Good place to stay for relaxing and spa. Very friendly hotel staff. We highly appreciated their kindness as we arrived at the wrong date but the staff managed to find a room for us. Simple but good food, spa with 4 different saunas and pool. Wife variety of spa procedures. Might be quite crowded during weekends.

Good value for money. We (2 adults, 3 kids) got two rooms, breakfast and pool access for €50 pp per night. Dinner in the Kuu restaurant was excellent. The buffet breakfast is pretty good. Don’t bother with the lunch buffet - there are better options in town. The pool is great. Very spacious and not crowded. All in all - highly recommend for a family stay - located near both the wonderful strand and charming town centre.

Nice hotel. The staff was friendly.
They did not clean our room during the whole stay and we did not have any new towels as well that was a bit weird as we stayed 2 nights.
The breakfast buffee was okay and the selection is small, the food did not taste very good.

When I entered the room, it looked okay at first, just a standard room. However, when I opened the curtains, I was confronted with an enormous mold infestation. It was so disgusting that I couldn't believe they would give such horrible apartments to their guests. It's crazy how they treat their guests by offering rooms with giant green mold covering the balcony. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, ranging from cheap to expensive ones, but I have never seen such disgusting accommodations. It's ridiculous to think that sometimes these apartments can fetch prices as high as 250 €.

Went there for a weekend relaxation (name of the package). 2 nights. Impossible to relax, as the beds are bolted to wall and whenever neighbours closed the door (or whatever the f they were doing) the whole bed was shaking.

Visited spa only, didn't stay a night there. Although at first it seemed that 3 hours are way too much, at the end I barely got out on time. Nothing much to do for children but a good place to rest for adults. Good thing that it had free water available at the bar. One thing I didn't enjoy was that the bracelets were a bit too big and felt like could slip off at any moment. Also some of the lockers weren't working.

It’s clean, and the location is nice, but the wifi at this hotel is absolutely awful. If you need to use the internet at all, I recommend you stay somewhere else.
There is also nowhere to use a microwave, kitchen, or laundry - which is odd considering it’s basically a physical rehabilitation center that moonlights as a hotel. The rooms don’t even have kettles.

More like an old people care centre than a hotel. This on its own is fine but they should manage expectations of young and family travellers.

First day here and already faced 2 rude employees who would either roll their eyes on you or shout (literally shout) at your mum when she mistakenly entered the cafeteria without showing her room nr at the till (just a side note - they have no sign stating that you need to do that).

Good value for money. Different saunas: infrared, Turkish, aroma, steam, salt sauna. Delicious evening and breakfast. Pleasant service. Close to both the beach and the city center. Swimming pool and gym included, can be used both in the evening and in the morning from 6.30 am
