Clean and sanitary good service

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and I really love it. It is close to everything like the beach and Zona Colonial. The Front Desk staff Micheal and Nichole are awesome. They welcome you with a warm smile and make sure you are well taken care of.

Made a group reservation here for over 25 people. The booking was very seamless compared to other hotels in the area and the staff was very accommodating when we arrived early for check-in. The rooms were very clean. I am pleased with the hotel and the amenities.

Located near the shore (there is no beach due to pollution) the hotel has the normal ammenities of a Renaissance hotel. The hotel room is large, but a bit dry

Everything at this hotel was incredible! Seriously from the rooms! And the service out of this world. Roxanna especially was the best server. She was attentive during breakfast and made sure that we were taken care off bringing over anything we needed from coffee to condiments. All with a warm smile.

The hotel is amazing! The ocean front rooms have a great view! The rooms are clean and spacious. The service at breakfast was exceptional! Melida, our server was extremely attentive, she provided great service and if I could take her back to the states with me I would. She was friendly and went above and beyond! Peaceful and calm. Very traditional and solid Hotel. Very near to Grocery Store / Supermarket. Safe zone for walking around as the former ex-President of DR lives around the block. Has a small park where you can walk and excercise. Has a nice pool, tennis court and Gym, where other people that aren't staying in hotel, can go.

Good Hotel. Probably one of the best in town prior to the pandemic. Front desk guys very polite. Waiters away from that. In both restaurants, but mainly the one on the top building. Rude and impolite.

The staff were dxcellent and made the best of a Coronavirus vacation experience. A lot of the amenities were closed but the restaurants had excellent food, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful & the amenities that were open were great. Reasonably priced and centrally located.

At the reception everyone is friendly. Good hotel, cleaning in the room is not very good. Some problem with the light, it turns on by itself and prevents you from sleeping. Excellent breakfast!

The rooms are modern and clean. It is a nice place overall yet it seems that there is always some major remodelling going on. It would be nice to visit there one time and all the facilities are available. Right now the pool area is closed, which would have been nice to know before I booked.

The hotel is located in a convenient area.. The best thing is that this hotel is inside the mall and we thought it was a wonderful idea. The staff and the customer services include the services in general was amazing . Very friendly and nice all of then . We would definitely return to this hotel.

The room had a luxurious feel, but the furniture was scratched and dirty, and I could feel the age of the place. I was also bothered by the moldy smell. It was the most expensive per night among the foreign hotels in Santo Domingo, but to be honest, it was just in a good location, and I felt that the price was not worth it otherwise.

The hotel is a bit deceiving but once inside you're pleased. The room is spectacular. The best part of my stay was the staff, especially Gisell. She really took care of me and my business partner. Her attention is 2nd to none. Definitely coming back.

Service is so relax and homy. Gloria from room service and Freddy at the restaurant where specially attending us so we wouldn’t miss anything that we needed. Very respectful and sharing such joy as if we were guests at their own home. Thank you for this wonderful stay. 💕

Decent Place Front desk staff were rude. But the restaurant staff and manager went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was huge but really stay here for access to the gym. Its free access to a really high end fitness club with all amenities included

Great stay only stayed for 1 night it wasn’t as close to the airport but it was a very relaxing and beautiful hotel. I had a very big comfortable room as well. The staff was always very pleasant and welcoming.

Always wanted to stay at an Intercontinental, and finally got a chance! It's a cool, calm oasis in the midst of the busy city. The location of the hotel is OK, it takes about a few minutes to walk to the supermarket. The service attitude of the hotel is relatively poor, and the waitress at the front desk has a very dark face. The smoke exhaust system in the hotel restaurant is very poor, and you will smell of oil smoke when you eat breakfast.

I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older "colonial" part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. This place is beautiful! Old Spanish colonial building with much of the original feel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We came back for a second night and when we visit again we will stay here if visiting the colonial district.

I was moved from a good King bed room to another one by the elevator. After I paid and extended. Random noise from it all night long. Person at desk said some one reserved that room. How? I asked. You can’t reserve a room number. I am hot about the situation.

Small boutique hotel. Very ckean, great staff, and very peaceful. Very relaxing, dibing limited, used uber type delivery for food. Rooms were big and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at the Billini Hotel. I just wish that more staff spoke English considering it caters to a wide variety of tourists. The hotel property is amazing and has a very cosy feeling to it. I enjoyed the vast variety of breakfast options they had. Would love to stay there again.

The hotel is very nice and the first impression when you get there is excellent. However, as we had experiences with the service, like requests for towels, we started sensing weaknesses. I am not sure if I would stay there again, or will go back to Nicolás de Ovando, our usual hotel in the colonial zone.

This property is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. I stay here every time I visit Santo Domingo. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it if you enjoy an upscale atmosphere.
