Overall great experience, we really enjoyed the property and the amenities. Food and drinks are above average for an all inclusive. Bar staffs were friendly and professional, shout out to Eliza!
Great hotel at a great location. Food was excellent. Only thing the all inclusive drinks could include more alcohol😉
Great hotel with good food and a lot of pools with always places to stay. Would recommend !
The resort was good, but the food was not good, two years ago we stayed at the hotel, the food was better and the other rest.closed the buffet 1 hour and 15 min. after arrival, and the foos was boring too
We had a fantastic time at this property and we fell in love with Tenerife
Nice and well equipped hotel, good food.

It was very nice and convenient. We did not like the food option that much.
Hotel was lovely and big. (To big for my liking) hotel room ok extra charge per day for tea and coffee etc. Local.to the shops and restaurants. Would i stay there again. No
Decent hotel but for a 4star you don’t expect to pay extra for pillows if you need more or blankets. Good for families as facilities were good but for a couple in their 60’s thought the hotel was expensive. Habe recommended to friends who have children but not older couples
Good Valuevfor Money Food Was Good & Lots of Variation.. Very Helpful Staff.. Hotel Dated but Value for Money Overall... You Get What you Pay For
Great Value for Money Staff Excellent Good Choice of Food & Plenty Of it Al inI all Great Value Hotel A Bit Dated Found Nice Quiet Area on Adults only 5th Floor But Children Still up there in Adults Area. We had a great stay very comfortable beds. Staff are lovely. Nice clean hotel. Food was great lots to choose from. Overall we had a amazing time. Would highly recommend
Another great stay Great stay. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Good food and hotel is kept very clean. Room a little tired but hotel is in process of refurbishing so hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Lovely place to stay . Lovely place and great atmosphere 👌 and family freindly . Staff go all the way to assist you and amazing .
Just got back from a great week's family holiday. Ticked every box for us, price, location, food etc. Big shout out to the service, absolutely brilliant from the animation team to the waiting staff. Puts some 5 star hotels we've stayed at to shame
The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day. Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom
As returning guests of multiple visits we can recommend the Hotel for its friendly staff with special mention to Sidi who always remembers us. The rooms are comfortable and well attended. Queues at the bars are limited to few due to some self service options. The food is varied and great quality. The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them...

We came to Tenerife in 2019 and walked past this hotel and I really wanted to stay here. It's changed a bit since then and the bottom part has now been sold off and turned into a beach club. The hotel that's now here is still lovely, the communal areas are beautiful and naturally cooled from the breezes that blow through. The rooms are starting to show their age, with a little bit of wear and tear...
Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage. We also included breakfast in our stay, and it was absolutely worth it. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was stunning. If your budget allows, the upgrade is well worth it. What truly...
We had a fantastic stay at Dreams Jardín Hotel. The food was exceptional with top-class variety every day—something for everyone. A special shout-out to the amazing staff: Fernando and Li were always happy to help and so lovely with our 1-year-old. Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious...
We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming — you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area. It feels like you’re swimming in a tropical jungle, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush greenery. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sun. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly...
Best hotel experience I ever had ❤️ i don’t have words to say how beautiful this place has been for us. The suite we stayed at had an amazing view right in front of the ocean ( we were watching the sunset and the sunrise every day) the balcony was like a football field large with tables, chairs and sun beds, the room was clean and the staff were so friendly and always ready to help. The swimming pool...

Our holiday was for just a week starting on 16th September. First impressions of the hotel exterior was very good…. & we weren’t disappointed! We upgraded to Platinum Club with a Junior suite which had wonderful benefits starting with a separate check-in/out desk. There was always lots of food in the buffet at breakfast time & always hot. The Roast restaurant was our favourite… if you do go please...
We’ve just come back from a 7 night stay at the Guayarmina Princess Hotel. It really is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We stayed in a standard room which had a modern design, very spacious and was very clean. The safe in the room was free to use. The sunbed booking system (via the hotel app on a phone or the digital screens around the hotel) works really well. The hotel location is in a great...
Love the hotel just really need better evening entertainment and when checking in we found the premium check in wasnt very good bar and restuarant staff excellent
Third time at this hotel. Bar man David still there and wonderful, treats everyone so well and his presentation of drinks far better than most. Drink taste and presentation varies a lot. Standard of cleaning is outstanding. Food great and always so much choice especially when platinum. Didn't appear to be the free AI available at the cocktail bar now unlike previously. Also some drinks now chargeable...
This is the second time we have visited this lovely hotel and it is outstanding on all levels. Every single member of staff gave the best possible service, with a smile. The pool areas are clean and well attended. You can reserve your own sunbed and the towels are provided. The bedroom safe and residential tax were included free. There was a complementary drinks package included on arrival and a free...

Really enjoyed the GF Fanabe. Yes, around the edges it needs an uplift, however the staff are so friendly, the cleaners keep the hotel ever so clean, reception friendly and helpful although not a massive amount of interaction with them. The bedroom was always kept clean, plenty space inside with everything needed for a holiday. I had a ground floor pool view that captured the afternoon sunshine. The...
Brilliant hotel! Will definitely be back. The animation team are wonderful and always make time to spend with the kids! My boys say that was the best part of their holiday! Thank you for making the boys first time abroad special anamation team!
Honestly, best holiday I've had in a long time, staff very friendly, food was excellent, entertainment on every night, although we like to walk, and everything is within a very short walking distance especially to the beaches, highly recommended this hotel and the staff, hopefully next year we will come again. Pools are well maintained, cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Sad to be leaving. Our...
Animation team are amazing, big shout out to Ana. They really try hard and get guests involved. Lots of different activities to keep you entertained. The evening entertainment is good, johnny circus in particular is very funny. Great hotel, staff are very friendly and are happy to help. Breakfast is brilliant always something to find even if you are a fussy eater. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool
We stayed here beginning of September for first time, for our honeymoon. Lovely hotel, rooms cleaned everyday, staff always friendly & helpful. Food was okay not restaurant quality but totally adequate, lots of variety, lots of fresh Salad every day, different cuisine, something for everyone. Brilliant roof top pools, never any sun bed wars. Can't wait to come again next year
Fantastic entertainment and atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and pools are constantly monitored by lifeguards. Much better arrangement than previous year’s regarding sunbeds in the morning - allowance to get beds but with one person staying. Would prefer pool to open at 9am. Animation team are fantastic, plenty of activities for adults and children. Rooms are slightly outdated...

Jonah was a great Guy hè was friendly and charming pleas give him a raise. De rest of the hotel was also great.
Fabulous holiday - cleanliness was impeccable - food was was amazing and staff couldn’t do enough to help
We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered. The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall...
Food was amazing and service was very attentive. I’m here with family and everyone was happily satisfied with it. Jonay was great and made the night a lot better.
Hotel looks fantastic from outside and would be really good except for a few things we experienced. Firstly the rooms look tired and outdated because they are. Photos attached prove that. Food is like warm and not very good at all. In fact really boring same every day. To show how bad food is check out the restaurant across the road. Each night it fills with residents of the hotel who realise how...
We like the H10 brand and stayed at various before and always walked past this one when staying at costa adeje, so we booked it as the pools always looked good. So the positives are the pools and some heated with great views of the sea. There is a rooftop pool but need to go privilege to use it. There is an adult only area and they do manage that with lots of people with young kids trying to access...

Excellent 4 night break. Entertainment across the 2 sister hotels meant there was good variety. At the Sunlight Tenerife Omar was excellent and got people involved and was full of energy. Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje. We will be back.
Amazing hotel, food beautiful. Great restaurants. We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. We love the daytime darts. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant
Had a great week here with my wife. Staff, the food, the atmosphere all better than we could have expected. Great facilities and options to walk the 1 minute to other sister hotel for shows at night. The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on.
We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻
Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry. The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list. Thanks to all the staff...

Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication
Not bad but won’t be back Long walk (5-10mins) from entrance/reception to our apartment. Air con in apartment was useless - not sure if adhering to Spains 27 degrees Celsius lower limit… felt like it!
Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.
My stay at GF Isabel was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The facilities were amazing - accommodating to all. Overall it was a lovely stay and I’d definitely be coming back here again that’s for sure!
Absolutely gorgeous, what made this hotel so special was the staff. They were so dedicated and amazing. We will return. The food was incredible, the housekeeping staff were exceptional and the bar/restaurant staff were so professional and fast even though my husband insisted to practice his terrible Spanish with them.
Cleanliness was excellent. Plenty of space in the apartment. Got woken up a couple of nights by neighbours moving chairs around on the tiled floors which reverberates through the building. Also interconnecting doors with other apartments have little sound proofing. Finally, I was half board and evening meals were a bit hit and miss (one evening of the 4 I went to a restaurant as the food offer was...

We booked this place for five days on an all-inclusive basis. The hotel is in a good location, and both the rooms and the outdoor areas, including the pool, were very clean. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. The food was good. However, there are a few things that could be improved: The coffee machine in our room wasn’t working properly. The hotel was clean and tidy, all staff were brilliant. The fitness team Dora, Pierre and Monse were excellent always full of energy and enthusiasm. My only complaint would be there were not enough staff on the terrace bar every evening and the food was fresh but a little bit same same…. Well worth a visit.
My husband and I have just returned from this hotel. It was our 3rd time. As usual the food was plentiful and so much choice its unbelievable. Bars and restaurants to enjoy food and drinks. Stayed in Room 807. Lovely hotel, facilities are great and there is always something going on around the pool. Food is lovely, big selection so definitely something for everyone. Only downfall is that the aircon in the room isn’t particularly great and doesn’t really keep the room cold. But other than this, would definitely return.

Mostly apartments that are owned privately, but there are hotel services that offer a few lower quality units. If you have a friend or an acquaintance that can let you use their private department, you will find that it’s a nice complex to stay in, though not massively child friendly as inflatable toys, Lilo’s, or pool frivolity are all frowned upon. They were so playful and attentive with my little one, and they have made her first holiday such a special and memorable experience. It really meant a lot and has left a lasting impression. A special mention to Eidel, who is an exceptional member of staff – extremely welcoming, warm...
We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Bouganville Playa in Costa Adeje. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and truly stood out. Every member of staff was exceptional—always welcoming, attentive, and so incredibly kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was a real highlight of our stay. The buffet offered an amazing selection with something for everyone, and...
Amazing stay at the Bouganville, Tenerife! We had an incredible holiday at the Bouganville. The service was honestly outstanding – every member of staff was so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. They always go above and beyond. A special mention to Lorenzo on the front desk, who was always so cheerful and welcoming, and to Juan and Danny at the bar, who made every evening fun, they are...
Overall the hotel is really nice, kid friendly and very clean and the staff are very good and friendly. The pools are excellent, very clean also. Lots to do for the kids and the all inclusive is worth every penny, the food has been delicious and lots of different/variety every night. Main downfall is the lift situation. Only 4 lifts for up to 11 floors (approx 1000 rooms) and can wait up to 10 minutes...
Hotel is great with lots to do during the day and entertainment in the evenings. Pools are great, slide pool for kids is great to have on site. Staff are fantastic, friendly and great. Perfect hotel for families. Rooms are basic but clean and all you need during your stay. Location is fab, walking distance to shops and Siam Park with plenty of bars and restaurants immediately outside the hotel. Beach...

Love adeje but very very disappointed with accommodation. No way a 4 star. Reception staff lovely rooms very very clean but very very tired and basic….pool area very shabby needs a good overhall.
This hotel was actually my 2nd choice but the best, really loved it large pool, kids loved it, was upgraded to an apartment, nice grounds, safe as gated, great staff, good food, kids loved the
Plus points- clean, family friendly,uk tv,wifi, pools, nearby centre for shops/ restaurants Minus points- no aircon, 3rd bed in lounge, shower over bath, very noisy lift, uphill from beach, towels on sunbeds @ pool from early( rules say not til 10a.m.),kitchen needs update, balcony- space for 2 people really.repetitive entertainment
Not impressed with this hotel. Too many cobbled stones. Impossible to drag suitcases to hotel room. Lifts outdated. Barely able to hold 4 people. Shower in bathroom poor, no power. Night entertainment poor also. Rooms very basic. Would not recommend. Barely a 3 star hotel. Swimming pools freezing. No porter to help with suitcases.
Can't fault the hotel for location and high standards, theres just one reason we won't return and that's the noise from the cleaners, starting at 8 am every day the furniture being dragged across a tiled floor from the adjoining rooms, especially the one above was really really annoying and seem to go on for hours. Called reception to inform them but it just carried on. It's a shame because everything...
Wouldn’t recommend. Reception staff the unfriendliest I have ever come across. Ran a bath water brown. Unplugged as couldn’t get in and the toilet then flooded bathroom in brown water. Had to go to explain to reception.. who were rude and not helpful at all. Shower all week water was brown. Room basic and dated.. you need room with air con or it’s so uncomfortable hot.. Definitely not a 4 star. We...

I'll give it a 8 out of ten me and the family went for a week ,great apartments, pool, kids entertainment during the day .but evening entertainment could be better ,food good if you like it cold ,but I was disappointed with the fried breakfast and evening meal cold to luke warm, would I go back..yes definitely
You really can’t go wrong with this hotel at the cost it is, it’s extremely clean (rooms are cleaned every day) the food is good and theirs plenty of options for everyone, good entertainment (shout out to JonnyCircus) I would return.
Honest review: no huge expectations! We arrived home today from 7 nights here with our 13 YO and 3 YO. We arrived late, and minus our stroller which went missing from Bristol airport. Jose on reception let us borrow one for the evening (although we didn’t use in the end- it was pretty disgusting but nice never the less) he helped us with our luggage to the room. We were room 048 with a jacuzzi. Room...
Very good hotel for family stay with little kids.. must recommend for all. Very friendly staff. We are pure vegetarian and there were very little choices available in lunch/dinner but all head chef were amazing who specially made all vegetarian dishes on our request..
Brilliant rooms comfortable beds and a great time with friends a lot of fun lovely and bright and a great place for socialising
Visited here in May for 5 nights all inclusive with my mum, son & nephew and we had a wonderful time. Highlights: - Lovely resort - very clean & picturesque complex. - The room was a very good size with a TV, large balcony, comfy beds, fridge & cleaned daily. - Staff were so helpful & friendly. Special mention to Jorge who is a wonderful asset to the hotel. He was so accommodating & even helped...

Stayed here for an all inclusive holiday with the family. Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade from a 1 bed apartment, to a 2 bed apartment. The reception and cleaning staff were amazing and friendly, as were some of the restaurant staff. Our youngest had her birthday whilst we were there and the staff helped to make it feel special by making a birthday cake and decorating a table for us in the...
Don’t know how this hotel has got any bad reviews,a little apprehensive before we came because of them . But please do not be put off , I couldn’t recommend it more brilliant in every department so pleased with everything no complaints they must of been reviewing a different hotel because I can guarantee it wasn’t the one we stayed in … Thankyou playa real for a wonderful stay
The hotel is lovely rooms are massive there’s is loads of food to choose from unfortunately not a lot of plain dishes to choose from apart from plain pizza and chicken nuggets if there was and plains meat it was always tough and over cooked most of the staff are very nice just a few came off as rude but that could be the language barrier. The sky lounge wasn’t open and this wasn’t clear as to why....
We stayed from 23rd september 2025 until october 3rd we had a lovely time our 2 year old loved the pools and childs entertertainment and all the staff was always so friendly and chating to him which made his day food was nice and always different choices everyday we defenitely will be back again hopefully nxt year x
Thank you for another wonderful holiday. This was the third time we have been staying here and it didn't disappoint. The staff were excellent and some remembered us from previous stays. The resteraunt was always accommodating and even laid a special table for my birthday. As in many reviews some said food was bad.It wasn't.Always a variety and you wouldn't go hungry.Already planning to come back next year...
Ignore the reviews! As an English couple who is very particular, we could not fault this hotel. Leja was absolutely amazing, needed girl advice and she helped. The food is sound for what you pay; we went out when we felt like it, but you could totally stay for a week on a budget all inclusive if you wanted. Would 100% come back. pool is huge for the comparison of guests. It’s been empty enough for...
