Clean and sanitary good service

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and I really love it. It is close to everything like the beach and Zona Colonial. The Front Desk staff Micheal and Nichole are awesome. They welcome you with a warm smile and make sure you are well taken care of.

Everything at this hotel was incredible! Seriously from the rooms! And the service out of this world. Roxanna especially was the best server. She was attentive during breakfast and made sure that we were taken care off bringing over anything we needed from coffee to condiments. All with a warm smile.

I only recommended this hotel if you need to stay in Santo Domingo for one or a couple of nights. We had leaking in the bathroom and the shower was old. The staff very kind and helpful, except when I was going to use the swimming pool as everyday they was questioning me if I am a customer.

Had a great experience at Casas del XVI in Santo Domingo. The staff were amazing and provided service above and beyond what I expected.
