Lovely hotel and paid a premium for the Festive Season. Breakfast is lovely and would really recommend the kids club. It’s ideal to be able to leave your child so you and your wife can get blindo on the all inclusive

We are all inclusive and its fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for us, coming steady to take our drinks order. The buffet restaurant is great, plenty of choice and again the staff are fabulous

I could go on forever raving about this hotel and we have travelled quite a bit, so thanku to everyone in the Hard Rock hotel. I want to also thank Jet2 as always a pleasure to travel

Were were taken to our room and its absolutely beautiful the beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in and cleaned daily to perfection

As were still currently staying in this hotel we have booked different restaurants with no bother at all, we could have booked them all no problem

Every thing about this hotel is amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. Easy check in and with a smile and all information was told to us

A special mention goes to the animation team, who are passionate and open people, creating a warm and fun atmosphere. The hotel offers plenty of relaxation areas, a clean pool, and lots of sunbeds

Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived (drink on arrival), from reception staff/cleaners/pool staff/chefs/restaurant staff were amazing! Special mention for the entertainment team! They don’t stop they are all so friendly and hard working and never stop smiling I honestly believe they love their jobs

Would have liked the option for the food hall to open out to a sheltered outside area, like other places offer. Pool walls needed a scrub Entertainment ok, the staff worked hard

The entire hotel is very clean, and the rooms are perfectly prepared each day. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and a wide selection of toiletries. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the beds are extremely comfortable

We are recently back from a week at this hotel. It is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've stayed in. I travelled with my family for my birthday and had a great time. The staff were very friendly (all of them)

The food and drink options are extensive, ensuring that everyone will find something they enjoy. The staff throughout the hotel was highly professional, attentive, and sensitive to the needs of guests

And they came and cleaned it up quickly , so the kids didn't get hurt. The entertainment when you're buy the pool , they are fun and a Energetic great with kids adults

The hotel offers you drinking water from theyr bar for free. WiFi very good along your room. The only downside I would say. the windows shits are way to thin and the outside noise can be heard inside your room

The bath towels were terrible, so thin and rough on the skin. A lot of the communal furnishings need updated too with chunks missing, sofas ripped etc. For this reason I would say it is not a 4 star

The staff and entertainment team are great - it's a brilliant hotel for kids! Lots of swimming pools, activities and a big sports court

Accommodation is now looking very worn and needs an update. However, beds were comfy and the room very basic

Just got back from staying here loved ever minute. When we first got there it was late but the Piano bar was still open so we could get drinks and a sandwich before bed. Check was fast and easy to do

A plate of cold meats and cheeses was available in the restaurant. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Fridge and safe are free under AI. It is absolutely stunning and everywhere is kept spotlessly clean

30 pm after a long day travelling. The Male receptionist insisted on taking me to my room, which I appreciated rather than me trying to find it from the map

Lifts or stairs are available from level 5, which is restaurant and reception down to -1, which is the pool area and well-being centre. As with most AI buffets, it could have been hotter

Hotel great for getting steps in and a pleasant experience. Nearest beach is about 600mtrs down hill pathway opposite first supermarket

The food did vary every evening, which was great. Waiting staff are very attentive. We especially liked Alberto, as he was laid back but also funny when you get him chatting

Evening food overpriced if breakfast only compared to the great offerings nearby. Breakfast good for vegetarian and meat eaters alike

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

The pool areas were spotless, and there were always plenty of sun beds available, which is something I value highly on holiday. We never felt crowded, and the whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing

The resort has a very friendly staff and is spacious, featuring five swimming pools and entertainment for all ages

We never had to worry about sunbeds or waiting for drinks as there were plenty of bars and beds to choose from

Our flight was late into the evening, so we asked for a late checkout, but unfortunately, we couldn't keep the room as the hotel was fully booked, but we were offered the use of a shower and a room to store our luggage so we could still get the most out of our last day on holiday

I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Buenavista and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and hassle-free

While the food wasn’t the best and snacks were limited (mostly leftovers from lunch), and ice cream was only available during lunch and dinner, the drinks were plentiful and all-inclusive

Had the best family week away in Tenerife. Definitely stay at this hotel again it was fabulous. The rooms were immaculate maids cleaning and changing bedding/ towels daily

I travelled with a family of 9 of various ages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is lovely (although would have liked a kettle in the bedrooms) and the pool & outside areas are also very pleasant

The on-site restaurant had so much variety and the food was beautiful. The staff were so kind too nothing was to much trouble. We have throughly enjoyed our stay here and it’s only a 2 minute walk from the beach

Juan Jose has the best service and helped me out as I’m gluten free. I’d say they have okay selection when it comes to gluten free food. However, they need to display the allergies on the buffet

My wife and I went for a short break in the sun. Overall the hotel is very impressive. Amazing views over the sea, fab heated pool and loads of outside space with good quality sunbeds and plenty of sunshades

There are 3 of us on our party - my partner, our 16 year old son and myself - our triple room is perfect for a weeks stay - plenty of space, with the highlight being the amazing shower!! We’re here on an all inclusive basis (I believe you can choose B&B and Half Board options) - we’ve done a few all inclusive holidays over the years but this is by far the best to date

There are plenty of sunbeds around a very large pool so have no problems in finding a pair. The staff are very friendlyy and helpful

We stayed here in November this year and we were not disappointed with our choice. The hotel was very modern and very clean, our room was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels every day

On arrival the receptionists were friendly and explained the rules of the hotel to us. We had to book all our meals for each day which was an easy process with the hotel app

Externally the pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds and places to sit

We didn't upgrade to the premium package and although you get a separate pool and bar area there wasn't any difference from what we had so we didn't see the point

Gorgeous hotel and amazing views. Stones throw away from shops and the beach. You get a little wrist band so any drinks you get all go on there so your not worrying about carrying money and also opens your room door

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

Towels changed daily and handy fridge in the room which can be used as a mini bar or purely for shop bought water etc. All members of staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of comfortable sun loungers for everyone

It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

Arrived on 6th March - from reception onwards we found all aspects of our holiday most satisfactory - reception staff were more than helpful ( especially with my mobile phone ). Our room was immaculate and well situated

The hotel is very exotic, with lots of vegetation, large hallways and open spaces to hide away from the sun. One at 0 level for everyone including kids and one on the roof, adults only (the best!!)

3rd time at this hotel and every time we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The food and drink is always exceptional; the entertainment brilliant (especially the Queen tribute band)

We stayed at this resort for 10 days, the resort is self is lovely; with spacious areas,plants, big pools and drink and food areas close by

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble and they will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Hotel is clean. Heated swimming pool is a bonus!

Main buffet food good, always something to suit everyone. Only disappointment was the "Special" meal in the Italian restaurant, the main meal here was dry and there was absolutely no atmosphere

However, there seems little enthusiasm for policing the no smoking policy even where it affects people eating outside the restaurant, so be warned!

The suite overlooked the pool and was beautiful and very clean. Complimentary dressing gowns and slippers! Bottled water in the fridge, replaced every day (also plenty of bottled water at mealtimes

Hotel is lovely rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard with fresh towels etc. The pool was clean with plenty of activities for the kids and adults if you wish to be involved

Staff very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop bar is a must but drinks aren't included even for all inclusive customers. The sunsets are amazing to see. Not much choice of food in the restaurant but all fresh and plenty

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. We were on the first floor and at the front of the hotel but there was no noise from traffic or people passing. Overall it was a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend it

The kids particularly loved Anya and Pilar. The food is plentiful and you won’t go hungry. That been said it was nice to get a break from the food by eating out a few nights

You also had to pay €1 per person every time you wanted to change it into a clean towel, which was inconvenient. The safe was also something you had to pay for. Booking dinner each day became frustrating as well

One downside was that, even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, there was still a deposit required for beach towels (which you do get back)

Outstanding hotel, you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back

We just came back from our holiday and I would like to share my opinion on my experience at the hotel. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside, and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful

The rooms were beautiful and always clean. However, the pools were so cold that most just ended up in the jacuzzi or stayed around the pools. The pool water was colder than the water in the beach

Very clean and tidy with 3 main pools - Pool parties and games throughout the week are excellent and fun for any age. Staff are amazing & all very polite and fun! Can’t wait to return!! Thank you H10!!

There are faults the hotel is a 4 star and it is a big hotel the all inclusive only provides local drinks and I'm sure the premium drinks would not add much extra and having easier access to fresh water would have been better than having to queue at the bar but definitely this hotel and it's staff provided an enjoyable holiday

Honestly, best holiday I've had in a long time, staff very friendly, food was excellent, entertainment on every night, although we like to walk, and everything is within a very short walking distance especially to the beaches, highly recommended this hotel and the staff, hopefully next year we will come again

The food in the restaurant was varied, well presented and tasty, something for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, handy for the local shops, close by to the promenade and yes there is a slope to walk

The animation team are wonderful and always make time to spend with the kids! My boys say that was the best part of their holiday! Thank you for making the boys first time abroad special anamation team!

Entertainment in the evening was varied, even providing a good rock group that were pretty good

The pool are are good where you can swim and there is an area next to Riu Palace by the sea where an infinity pool are with a bar is included in the hotell area

We had a very enjoyable 11 night stay at Hotel Riu Arecas, reception staff always greeted you with a friendly smile and nothing was too much trouble, our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, the usual tea and coffee facilities, bathroom also good size with walk in shower, the restaurant was spacious, you can sit in or out, the waitering staff worked hard with a smile, food was excellent...

Lounge bar entertainment was also very good 🎶🎷🎸 Private pool bar area with infinity pool overlooking the promenade and sea was amazing! Plenty of sunbeds and lovely golden sand - felt like you were actually on the beach ⛱️ The hotel was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful, location beautiful, and I could highly recommend staying here

From the back of the hotel there are many steps that take you to the promenade, there is an alternative, if you leave the hotel from the front entrance, walk up the slope to the main road, turn right along the pavement for about 600 yards until you come to a terracotta colour building, turn right and walk down the slope to the promenade

Only one pool towel per person allowed but wet ones can be exchanged for a dry one. Pool bar only sells drinks & ice creams. Regular bus service going East into local town

Pool space gets really busy, age old issue with clients bagging sun-beds with a towel early morning & then not using them! Pools are immaculate & well maintained

There is one lift that I have found (so far) that gets you down to the pool area, but it is not an easy place to get around if you have walking difficulties or like to wear high-heels! Our one bedroom bungalow probably has the best shower (pressure and hot water) that I have ever had in Tenerife

Housekeeping was excellent in our room and the entire site was kept very clean. Two pools and one children's only pool are good quality with plenty of free sunbeds and pool towels

Our luggage was taken to our rooms by two lovely guys. The rooms were very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel itself was pretty in style and immaculate with staff always cleaning

Also I do not agree that AI customers should be charged on an evening at the pool bar albeit with a 40% discount. I don’t understand why people would pay when there is other bars free of charge it just doesn’t make sense

The food was not of an high standard if you were AI but if you were paying for the pool bar food it was a completely different standard. It’s a shame that this level of food wasn’t available to all

The lifeguard provides towels for use on the sun loungers happily, with a smile, free of charge. The housekeepers have been excellent during our stay, unsung heroes

The pool area was overcrowded , not helped by people being allowed to put towels on to save beds!! Sometimes rows of beds were left unused for hours. Pool attendants allowed this despite seeing people searching for beds

5 and even 1 (with a sea view ) The hotel is child friendly! The gym has an incredible view! The staff is very friendly!

When mentioned we were brought coffee & flavoured teas but unfortunately not what we needed. The food was excellent as were the restaurants & staff, well looked after, nice relaxing music made the ambience special

Some points for improvement: The hotel must find a system to prevent the reservation of sunbeds at the pool. When we arrived at the pool after 10am, all the good sunbeds were already taken, even though no one was there

To make matters worse, when we complained we were offered two free cocktails by way of an apology, but when we checked out we were made to pay for them as there was no record of our conversation! Would definitely return though, but only if they do something about the pool!

Stayed at the hotel for a week. We thought it was fantastic! Pleasant reception with a drink and a cooling towel. The hotel has a very pleasant vibe, beautiful appearance and is very well maintained

I did not stay there or get the service but I am pretty sure it is worth it, so go for it if you can afford it. The property: Is one of a kind. I have read some reviews complaining about the rooms being outdated

Charming classic hotel not modernised. Old fashioned, not renovated rooms, no noise reduction and as the cleaning service is very loud talking /shouting don't expect to sleep in

Go to bed early and get up early to take full advantage of the garden. Peace and tranquility may be found on the grounds but not in those 3 rooms I tested

The staff really make this and if you don't use the large and beautiful pools it is a 5 star experience; however the pools are mostly colder than the sea (as the volcanic beach absorbs the suns rays), with only 1 warm pool and this constantly in use by the children

One long windy route by slope down to the beach, but otherwise an awful lot of steps (hotel 6 levels then pools on 4 lower levels so strong knees useful

Right now I am having 2016 Muga Seleccion Especial at incredible €55. 44 enjoying some of the best views Europe has to offer

Through the Boardwalk and beautiful beach of Playa fanabe is a quiet entry into the water, calm water without big waves, I highly recommend to families with young children, disabled people and people with crutches

Rooms are big and comfy, a lot of areas and restaurants, including amazing pool bars and there team. We liked the salt water pool but there is another 2 pools to choose from

It could easily be mistaken for an adult only hotel as is great for couples but also great for families. The kids star camp was very popular with nice pool facility but maybe could do with starting earlier in the day

I recently stayed at Iberostar Anthelia, and it was an unforgettable experience! The pool area is absolutely stunning, featuring amazing views of the ocean that make for a perfect backdrop to relax and unwind

An amazing hotel with the wow factor. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Come here every year at the beginning of March so it's not too hot

A bit dated, but very clean and attentive staff. The workout facilities are small and some of the oldest equipment I’ve seen at a resort

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Within a 10 minute walk you find lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner! The staff were nice overall. The swimming pools are nice, cold for the time of the year (January)

We recently stayed in this hotel specifically as it is an adults only hotel. We generally found it to be very good. The communal areas are all in good condition and are kept clean

Our room was fairly small and basic and could be a bit cleaner, but was acceptable. The pool areas are good and the animation team are funny and entertaining

The rooms are really nice and have a great view, and the infinity pool is simply breathtaking

As for location, Costa Adeje is much more built up that other places I have been to. This hotel is close to the beach, harbour and many bars & restaurants if you want to use them. So the location is good in Costa Adele
