A bit older SPA, but still very good. Have visited several times. The second (through the first one) steam sauna is the best, when working.

Sunday evening was such a great time to visit spa as it was empty and no rush for pools

Long story short it's a decent place for the money to spend a night or two BUT I do not recommend!
One of the biggest disadvantages of this place is the absence of any airconditioners in the rooms, so we really struggled during the hot weather. No mini fridge, no kettle. There was soap in the bathroom and a hairdryer. No hooks to hang towels whatsoever. Uncomfortable pillows.
Room was old but clean. Had TV that we didn't use. Spa was OK, although I wish the water was warmer. Breakfast was OK. Friendly staff. Mini shop/Cafe in the lobby. Lots of beauty and health procedures, didn't give a try. Good location

I stayed in an airBnB near this hotel, so decided to try the breakfast here. Recommendation; Dont go.
All the staff was unfriendly, almost hostile towards us as I was moving with a baby and a pram. The food was from the 90s (I dont understand the compliments in other reviews) and all the "better" stuff e.g. cheese was finished all the time. The place is like school dinery with "Aki Kaurismäki" vibe added with horrible noise. For some reason all the other guests were also unpolite, pushing and skipping lines - some even wanted to push us out of the way when they saw the cheese coming :D
Hated the experience. Dont go.

Location is great, stuff is friendly, spa is ok.
Rooms: no air condition it means that during the summer time windows have to be opened and mosquitos will be in the room.
In family rooms show is close to the door and flour is always slippery.
Food: very basic and some times not fresh!

Only thing missing was a hairdryer in our room, just because I forgot to bring my own. Everything else was top notch. Nice and friendly hotel staff.

Small rooms compared to the price paid. Swimming pool is also not included in it, nor the cycles. The lady in the pool doesn't know English, tough to communicate. The pool is also very populated. However the receptionist staff are good, everyone knows English and are helpful! Breakfast not many options and choices.

Nice hotel with a good selection of breakfast, decent gym including spa facility access to Termid which is attached to the hotel. While lobby and floor lounges feel a bit dated, rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable.

Essential but nice and clean, in a perfect position to visit Pärnu. The SPA is quite complete, with all sorts of water pools and saunas. Plenty of beauty and health treatments, even medical.

We stayed one night. Room was clean, condition good. Buffet dinner and breakfast was good. Many pools and saunas: Hamami, Finnish, steam, salt, Japan bath, pool for children, hot tubs. Also have restaurant, little shop and spa
