We loved the water park

The location is excellent, close to the beach. The facilities though would benefit from upgrade. For example. the extra bed for a child was like an old creaky camp bed.

A Masterclass in Incompetence and Indifference
From the moment we arrived, this hotel made it clear that customer service was an afterthought. The check-in process set the tone: they aggressively demanded our car’s *registration number* (not the license plate, as she condescendingly clarified).
Things only got worse when I attempted to redeem the prepaid massages I had already booked. Instead of verifying the reservation, the same administrator argued that I hadn’t paid and insisted I book (and pay) again with the spa. Only when I was moments away from showing my confirmation did she grudgingly retrieve the vouchers from a drawer beneath her—as if this were somehow my fault. Her dismissive "humph" and deflection ("the spa’s fault") were laughable, given this is a spa hotel run by the same company.
The true disgrace was the air conditioning debacle. After checking into a sweltering **28.9°C (84°F)** room—a dangerous temperature to remain in for extended periods—I turned the AC on and left for five hours, hoping for relief. Upon return, the room had only dropped to 25°C (77°F), still unacceptably warm. When I sought help, they responded with zero empathy, declaring there was "nothing to be done"—no technician, no manager, no solution. Her audacious response to my five-hour wait? **"Why did you wait so long?"** (Yes, really.)
A hotel that can’t manage basic customer service, honor prepaid services, or maintain safe room temperatures has no business charging guests these rates. Stay elsewhere if visiting the waterpark.

As much as we liked the view from our room, the location of the hotel, and the included breakfasts we will likely seek another hotel should we return to the area in the future. The room was small for three adults. We had a lot of access issues with our room cards (at times they worked other times not during midday). The water park was way too crowded. We were told we would have to pay extra for the hotel’s pool access which seems ridiculous and is not made clear in the hotel’s advertisement. We were denied an extra towel to replace a towel that got soaked while at water park.

Nice hotel on the beach with amazing water park

Our overall experience was really good. Rooms were clean and nice, with a beautiful view. We chose family room with family package (includes breakfast, dinner and pancakes for all the family at the hotel bar and of course access to aquapark). Aquapark was amazing – water was very warm, nice sauna center (for extra cost), nice water slides and many opportunities to do there (5 water slides, crazy river, waterfalls, main swimming pool with warm water, hot tubes, 2m and 4m diving and many other options). Kids were more than happy.
And special thanks to the staff – we forgot our swimming suits at the last day of our visit, but after contacting hotel, they did send them to us using Omniva.

”Paradiisi Saunad” - highly priced but with high quality features
NOT ANY MORE
3 visits during may24-sept24 :
Lack of maintenance (?) causing :
Finnish sauna wet (humid) and only 60-70’C warm (should be 90)
Lot advertised ” Ice cold (+12’C) pool” not chilled at all (water temp around +20)
Avoid this place if you are lookin for sauna xperience at high standards
Only pricing is high level at this place

The waterpark has aged quite a bit and a Family Ticket is considered 2 adults and 2 kids so bigger families beware!

Everything was quite all right. Nothing too fancy, but wasn't expecting it to be.
The odd thing about breakfast: there were no fruits. None whatsoever. And bacon was terrible, like in most hotels.

Bit tired,i mean the waterpark,while there is a kids pool for younger (3y) children, there's not much to do for them. If you gave kids over 5y then it's a place for you 👍
