I enjoyed the vast variety of breakfast options they had. Would love to stay there again.

The hotel is very nice and the first impression when you get there is excellent. However, as we had experiences with the service, like requests for towels, we started sensing weaknesses. I am not sure if I would stay there again, or will go back to Nicolás de Ovando, our usual hotel in the colonial zone.

Excelent service, the hotel has a beautiful colonial design, and they have personal 24 hours for everything you need, breakfast and tasty hot coffee early in the morning. And they gave me access to the rooftop to make yoga. Definitely I would like come back every week.

Get ready for great service, old fashioned beautiful colonial hotel. Close to the tourist attractions. Very quaint. I would stay there again. Rooms are nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Free wifi that works n air conditioning that has a mind of its own.

The property was great, but my bed had a hole in it and because I was already set up in the room I didn’t complain about it I didn’t want to move anywhere else. I got an upgrade for the Sweet. For $130 extra and Walk in to a hole in the bed and a broken fridge put some food there and my food got spoiled because the fridge doesn’t get cold enough to hold some food. But the staff was great.

I don’t like leaving a bad review on any business but I had to this time. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious! The staff is very helpful and nice! But If you are looking to get a good night rest do not stay here there is a club near by that plays extremely loud music all night long. very disappointed could not sleep or get any rest on vacation can not wait to leave and go home....
