Great hotel with good food and a lot of pools with always places to stay. Would recommend !

Food excellent , staff excellent and pool areas well maintained and probably cleanest hotel we have been to

Overall great experience, we really enjoyed the property and the amenities. Food and drinks are above average for an all inclusive. Bar staffs were friendly and professional, shout out to Eliza!

I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Buenavista and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and hassle-free

The chefs at all the restaurants should pay attention to the food before leaving the kitchen, sometimes they lack flavor. But overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The food was less desirable at the grill restaurant. Chicken wasn’t properly cooked and lacked flavor. The ribs were undercooked as well

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Rooms are very glamorous (upgraded to room with jacuzzi bath). Complex has 3 pools which are great

The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. The food places across the way was fantastic

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

Great breakfast and rooms. Service a bit poor and hotel is a bit overpriced. Especially we were disappointed with prices for food and drinks in the bar and the pool restaurant

Also down in the beach club you have to pay to sit anywhere nice. Overall a nice hotel that is a shell of what it used to be

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Food-wise, they were accommodating for vegetarians at the lunchtime restaurant, but at times, it was difficult to get hot food at the main buffet in the evening, so I had to opt for a cold salad

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much

The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again

When we checked in at the Level's own reception area after an excellent greeting, we were told about the service by the pool, and how everything will be done to look after you

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel)

Mostly though, you'd get your first drink, and never see service again. Often plates wouldnt' be cleared from your table before you left, even if you sat and slowly finished off drinks

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

Bus and taxis stop outside and it's a short walk downhill to beaches

The staff coped with Covid-19 very well, with not too many restrictions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a comfortable room. We will definitely return.

It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

Great breakfast buffet, pool area, room was spacious with great ocean view. Furniture a bit outdated as far as style, but of excellent quality and very well maintained

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

Pool area clean with gym aqua aerobics. Demographic in this location/ hotel possibly averaging 55 largely European. I will visit again! Excellent

We came to Tenerife in 2019 and walked past this hotel and I really wanted to stay here. It's changed a bit since then and the bottom part has now been sold off and turned into a beach club

The hotel that's now here is still lovely, the communal areas are beautiful and naturally cooled from the breezes that blow through. The rooms are starting to show their age, with a little bit of wear and tear

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

Meanwhile, couples and young families are wandering around searching, or making do with a single bed

The food in the restaurant was varied, well presented and tasty, something for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, handy for the local shops, close by to the promenade and yes there is a slope to walk

Yes, around the edges it needs an uplift, however the staff are so friendly, the cleaners keep the hotel ever so clean, reception friendly and helpful although not a massive amount of interaction with them

Honestly, best holiday I've had in a long time, staff very friendly, food was excellent, entertainment on every night, although we like to walk, and everything is within a very short walking distance especially to the beaches, highly recommended this hotel and the staff, hopefully next year we will come again

The bedroom was always kept clean, plenty space inside with everything needed for a holiday. I had a ground floor pool view that captured the afternoon sunshine

The animation team are wonderful and always make time to spend with the kids! My boys say that was the best part of their holiday! Thank you for making the boys first time abroad special anamation team!

A special mention goes to the animation team, who are passionate and open people, creating a warm and fun atmosphere. The hotel offers plenty of relaxation areas, a clean pool, and lots of sunbeds

Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived (drink on arrival), from reception staff/cleaners/pool staff/chefs/restaurant staff were amazing! Special mention for the entertainment team! They don’t stop they are all so friendly and hard working and never stop smiling I honestly believe they love their jobs

The entire hotel is very clean, and the rooms are perfectly prepared each day. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and a wide selection of toiletries. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the beds are extremely comfortable

We are recently back from a week at this hotel. It is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've stayed in. I travelled with my family for my birthday and had a great time. The staff were very friendly (all of them)

The food and drink options are extensive, ensuring that everyone will find something they enjoy. The staff throughout the hotel was highly professional, attentive, and sensitive to the needs of guests

He also gets brownie points for singing happy birthday to me many times throughout our stay. The evening entertainment was also good. With professional acrobatic shows and musical performances

Room for Improvement – Especially for Families with Young Children: • While there’s a kids’ pool with slides, it’s more suitable for children 6+, and the baby pool lacked any shade, which made it unusable at times

• Pools were great — stylish, clean, and perfect for adults looking to relax. The Mixed: • Drinks and bar service were inconsistent

Staff tried to help but weren’t always sure about ingredients. • No dairy-free ice cream option. For a child with allergies, it’s really hard to watch other children enjoy ice cream with no alternative available

The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall

We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered

• Rooms were clean and well-maintained, though the beds were very firm. If you like a hard mattress, you’ll be fine, but if you prefer anything with softness or give, it could be uncomfortable

The hotel location is in a great spot, 2 minutes walk to the beach (back exit of hotel) with lots of bars/restaurants/shops all along the promenade in both directions

The Roast restaurant was our favourite… if you do go please try The Mixed grill for 2! Unbelievable how much they serve you! 😋😋 The staff members always had a smile on their faces, beit a cleaner or bar manager… they would go above and beyond to help you & sort any little problem out for you…

The safe in the room was free to use. The sunbed booking system (via the hotel app on a phone or the digital screens around the hotel) works really well

We’ve just come back from a 7 night stay at the Guayarmina Princess Hotel. It really is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We stayed in a standard room which had a modern design, very spacious and was very clean

As we were half board that worked really well as there was a lot of choice to find somewhere to eat at lunchtime all within minutes of the hotel

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

My only problem is the location as it is not located near a main strip or outside bars and restaurants however we have used the bus stop at the top of the road and have gotten to everywhere we needed to go

We stayed at this resort for 10 days, the resort is self is lovely; with spacious areas,plants, big pools and drink and food areas close by

Cannot fault this hotel at all. We have been here 4 days now and everything and everyone is fantastic. The staff are amazing and the entertainment team work endlessly to ensure you have fun

We felt the rooms especially the beds needed updating but were spotless as were the bathrooms. The buffet, breakfast lunch and dinner was constantly replaced and was of a good standard

The food is great, loads of choice and a big selection. Our little boy just loves the kids club and the mini disco, the staff are so kind and friendly and do loads of fun activities with the kids

I stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It's been done up really welll. We were in the adults only section which was great with lots of areas with relaxing sunbeds. Food was fine, we did eat out on most evenings

Only downsides were you had to book in the night before to use the gym and the daytime music at the rooftop bar was extreme loud. Despite that we would stay again

Stayed as 2 couples in their 40’s. Chose adults area for apartment. The only thing as a negitive for us was a slight lack of atmosphere. I’m guessing just due to what people want from a holiday

Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, the rooftop yoga was a lovely experience. The rooftop bar served amazing cocktails, some of the best I’ve had

We had a great experience at Riu Arecas. The hotel is very clean, the location is great including access to the beach

Only one pool towel per person allowed but wet ones can be exchanged for a dry one. Pool bar only sells drinks & ice creams. Regular bus service going East into local town

If you like walking it’s a nice walk West along the coast to La Caleta. Black volcanic sand beaches in some areas. At night hotel corridors go quiet around 2300

Two things , a bottle of water in the room on arrival would be nice for that first cup of tea/coffee, the other would be a ban on smoking in the entertainment area on a night

Pool space gets really busy, age old issue with clients bagging sun-beds with a towel early morning & then not using them! Pools are immaculate & well maintained

Great Hotel, everything is spotlessly clean. food is of an high standard and tasty. Staff are polite and efficient

Photographing the show isn’t permitted (although some did) but I took a couple of the curtain call as did nearly everyone. Highly recommend this racy show - adult themes but nothing is offensive

4 Night Break The hotel is very modern and clean and provides all the services you would expect for a 5*. The service was excellent. I would most certainly return back to there again.

There are many rooms, and each room is cleaned very carefully. Environment: A great location. There is a shopping mall downstairs and the beach is a few hundred meters away

The hotel has three very large swimming pools🏊♀️In short, we have stayed in many five-star hotels in Europe

Facilities: The suite hotel has two toilets, a large sofa, and a large balcony, which is very suitable for families with children. Hygiene: The waiters who clean the room are very hard-working

Service: The service was great. We were compensated for a half-day delay in checking out because the room was delivered to us one hour late. The waiters were all warm and polite

We would definitely come back for a similar holiday of relaxed pool and beach with little ones, but the hotel also looked very nice for a more adult break, with great pools and bars with lovely views

We had two concerns before the holiday based on reading other reviews, which both turned out to be total nonsense. (1) that even the heated pools might be cold, but that turned out to be nonsense

The grounds were immaculate, the staff was extremely friendly, the service was second to none, the rooms were very clean, the pools were beautiful and a huge success for entertaining our children, and the views from our room of the ocean and hotel grounds were gorgeous

We were in a junior suite so all four of us could fit in one room and it was great - spacious, comfy, and a lovely balcony which was really handy with the kids

Pools were awesome, and the public beach below the hotel was really nice and the access from the hotel really convenient and easy

Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and location is just 2min walking from the beach. Hotel is mostly for people who want to relax. No music at the pool and things like throwing a ball is forbidden.

The pools and absolutely spectacular tropical gardens are beautifully kept. There's something for everyone, shady sunbeds amongst the gardens or the sun terrace with great views of Fanabe beach

Everything was brilliant from the staff, to the small details such as water, coffee & chocolate each day in your room, fresh towels by the pool every day (numerous times if u wanted), comfortable sun loungers, fresh towels in your room more than once per day

We stayed a privilege room with a beautiful sea view. We would recommend booking privilege as you get use of the private area. Special mention to the entertainment team who were fantastic throughout our whole trip

Very clean, staff are extremely friendly. It's a beautiful setting to holiday. The dining area and bars are overlooking the sea. The chill bar is a relaxing area to chill out in the evenings

The best act out of the stay at this hotel was Freddy Mercury he was amazing !! They should have put him on for New Year’s Eve ! The only thing I can comment negatively on is that all inclusive bands are cut off when you check out, even on a late flight so you have a voucher for lunch but have to pay for drinks even though we didn't arrive until 11

Food in both restaurants was excellent. The One restaurant being a la carte and The food Market buffet style but menu choice also available. The sunbeds booking system works well and plenty of availability

Reception, restaurant and bar staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Cleaners were amazing, coming in every morning to make the bed and clean, plus early evening to check bottled water supplies etc

Returned home on Sunday after staying at Princess Inspire in an Esencia Junior Suite, All Inclusive as a solo traveller. Cannot fault this hotel at all

The one restaurant was available for us to book into twice during our 10 night stay (1 sitting for every 4 day stay). The remainder of those appeared on next days buffet

This property is on the south side of the island. Warmer there. Very upscale community. Great shopping. Beautiful beaches.

The hotel is lovely, the decor was contemporary and the grounds were well maintained. The half board option was super for us and the food was really good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient

Stayed for 4 nights over Easter with my husband in room 611 which had a huge long terrace area with patio table, 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers and overlooked the front of the hotel with the sea in the distance

Daytime activities around and in the pools for those who wanted to join in. We thought the evening entertainment was very good with a variation of acts which was nice

Amazing staff, location, food, drink and entertainment. Room 804 is perfect with an incredible sea view. Adults only too so what more could you want

We opted for the package which included full access to the thermal baths, a massage and a bottle of cava. The massage was incredible, the bottle of wine before may have helped us relax a little

There was a better selection of Spanish dishes for lunch though. The pool areas are kept very clean, as is the whole hotel, and there are plenty of lovely padded sun loungers which were very comfortable
