The environment is great. The fifth floor is the executive lounge, which offers breakfast and snacks, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat on your way home from work. The Jacuzzi in the room is also fantastic, a great way to unwind after a long day. The pool is nice too, but unfortunately I didn't have time to swim.

Overall, the hotel left a good impression, The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel has a great pool and spa. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Great hotel tos stay. I love the rooms very spacious, clean, refrigerator is full of drinks, snacks, and more. Breakfast was not included but it’s worth it, they have a little bit of everything and for every one. The casino is amazing.

Rooms don’t open so it’s impossible to get outside fresh air and change the one from inside the room. The pool instead of being a quiet place where to relax it’s a disco with a DJ that blasts the music at very high volume. I asked to lower it a bit down. The people at the bar and the DJ rolled their eyes, lowered it for a minute and then they raised the volume once again.

Had a great experience at Casas del XVI in Santo Domingo. The staff were amazing and provided service above and beyond what I expected. The property was great, but my bed had a hole in it and because I was already set up in the room I didn’t complain about it I didn’t want to move anywhere else. I got an upgrade for the Sweet. For $130 extra and Walk in to a hole in the bed and a broken fridge put some food there and my food got spoiled because the fridge doesn’t get cold enough to hold some food. But the staff was great.

This was an amazing stay for us. Me, my husband and two kids stayed here for 4 nights and loved everything about it. The location is 10/10. You can walk to so many places (very safe area!). Amazing hotel. Maria the owner specially looks after you. Their hospitality is 5 STAR, better then sheraton. Breakfast is great, and the service is 10/10
