Our overall experience was really good. Rooms were clean and nice, with a beautiful view. We chose family room with family package (includes breakfast, dinner and pancakes for all the family at the hotel bar and of course access to aquapark). Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river, waterfalls, main swimming pool with warm water, hot tubes, 2m and 4m diving and many other options). Kids were more than happy.
And special thanks to the staff – we forgot our swimming suits at the last day of our visit, but after contacting hotel, they did send them to us using Omniva.

”Paradiisi Saunad” - highly priced but with high quality features

3 visits during may24-sept24 :
Lack of maintenance (?) causing :
Finnish sauna wet (humid) and only 60-70’C warm (should be 90)
Lot advertised ” Ice cold (+12’C) pool” not chilled at all (water temp around +20)
Avoid this place if you are lookin for sauna xperience at high standards
Only pricing is high level at this place

The waterpark has aged quite a bit and a Family Ticket is considered 2 adults and 2 kids so bigger families beware!

Bit tired,i mean the waterpark,while there is a kids pool for younger (3y) children, there's not much to do for them. If you gave kids over 5y then it's a place for you 👍

View straight to the sea and beach area. Has the only waterpark in the town wich is full during rainy days.

Hotel is on the great location and the rooms are great but the amities that came with the stay made me sad!! Waterpark had a whole second floor closed but we were still charged full price for that visit. The tubes water flow was so weak that people got stuck in them. Also, food that was part of the experience, breakfast and dinners were very cheap looking tasteless and cold! The dinner ended by 7 pm. We usually don't eat before 7 pm so that was an inconvenience as well.

Visited during winter for calm romantic stay. Cannot comment on activities near the hotel, because stayed only for a night during a travel. Very nice rooms, clean, specous. Breakfast was very good also. Water park was great. Great hotel to spend a night while trawelling across Estonia.

Great hotel and spa to spend few days with a family. Good food and friendly staff 👌. We loved the pool area and bowling 🎳

It's our forth time in this hotel, location is great, service as well, breakfast got much better than before.
Only reason for less stars is the facility maintenance. Electric car charge wasn't working, door from garage didn't open, shower door didn't close properly, shower head was lose I needed to tighten it, one coffee machine in breakfast was broken so big line for coffee in breakfast. And more and more maintenance related thing.
Super crucial to address this as this is creating a snowball effect and will be hard to catchup later managing a big facility is not easy but should be prioritized as this one is unique super good for families and you don't want to lose popularity.

Tervise Paradiis Spa Hotel & Water park was a relaxing escape! The facilities were fantastic, offering a range of spa services and a thrilling water park.
