Lovely hotel and paid a premium for the Festive Season. Breakfast is lovely and would really recommend the kids club. It’s ideal to be able to leave your child so you and your wife can get blindo on the all inclusive

We are all inclusive and its fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for us, coming steady to take our drinks order. The buffet restaurant is great, plenty of choice and again the staff are fabulous

I could go on forever raving about this hotel and we have travelled quite a bit, so thanku to everyone in the Hard Rock hotel. I want to also thank Jet2 as always a pleasure to travel

Were were taken to our room and its absolutely beautiful the beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in and cleaned daily to perfection

As were still currently staying in this hotel we have booked different restaurants with no bother at all, we could have booked them all no problem

Every thing about this hotel is amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. Easy check in and with a smile and all information was told to us

A special mention goes to the animation team, who are passionate and open people, creating a warm and fun atmosphere. The hotel offers plenty of relaxation areas, a clean pool, and lots of sunbeds

Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived (drink on arrival), from reception staff/cleaners/pool staff/chefs/restaurant staff were amazing! Special mention for the entertainment team! They don’t stop they are all so friendly and hard working and never stop smiling I honestly believe they love their jobs

The entire hotel is very clean, and the rooms are perfectly prepared each day. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and a wide selection of toiletries. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the beds are extremely comfortable

We are recently back from a week at this hotel. It is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've stayed in. I travelled with my family for my birthday and had a great time. The staff were very friendly (all of them)

The food and drink options are extensive, ensuring that everyone will find something they enjoy. The staff throughout the hotel was highly professional, attentive, and sensitive to the needs of guests

He also gets brownie points for singing happy birthday to me many times throughout our stay. The evening entertainment was also good. With professional acrobatic shows and musical performances

Lifts or stairs are available from level 5, which is restaurant and reception down to -1, which is the pool area and well-being centre. As with most AI buffets, it could have been hotter

The mealtime buffet was incredible, a huge selection of hot and cold foods, a different selection every day - I loved trying everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, staggered down the hillside across its levels, with picturesque paths in between

There was a lot of effort to keep guests entertained throughout the day with various activities and a DJ playing music by the pool almost every day

Hotel great for getting steps in and a pleasant experience. Nearest beach is about 600mtrs down hill pathway opposite first supermarket

I'd recommend going up the tower and admiring the view! I'd love to give a special mention to the staff, who were the most friendly, helpful hotel staff I have ever met. Our every need was met at every point

All the cocktails were included, and we even had discounts at the on site restaurants

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

The pool areas were spotless, and there were always plenty of sun beds available, which is something I value highly on holiday. We never felt crowded, and the whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing

We never had to worry about sunbeds or waiting for drinks as there were plenty of bars and beds to choose from

Fabulous The room was stunning with controls for the air-conditioning. The room and linen were very clean, and the fridge in the room was cold

For those who like sitting by the pool, well it's massive and there are plenty of beds. For those who like the beach, it's a short walk to one of the best in the area

I travelled with a family of 9 of various ages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is lovely (although would have liked a kettle in the bedrooms) and the pool & outside areas are also very pleasant

It's in a lovely location too, towards the quiet end of town but easy to get to loads of restaurants and shops via the coastline footpath. We went B&B, the breakfast was plentiful with loads of choice

Juan Jose has the best service and helped me out as I’m gluten free. I’d say they have okay selection when it comes to gluten free food. However, they need to display the allergies on the buffet

I felt silly going round with the chef and them telling me what I can and can’t have everyday. Other than that it was a lovely experience

My wife and I went for a short break in the sun. Overall the hotel is very impressive. Amazing views over the sea, fab heated pool and loads of outside space with good quality sunbeds and plenty of sunshades

Externally the pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds and places to sit

You also have to book your sunbed on the app and this turned out to be a great system as we were guaranteed a sunbed and didn't have to get up early and go and claim one! The hotel app can be downloaded on your mobile device and then you can book everything straight from there, it also has the food and drinks menus on it, you can book activities etc

Gorgeous hotel and amazing views. Stones throw away from shops and the beach. You get a little wrist band so any drinks you get all go on there so your not worrying about carrying money and also opens your room door

We didn't upgrade to the premium package and although you get a separate pool and bar area there wasn't any difference from what we had so we didn't see the point

Beds made up in rooms daily and bins all emptied. Great service with drinks and buffet breakfast was lovely. The buffet tea needs some work however and the Sunday roast dinner was inedible so dont bother with that

The drinks were premium brand and the cocktails were well made with a good choice on the all inclusive deal. The waiters and bar staff were superb and we didn't have to wait too long before being served

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

Lockdown happened so no hospital visits permitted - not speaking Spanish I found it all bewildering and so stressful - no prospect of getting home as planned on March 13th - the hotel reception staff saved the day by permitting me to keep the room we had and making phone calls to the Insurance company dealing with our accident - their help and understanding was unlimited

The staff coped with Covid-19 very well, with not too many restrictions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a comfortable room. We will definitely return.

It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

In Costa Adeje, the new side of Tenerife South, 7-10 mins walk till the beach. Plenty of restaurants and commercial facilities nearby

3rd time at this hotel and every time we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The food and drink is always exceptional; the entertainment brilliant (especially the Queen tribute band)

We stayed at this resort for 10 days, the resort is self is lovely; with spacious areas,plants, big pools and drink and food areas close by

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Hotel is clean. Heated swimming pool is a bonus!

Main buffet food good, always something to suit everyone. Only disappointment was the "Special" meal in the Italian restaurant, the main meal here was dry and there was absolutely no atmosphere

However, there seems little enthusiasm for policing the no smoking policy even where it affects people eating outside the restaurant, so be warned!

In the evening tusovka on the street, near the bar. Every day at the entrance to the restaurant there are sales of various goods, cosmetics, decorations. Better not to buy, in the city it is 4 times cheaper

Were welcomed with a sandwich, water and fruit as we had missed dinner on arrival. Also offered a glass of proscecco. Stayed on the Adult only side, which was very peaceful

Was there with my girlfriend, and we were super content. The hotel has a modern style to it and the rooms are spotless. The location is perfect, only 5 min from the beach. The personnel was also really nice.

Located 2 lines from the sea, in fact, very close. Exceptionally cooked and fed! There is everything - seafood, chicken, lamb, etc. ! In the morning in the restaurant, brut champagne is made from alcohol

The suite overlooked the pool and was beautiful and very clean. Complimentary dressing gowns and slippers! Bottled water in the fridge, replaced every day (also plenty of bottled water at mealtimes

One downside was that, even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, there was still a deposit required for beach towels (which you do get back)

You also had to pay €1 per person every time you wanted to change it into a clean towel, which was inconvenient. The safe was also something you had to pay for. Booking dinner each day became frustrating as well

Outstanding hotel, you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back

We just came back from our holiday and I would like to share my opinion on my experience at the hotel. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside, and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful

The rooms were beautiful and always clean. However, the pools were so cold that most just ended up in the jacuzzi or stayed around the pools. The pool water was colder than the water in the beach

Entertainment was very good every night and again it gets very busy so you need to get a seat early. The rectangular pool by the spa and gym is the warmest and is in the shade for a lot of the morning

The food in the restaurant was varied, well presented and tasty, something for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, handy for the local shops, close by to the promenade and yes there is a slope to walk

Great hotel. Have Russian speaking staff. Tasty cuisine. Access to the ocean nearby, shops, cafes, restaurants, tour bus stop. The hotel has several pools, including children's. Every evening entertainment program.

Yes, around the edges it needs an uplift, however the staff are so friendly, the cleaners keep the hotel ever so clean, reception friendly and helpful although not a massive amount of interaction with them

Plenty of sunbeds around the pool

The bedroom was always kept clean, plenty space inside with everything needed for a holiday. I had a ground floor pool view that captured the afternoon sunshine

Much better arrangement than previous year’s regarding sunbeds in the morning - allowance to get beds but with one person staying. Would prefer pool to open at 9am

We had a great experience at Riu Arecas. The hotel is very clean, the location is great including access to the beach

Only one pool towel per person allowed but wet ones can be exchanged for a dry one. Pool bar only sells drinks & ice creams. Regular bus service going East into local town

If you like walking it’s a nice walk West along the coast to La Caleta. Black volcanic sand beaches in some areas. At night hotel corridors go quiet around 2300

Two things , a bottle of water in the room on arrival would be nice for that first cup of tea/coffee, the other would be a ban on smoking in the entertainment area on a night

Pool space gets really busy, age old issue with clients bagging sun-beds with a towel early morning & then not using them! Pools are immaculate & well maintained

Great Hotel, everything is spotlessly clean. food is of an high standard and tasty. Staff are polite and efficient

We loved the little details that set the hotel apart like the live music by the pool, the sunset bar and the gym with a fantastic sea view

Some points for improvement: The hotel must find a system to prevent the reservation of sunbeds at the pool. When we arrived at the pool after 10am, all the good sunbeds were already taken, even though no one was there

The pool area was overcrowded , not helped by people being allowed to put towels on to save beds!! Sometimes rows of beds were left unused for hours. Pool attendants allowed this despite seeing people searching for beds

Lovely hotel with a great pool area. It’s right on the sea front, so it’s great to go for a walk. Breakfast is fantastic and service is really good

The pool area is fantastic and there is a great atmosphere there as is the case overall with this hotel

To make matters worse, when we complained we were offered two free cocktails by way of an apology, but when we checked out we were made to pay for them as there was no record of our conversation! Would definitely return though, but only if they do something about the pool!

I did not stay there or get the service but I am pretty sure it is worth it, so go for it if you can afford it. The property: Is one of a kind. I have read some reviews complaining about the rooms being outdated

Charming classic hotel not modernised. Old fashioned, not renovated rooms, no noise reduction and as the cleaning service is very loud talking /shouting don't expect to sleep in

Go to bed early and get up early to take full advantage of the garden. Peace and tranquility may be found on the grounds but not in those 3 rooms I tested

The staff really make this and if you don't use the large and beautiful pools it is a 5 star experience; however the pools are mostly colder than the sea (as the volcanic beach absorbs the suns rays), with only 1 warm pool and this constantly in use by the children

One long windy route by slope down to the beach, but otherwise an awful lot of steps (hotel 6 levels then pools on 4 lower levels so strong knees useful

I recently stayed at Iberostar Anthelia, and it was an unforgettable experience! The pool area is absolutely stunning, featuring amazing views of the ocean that make for a perfect backdrop to relax and unwind

The staff around the pool and bar truly made the stay unforgettable. Sara, Anthony, and Marcial were exceptionally attentive, polite, and respectful

The rooms are very nice but they need some maintenance doing, our toilet wasn't stable and the plug sockets were broken next to the bed. The hotel itself is really nice and the decorum is fitting with the surroundings

A bit dated, but very clean and attentive staff. The workout facilities are small and some of the oldest equipment I’ve seen at a resort

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Within a 10 minute walk you find lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner! The staff were nice overall. The swimming pools are nice, cold for the time of the year (January)

As for location, Costa Adeje is much more built up that other places I have been to. This hotel is close to the beach, harbour and many bars & restaurants if you want to use them. So the location is good in Costa Adele

I would highly recommend this hotel. Situated in a great location, good base for any part of the island. Barely 2 minutes walk to the beach. Hotel staff incredibly friendly and helpful, very nice welcome at check in

Our room was fairly small and basic and could be a bit cleaner, but was acceptable. The pool areas are good and the animation team are funny and entertaining

Very good food, varied, plenty of choice in the buffet, lots of fruit and great salads. Two swimming pools, next to two bars with drinks and snacks

No problem with getting sunloungers, but some people do selfishly "reserve" their loungers. All the staff work very hard, are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel - book, you won't be disappointed

We're absolutely loved our stay. 4 of us went away and, tbh, it was a near perfect break. The hotel was clean, looked great and had quality facilities. The food was really nice - great variety and wonderful flavours

A little let down dinners, wbore a lot, but not very tasty (but 9 years ago was incredible!). Again pleased with the pool with the pumping of fresh seawater

Hotel facilities were excellent, lovely swimming pool, bar and restaurant. There were some refurbishments going on but there was noise and disruption were negligible. All staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful

Breakfast was lovely, with enough choices for everyone. Hotel is in a lovely location beside the sea and close to shopping and restauants. Would definitely come back here if visiting Tenerife again, 10/10

We returned a week ago from what is probably our 8th visit and although my husband and I have tried most of the Riu Palace hotels in the Canaries we undoubtedly prefer Tenerife

There is a genuine friendly feel about both the hotel and staff. I have written a review in the past but this year the change in circumstances has prompted me to comment again

The attention to detail and safety in the current climate is reassuring with plenty of sanitising stations and constant cleaning in all public areas

In my opinion the buffet restaurant is poor quality with at best slightly warm food. I will not be returning and suggest this hotel looks to the future at massively improves its food offerings

The hotel seems to Rest on it’s good reputation from the past with many older repeat guests who will can only assume have not been to the more modern better quality hotels in recent years

There are gentle reminders from staff to wear masks when not seated which is most welcome. Tables and sunbeds are spaced further apart or taped off
