Excellent service coupled with a great location. The hallway had a bad smell but the room was nice and clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing we didn't like was their bathrooms as they are very small. Other than that, we will definitely return.

Had a wonderful 10 day stay recently at the Sheraton Santo Domingo. Hotel was clean and staff was very attentive/helpful from the front desk to the restaurant/bar to the concierge level. Big thanks to Nelsy upstairs for going above and beyond each and every day. I will definitely be back.

Was a very good experience staff will manner, helpful and taxi on permission. I went to the country for a birthday party it took 3 hrs and I made it there safely and kept the driver . The cost was only $125.00 in Americans money or $7,000.00 pesos.. I will go back there

The hotel is pretty standard. The stuff is nice, but 2 things that I didn’t like: 1. The pool is tiny and shallow like 1m deep, so you can’t really swim there. 2. I have seen 3 cockroaches in the room when opened the wardrobe and in the bathroom.

The service in this hotel was really good. The breakfast bar staff was very helpful and all the food was extremely fresh. My husband used the GYM during our stay and was very happy with the facilities. I also like that it is close to a mall.

The rooftop pool is an amazing spot to cool down, and take amazing photos. The food is what you would expected from Holiday Inn, and though the cafe falls short of expectation, it should not be a deal break in your decision to stay. The service is top quality, and they always go the extra mile to help you make sure your vacation is worry free and full of smiles.

I stayed here 3 nights. As a single adult who doesn’t speak any Spanish, the good to know is the people at reception know English so that is a big plus for me. However There is Walter who works in the Bar at the hotel and is also responsible for room service. He is really great person, always smiling, speaks English and some one you can have a conversation with.

This place is beautiful! Old Spanish colonial building with much of the original feel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We came back for a second night and when we visit again we will stay here if visiting the colonial district.

I was moved from a good King bed room to another one by the elevator. After I paid and extended. Random noise from it all night long. Person at desk said some one reserved that room. How? I asked. You can’t reserve a room number. I am hot about the situation.

I stayed here for two nights. The service was impeccable. I sent a notice that I would arrive late. They reached out to confirm my arrival time and made sure someone was available to check me in. The host was super friendly and actively asked for suggestions for improvements. Great location, decent place and very reasonable price.

Hotel was clean and location was OK. It was pretty rainy evening, we were glad there were free parking slots in front of building as well as VERY good restaurant couple of steps from the entrance. Across the street was a supermercado, neighbourhood was also pretty clean even for spoiled European people as we were, Breakfast was continental, a lady makes omlette on order.

Inexpensive and not fancy. You get what you pay for here. Need to get to the breakfast before the other guests. The good food goes quickly and does not get replenished.

Excelent service, the hotel has a beautiful colonial design, and they have personal 24 hours for everything you need, breakfast and tasty hot coffee early in the morning. And they gave me access to the rooftop to make yoga. Definitely I would like come back every week.
