I stayed one month. I had my original apartment changed. And was moved to an apartment with best ocean view. You can hear the waves. Breakfast was included and was good. The Service in restaurant is top notch. After 17 years going to Sosua. I can't think of a better place I stayed at. It was hard to leave. Safe peaceful place to stay. Great staff.

Amazing hotel for the price. Front desk was very accommodating and the hotel is tucked in a street with very little noise. The views are spectacular and worth every penny!

I enjoyed the stay overall. Most of the issues that I had was with the staff. When I just checked in, I had to argue with the front desk girl that I had Superior Room with Ocean View. Instead of checking my reservation, she would keep on arguing with me. Then she checked and said, yes, I was right. Once, my room was not cleaned. They also tried to get 100 pesos when I brought a guest. But, the view is great, A/C is very good, and that all that matters.

Attempted to book an event, but they were full and under construction. The location is amazing, but the renovations are still ongoing. Never got a chance to check and see what the rooms look like inside.

This place is very old and the rooms are very old looking but I did have a great view of the ocean, that was the only perk I liked, I will be going to better hotels and Air BnB's when I go back in the near future

The hotel has a beautiful natural scenery all around. However, the exterior appears to be somewhat old and not well-maintained. The room was decent, although the TV had no sound. There is Wi-Fi in the room, and the air conditioning worked very well. The service was good, and the breakfast was decent.

Absolutely perfect location with an incredible Oceanview you get to hear the waves pounding on the rocks. Price for Rome and breakfast is awesome

Room did not have a soap Holder in bath room neither a carpet out side the shower.. T V DID NOT WORK..NO CABLE? NO WI FI IN ROOM.... FOOD WAS GOOD!

I cannot comment on the hotel portion other than to say that it and the spacious outdoor restaurant overlooking Sosua Bay are just spectacular in a nineteenth century architectural style recently renovated. The restaurant food menu is broad and the drinks were spot on. The ribeye steak I enjoyed was the best I’ve ever had. So juicy and perfectly cooked it was the best. And with the Californian wine we had the meal and the view over the ocean made dining a true experience. Yes I would urge a visit to the Piergiorgio Restaurant between Sosua Beach and Alicia Beach.

In its day. I would say it reflected opulence. Looks like it's trying to make a come back. Supper run down. No beach access and it's a bit of a walk.
