Hotels with aquapark in Sosua

I've been in many accomodations, but nothing like this one. The personalized service is the big difference. The infrastructure is first class. Everything is take into consideration for the comfot of the guest.

The owner's wife Saskia was welcoming and extremely pleasant to deal with. We had a rum punch which was delicious and creme brulee for dessert. This is a class act restaurant and I highly, highly recommend

We both had the same exact meal which was filet mignon with bearnaise sauce, served with fresh cut steak fries. The steak was cooked to perfection and the bearnaise sauce was absolutely delicious

What a fabulous restaurant, with excellent food and service. I was visiting from Texas to purchase a property there and my friend Lisa Crocker took me to celebrate the purchase

And at the very end they provide you with a wonderful napkin that you pour liquid on and it expands into a full size refreshing napkin to wipe off your hands and face

I'm staying there again next week and can't wait

During the cleaning they took our personal tooth brush an cream. at the next day no one was available to replace it. i had to wait until somebody showed up in order to brush my tooth even though it was a 24/7 service

Two nights of my stay the water stopped working in the entire complex and I had to wait the following day for someone to come repair it, there were rolling blackouts as well

The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is nice and the restaurant is amazing!! You can't beat the location too. You're minutes from the beach and many restaurants and bars

If you are not from the country or do not know the local, this is a great place to go ahead and stay. It is safe 24 seven and it is highly recommended for I am a frequent that goes there

The hotel room was clean and room service fixed your room(if you wanted them too). The drinks and food were very good. The free breakfast can use a little more portions

The Beach and the Reef were both gorgeous, however there were red flags the whole time so we didn't get to enjoy the beach and its water too much, spending most of our time poolside and in the hot tubs

Is a great report, staff are so nice, food was great. The beach was beautiful. I went to Casa Marina. But next time I will do the Casa Marina adults only, looks even better. But definitely going back to this resort..

Cool place but needs to upgrade the food It was a great place but it was always the same food needs variety and the bar was to far from the pool but everything else was great

Enjoyed the food! Service was very friendly. Internet service provided only half of a day versus 24 hours I paid for.

I don't know why people rate this resort anything lower than 5. From the moment we got here, it was just about five star service. The staff are nice, ocean reef pools with amazing views

Very good hotel, there are things that could be improved, but it's going well.

The section I stood in was quiet and all sections have their own pool. Cleaning staff did a good job. Good water pressure, good hot water, good ac, comfortable bed, guest friendly

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of august. Great hotel in the centre of sosua. Water pressure in the shower is very good. Air con is strong and works very well. The queen size bed is very big and comfy

New garden is a popular Hotel for Sousa. Restaurant and swimming pool available here. I recommend this hotel for single men, couples who are open minded. This is definitely not a family structured hotel

I had a very nice room next to the pool, A/C was very cold, the restaurant was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely staying here again. See ya soon!!!!!!

There is a nice swimming pool in the reception area. Breakfast is included with the room and the food was very nice. Location of this hotel is perfect

I wasnt happy with the first room i was given as the safe and a few other things didnt work. They then switched me to room 33 and i was very happy

The lack of seating around the pool was a significant inconvenience. I believe that addressing these maintenance issues would greatly enhance the guest experience and align with the hotel's romantic atmosphere

Service was great, we had a water issue in our first room and they upgraded our room right away. The location is quiet and tucked away. The food was great as well! Pleasant staff

The property appears to be in serious need of updates and repairs. While my room was clean and comfortable, the overall condition of the hotel, particularly the pool area, was disappointing

As other reviews say, this hotel is in need of some repair - but they were conducting various repairs the duration of our trip (new paint, repairing balconies, etc). It's still a very beautiful hotel

I had my original apartment changed. And was moved to an apartment with best ocean view. Breakfast was included and was good. The Service in restaurant is top notch. After 17 years going to Sosua

Our stay was very pleasant. Customer Service was excellent, and our room was very cozy, equipped with great Air Conditioner units. It is currently under a bit of renovation/restoration.

Nikki was very friendly and helpful. I did not have a car so you need to take a motoconcho or taxi to go into town and to the beaches

Again, the owner Nikkie, was extremely friendly and helped me to get taxis to get me where I needed to go

This place provides you with all your needs. A driver to pick you up from airport & drive around town. Pepe was very polite & safe driver. I needed birthday surprise decorations & they provided it for me

This is a lovely place to spend some relaxation time and yet close to everything ! Steps from the beach. The pool was perfect. Very clean and neat and the host is always available if you need help.

Extremely clean, outside bar and grill, peaceful, pool and jacuzzi. To top it off Nikki is an outstanding hostess!! This place has personality and style. I will be back here on my next visit

The homey ambiance made us just want to stay here and lounge at the pool all day. Haha! Hammocks are also all over the place and the barbecue area made everything perfect
