Beautiful hotel and facilities. Rooms are very glamorous (upgraded to room with jacuzzi bath). Complex has 3 pools which are great

The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. The food places across the way was fantastic

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

One access to the spa was very disappointing and one of the reasons i booked the hotel was to use the spa facilities. You have to pay 30 euros for a hour half after that. When i stayed in 2019 the hotel was alot better

Food-wise, they were accommodating for vegetarians at the lunchtime restaurant, but at times, it was difficult to get hot food at the main buffet in the evening, so I had to opt for a cold salad

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much

The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again

When we checked in at the Level's own reception area after an excellent greeting, we were told about the service by the pool, and how everything will be done to look after you

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel)

Mostly though, you'd get your first drink, and never see service again. Often plates wouldnt' be cleared from your table before you left, even if you sat and slowly finished off drinks

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

Sunbeds CANNOT be reserved before 10. Sheer bliss ?? Went for the second Easter holiday in row this April 17. Really pleased to see so many people who were there last Easter as well

The staff coped with Covid-19 very well, with not too many restrictions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a comfortable room. We will definitely return.

It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

Arrived on 6th March - from reception onwards we found all aspects of our holiday most satisfactory - reception staff were more than helpful ( especially with my mobile phone ). Our room was immaculate and well situated

The pool areas were spotless, and there were always plenty of sun beds available, which is something I value highly on holiday. We never felt crowded, and the whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing

Four restaurants, including Asian and Italian themed (both of which you can book once a week). Good selection of drinks and cocktails. 5 pools including one for small kids and one for adults only

Plenty of beds, I went down around 8. 15 each morning and always managed to get 4 together, even though loads already had towels on. Went with 14 and 16yr old sons

It was very nice to receive a gift from the hotel a bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates - a sign of gratitude for what we already stayed several times in other hotels of this network

The entire hotel is very clean, and the rooms are perfectly prepared each day. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and a wide selection of toiletries. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the beds are extremely comfortable

Another great stay Great stay. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Good food and hotel is kept very clean. Room a little tired but hotel is in process of refurbishing so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them from pre 0730. But, it’s better than previously when you had to wait for chains to be unlocked

Decent hotel for a getaway The hotel was good. Definitely a family oriented hotel. The pool area is over crowded although there were plenty of loungers as a result. Perfect budget getaway for an all inclusive option

Note: the hotel need to do something about the ridiculous sun lounger reserving. People putting towels on sun loungers at 8am, and not turning up until 1pm, using them for an hour and leaving again

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming — you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area

Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely

We also included breakfast in our stay, and it was absolutely worth it. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was stunning. If your budget allows, the upgrade is well worth it

The Roast restaurant was our favourite… if you do go please try The Mixed grill for 2! Unbelievable how much they serve you! 😋😋 The staff members always had a smile on their faces, beit a cleaner or bar manager… they would go above and beyond to help you & sort any little problem out for you…

You can reserve your own sunbed and the towels are provided. The bedroom safe and residential tax were included free

The safe in the room was free to use. The sunbed booking system (via the hotel app on a phone or the digital screens around the hotel) works really well

We’ve just come back from a 7 night stay at the Guayarmina Princess Hotel. It really is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We stayed in a standard room which had a modern design, very spacious and was very clean

The hotel location is in a great spot, 2 minutes walk to the beach (back exit of hotel) with lots of bars/restaurants/shops all along the promenade in both directions

The bedroom was always kept clean, plenty space inside with everything needed for a holiday. I had a ground floor pool view that captured the afternoon sunshine

The food in the restaurant was varied, well presented and tasty, something for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, handy for the local shops, close by to the promenade and yes there is a slope to walk

Yes, around the edges it needs an uplift, however the staff are so friendly, the cleaners keep the hotel ever so clean, reception friendly and helpful although not a massive amount of interaction with them

Pools are well maintained, cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Our trip was 5days Friday to Wednesday

Honestly, best holiday I've had in a long time, staff very friendly, food was excellent, entertainment on every night, although we like to walk, and everything is within a very short walking distance especially to the beaches, highly recommended this hotel and the staff, hopefully next year we will come again

The animation team are wonderful and always make time to spend with the kids! My boys say that was the best part of their holiday! Thank you for making the boys first time abroad special anamation team!

Room for Improvement – Especially for Families with Young Children: • While there’s a kids’ pool with slides, it’s more suitable for children 6+, and the baby pool lacked any shade, which made it unusable at times

• Pools were great — stylish, clean, and perfect for adults looking to relax. The Mixed: • Drinks and bar service were inconsistent

Food was amazing and service was very attentive. I’m here with family and everyone was happily satisfied with it. Jonay was great and made the night a lot better.

Staff tried to help but weren’t always sure about ingredients. • No dairy-free ice cream option. For a child with allergies, it’s really hard to watch other children enjoy ice cream with no alternative available

The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall

We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered

Huge pools surrounded by palms and gardens. Food is generally very good and there is enough variety to please most people, most nights

Half board was good value, for us, as drinks are not expensive, with nice cocktails for €7 and beer for €4. Unless you are a massive drinker or never want to leave the hotel, all inclusive is probably less good value

Highly recommended! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, after a few days, it got a bit boring. There were no fun or engaging activities, no music by the pool, and the evening shows were dull

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

The only minor letdown was the pools, which were unfortunately far too cold to comfortably swim in. It would be great if at least one pool were heated to a more comfortable temperature

A special mention must go to Patrick in Casas Ducales and Luis at the Beach Club, both were outstanding and made our stay feel extra special

Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, including the teams in all of the restaurants, where both the service and the food were consistently good

special mention goes to "Matteo" one of the poolside waiters who was hard working fetching drinks for everyone, and was very patient, but all the staff were very good as usual there are plenty of sunbeds/loungers around the pool and the pool guys kept the area tidy and supplied everyone with beach towels

Ample Sunbeds: No issues with sunbed reservations and plenty of shaded areas, especially around the pool thanks to the poolside restaurants

Indoor Spa: The spa is beautifully maintained, and the indoor pool is particularly refreshing, perfect after a day in the sun

my only "gripe" is that for evening meal gentlemen were asked to wear long trousers which isn't a problem however other guests didn't bother with this and turned up in shorts and even swimwear! if the hotel is going to have a policy of long trousers for dinner then it should be enforced i think

Clean Rooms: Rooms are consistently cleaned to a high standard, maintaining a fresh and tidy environment. Nice Promenade: A scenic promenade is nearby, with easy access to supermarkets for any additional needs

Areas for Improvement: Boardwalk Lighting: The boardwalk leading to the beach is poorly lit at night, often requiring phone torches for visibility

The grounds of the resort are massive and impressive, great pool size and plenty sunbeds, never seen people fighting for one

Great location but not the best if you have mobility issues as there’s a lot of steps to climb and many steep inclines,rooms are adequate but decor and furniture very very dated ,staff are fantastic and very helpful and Laguna park 2 is an ideal base but be prepared to use your legs all uphill Pool area is fantastic but bar and restaurant very basic

Bed was a little hard only one pillow but apartment was clean and cleaners came in 3/4 times in the 7 days were there. Sun loungers were hard and can’t raise up but the pool is the best we have stayed at

The rooms are very nice but they need some maintenance doing, our toilet wasn't stable and the plug sockets were broken next to the bed. The hotel itself is really nice and the decorum is fitting with the surroundings

we were never managed to get a bed by the front in the whole week we stayed, seating by the pools felt a bit overcrowded and beds packed in - No adults only pool at the moment, this was a pull for us but it was closed due to refurb - Soft drinks were flat, would expect this to improve with new equipment after the refurb - Location is quiet (which we expected) … if you are wanting to go out locally...

Price of hotel not worth what it offers. Pay more and visit Bahia fantasia. Or just get a cheaper hotel and it wont be far off this place. If it's booked don't worry you will still have a decent holiday

Think they have gave up and just waiting on it closing. Hotel offering free t shirts for 5 star reviews. Would prob be better to get honest reviews and look to improve on what people find inadequate

Stayed room 6006 then moved to 5206 because of dirty water. 5206 had a bad cockroach infestation. Was only in it for 3 nights but seen at least 10 per night. Could have prob pushed to move again

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars

Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians

Lots of fun activities for the kids in the play areas and the pools

Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication

The food was not of an high standard if you were AI but if you were paying for the pool bar food it was a completely different standard. It’s a shame that this level of food wasn’t available to all

We booked this place for five days on an all-inclusive basis. The hotel is in a good location, and both the rooms and the outdoor areas, including the pool, were very clean. Most of the staff were friendly and polite

The food is decent- would be nice to see more vegetarian options but there is a good variety of food in general. There is entertainment each evening and a number of bars open all day/evening

And the hotel will always be a special place for me as it’s where my partner proposed to me ❤️

Clearer labeling would help avoid this kind of mix-up. • No self-serve drinks at meals or poolside—it’s all bar service. At busy times this can mean a wait, especially for second or third rounds

The pool bar was the place to sample the Champagne Sangria and other delicious cocktails, wines and beer, all very reasonably priced. There was entertainment every evening in the theatre which was also really popular

Just returned from our third trip to the RIU Arecas in Costa Adeje Tenerife. As in previous years we had an outstanding holiday. Excellent check in experience, excellent room, excellent food and excellent staff

All staff friendly and attentive, so much choice at every evening meal and the young lady who at breakfast yet again organised our poached eggs for us

The pool area is spotlessly clean due to the hard work the pool guys do in the early hours,which i saw from our balcony. I don't think many people see this so the guys don't get enough praise
