Room quite small, we booked for 3 persons and extra bed was difficult to fit. Bathroom requires reconstruction. SPA center small as well. Breakfast was about average. Great location, sea view from rooms.

Room was ok and spacious and parking was free, but still think twice before going here. Service is below any standards. In the restaurant it was so slow that we could'nt choose whether to cry or laugh.
Rome was not built in a day, but I still think think it was done faster than it took from the waiters to took our order and bring our drinks. Not talking about the time it took to clear the table from dirty dishes.
Food itself was nice and beautiful portions but still, horrible, horrible service. You have been warned.

Outdated and slightly shabby feel. We had two adjacent rooms with AC out of order in both rooms. We asked for repair three times and were assured it would be fixed but nobody came back to us. Service was not impolite but they just did not do what they promised. We had a few very hot and humid nights but were kindly enough offered a fan for the last night when we contacted the reception for the last time. Bathrooms looked and felt like 80s vintage. The breakfast was something I’d be expecting to get at a 2-star hotel or motel. The location was decent, walking distance from the beach. The children’s play area was nice for our kids. A plus for the charging possibility for the ones driving an EV. All in all, I was quite disappointed with my stay and do not recommend this hotel.

Over-priced dated hotel with lackluster spa.
We stayed in a Junior suite in the beginning of July 2024. While the hotel is clean and decenly decorated - considering the age - it was clear the rooms could use a bit of maintenace or renovation.
The two-floor suite was rather inconvenient with the main bedroom and the only shower located in the 2nd floor behind a climb through a spiral staircase. For young and fit people they are not a problem, but with kids or older people I would be wary. Shower handle did not stay in the fixed position, limiting the use to handheld use only. Inconvenient. The seals between the sink and wall had also seen their best days and would require replacement.
The most annoying aspect of the room was definitely the fact that the window blinds didn't work as intended, and neither did the curtains. There is a room-wide window in the very top near the ceiling that lets the sunlight come in through the almost useless blinds that cannot be adjusted either. So, summer mornings will wake you up, unless you're used to sleep in daylight. We come from Finland, so we are very used to "white nights" or nightless nights, and it still bothers us when you can't shut the windows.
Oh, and in the first floor toilet (in the room) the towel dryer is placed so that wet swimwear will be dripping on you while taking a dump. Not optimal. :/
The spa had the massage pool out of use, which limited the spa use to the swimming pool and jacuzzi only. Jacuzzi was busy all the time, so that we didn't experience, but the swimming pool was big enough to swim. Unfortunately the water temperature was under the promised 27C. It was rather clear from first dip into water that we will be cold shortly. As comparison, in our hotel later same week, the 28C pool temp kept us warm and happy for two hours easily.
Breakfast was OK, while nothing to write home about. You have the usual selection of bacon and scrambled eggs, porridge and sorts of breads. The breakfast contents are not especially high quality, while that was not expected either.
Staff were always very kind and nice to us, and we didn't feel at all the traditional "rude" service common in Baltics.
The hotel is rather distant to the restaurants near Rüütli (one of the main streets), some 2 km walk. Similarly, to reach the beach and its services it takes maybe 1,5 km walk. Taxis (e.g. Bolt, app recommended) will take you to town with only 3-4€.
Finally, I must say that the pricing of 500+ € for two nights in that room and hotel were too much. Even if it is high season, I would not pay that money again. Next time we will consider a flat closer to the town center, unless a reasonable deal is available. Maximum price to pay for the level of accomodation in this hotel would be 80-120€ / night in my opinion.

The staff at the reception desk are quite rude. The place was filled with screaming children, including in the spa area. This meant the spa was not relaxing at all… the breakfast had good choices but so busy and stressful. Sauna not switched on in the morning.

Very cosy interior and compact spa area. Not a lot of saunas but enough to not get confused. Perfect when it is not crowded.
Experience would have been perfect overall if the room floors had been warmer. It was a bit cold all over the room, but it was not too bad.
Breakfast was also really nice. Maybe a little less options compared to some others, but everything was well made and tasty. Range of food was highly enough.
Worth to visit!

Staff are talking behind people backs. Room is cold and food is bad. Do not recommend to go and stay for a weekend

Average hotel, definitely far from 4 stars. Rooms quite dated, staff unprofessional and inexperienced, especially in restaurant. SPA center is quite small, saunas already cold almost 1hour before closing, lights in some areas (kids pool) turned off without reason at 8pm, no towels available, but you can ask for them if you manage to catch somebody from staff, but it's not an easy job.
29.11.2021
Spa a bit too busy and saunas a bit too cold due to big client flow. Nice breakfast. Lounge bar too busy in the evening.
11.11.2021
Great location, comfy beds, nice room. All hotel was very clean. Had robes, towels, shampoos, coffee making kit for morning. Mini golf for extra money was very good choice. Plenty of saunas to choose, also pools. Jacuzzi never worked in 2 days. Spa zone pretty cold. No robes for kids even if kids paid fully and mentioned at booking. Cold breakfast but enough to choose from. Staff wasn't interested, minimum English, lady at breakfast pretty rude - prioritised her job not people. Key card for doors was deactivated more than 30 min before our checkout, had to go to reception twice to sort it out and get back to pack. I would stay again, definitely :)
