Awkward owner/representative!
I am not a hotel resident but had a call and was walking randomly with the focus to my call when I entered the hotel entrance. It ended up with the owner/representative talking to me in an awkward tone and asking me why I entered the hotel! I said sorry that wasn’t paying attention to the entrance (although no gates or even someone who is telling so) and he said pay attention next time and put his hands on my shoulders with a sarcastic approach.
This is more than enough not to think about that hotel one day.

This place is really disgusting, the worst. Please avoid this accommodation at all costs. It's a cockroach-infested room.
I killed them all with insecticide.

It is well located, it's at the start of the mamsha, so it wouldn't be a problem if you guys don't mind 10~15 min walks to the end.
as for the rooms, they're very basic, it does the job.
if you're chill and can sleep anywhere, then you're good, but if you're obsessed with hygiene, then I'd recommend bringing your own bedsheets and pillows, even though they were okay 👍🏻.
The rooms aren't the best for staying in, as they're too small, especially the triple rooms.
the bathrooms are good and clean, and I did not experience any issues at all.
and finally, their prices are very good for a cheap and a decent stay

Worst experience EVER! If you hate yourself so much you gotta book this hotel.
The rooms are VERY DIRTY! I mean literally sunflower seeds are under the beds and lots of dust and hair and insects of different kinds the moment we have entered the room for the first time! In addition to that, the AC is terrible and needs maintenance. The shower is rusty you can even smell the rust in the water. The bed is literally broken from the half and I couldn’t sleep well from the squeaking sound and the fear of breaking the bed even more. Also the bed sheets are unclean and not sanitary to sleep on comfortably. No TV’s also. The refrigerator needs cleaning. The doors are cracked and the room is visible to those who are outside, same with the bathroom’s windows. Overall, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life.

Super convenient, clean and affordable room. I could not have planned a better room for my solo dive trip to Dahab. Not a single insect to be found. Super clean and very friendly hotel. My room near the rear of the hotel was very quiet even during Eid celebrations. I was grateful for the air conditioning during the heat wave. It was steps from shops and restaurants. I was diving with Scuba Zone who are based at this hotel.

The place is very nice. You can sit wherever u want on the premises, it's very close to all the activities, shops and restaurants. I would just hoped that the rooms would be a little more spacious.

Simple place, friendly staff, low budget fans (the best place for you) kind of last min crash in.. But to be fair, they can do better if they worked on renovating the place.

Very good place to stay with a tight budget, but keep in mind that it's not a 5 stars hotel, It's very basic yet very cool. People here are very helpful and friendly.
