Lovely hotel and paid a premium for the Festive Season. Breakfast is lovely and would really recommend the kids club. It’s ideal to be able to leave your child so you and your wife can get blindo on the all inclusive

We are all inclusive and its fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for us, coming steady to take our drinks order. The buffet restaurant is great, plenty of choice and again the staff are fabulous

I could go on forever raving about this hotel and we have travelled quite a bit, so thanku to everyone in the Hard Rock hotel. I want to also thank Jet2 as always a pleasure to travel

Were were taken to our room and its absolutely beautiful the beds are the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in and cleaned daily to perfection

As were still currently staying in this hotel we have booked different restaurants with no bother at all, we could have booked them all no problem

Every thing about this hotel is amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. Easy check in and with a smile and all information was told to us

Very clean, staff were friendly and lots of food choice. Lots for people to do, several swimming pools and a football court which was well used. Little one loved the magic show and mini disco

The bath towels were terrible, so thin and rough on the skin. A lot of the communal furnishings need updated too with chunks missing, sofas ripped etc. For this reason I would say it is not a 4 star

The staff and entertainment team are great - it's a brilliant hotel for kids! Lots of swimming pools, activities and a big sports court

Just got back from staying here loved ever minute. When we first got there it was late but the Piano bar was still open so we could get drinks and a sandwich before bed. Check was fast and easy to do

The staff were very helpful and explained what we could get by what time. The room was amazing lovely view of mountains and you could see the sea. They have people in the Reception area offing days out

Facilities were good and rooms had everything you needed

Food-wise, they were accommodating for vegetarians at the lunchtime restaurant, but at times, it was difficult to get hot food at the main buffet in the evening, so I had to opt for a cold salad

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much

The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again

When we checked in at the Level's own reception area after an excellent greeting, we were told about the service by the pool, and how everything will be done to look after you

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel)

Mostly though, you'd get your first drink, and never see service again. Often plates wouldnt' be cleared from your table before you left, even if you sat and slowly finished off drinks

The pool areas were spotless, and there were always plenty of sun beds available, which is something I value highly on holiday. We never felt crowded, and the whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing

The resort has a very friendly staff and is spacious, featuring five swimming pools and entertainment for all ages

We never had to worry about sunbeds or waiting for drinks as there were plenty of bars and beds to choose from

Our flight was late into the evening, so we asked for a late checkout, but unfortunately, we couldn't keep the room as the hotel was fully booked, but we were offered the use of a shower and a room to store our luggage so we could still get the most out of our last day on holiday

I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Buenavista and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and hassle-free

While the food wasn’t the best and snacks were limited (mostly leftovers from lunch), and ice cream was only available during lunch and dinner, the drinks were plentiful and all-inclusive

There are plenty of sunbeds around a very large pool so have no problems in finding a pair. The staff are very friendlyy and helpful

We stayed here in November this year and we were not disappointed with our choice. The hotel was very modern and very clean, our room was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels every day

On arrival the receptionists were friendly and explained the rules of the hotel to us. We had to book all our meals for each day which was an easy process with the hotel app

Externally the pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds and places to sit

We didn't upgrade to the premium package and although you get a separate pool and bar area there wasn't any difference from what we had so we didn't see the point

Gorgeous hotel and amazing views. Stones throw away from shops and the beach. You get a little wrist band so any drinks you get all go on there so your not worrying about carrying money and also opens your room door

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

Sunbeds CANNOT be reserved before 10. Sheer bliss ?? Went for the second Easter holiday in row this April 17. Really pleased to see so many people who were there last Easter as well

The staff coped with Covid-19 very well, with not too many restrictions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a comfortable room. We will definitely return.

It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

Arrived on 6th March - from reception onwards we found all aspects of our holiday most satisfactory - reception staff were more than helpful ( especially with my mobile phone ). Our room was immaculate and well situated

Room for Improvement – Especially for Families with Young Children: • While there’s a kids’ pool with slides, it’s more suitable for children 6+, and the baby pool lacked any shade, which made it unusable at times

• Pools were great — stylish, clean, and perfect for adults looking to relax. The Mixed: • Drinks and bar service were inconsistent

The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall

We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered

• Rooms were clean and well-maintained, though the beds were very firm. If you like a hard mattress, you’ll be fine, but if you prefer anything with softness or give, it could be uncomfortable

• Restaurant setup isn’t toddler-friendly. High chairs are available, but plates don’t fit on the tray, and the chairs aren’t high enough for children to sit at the table properly

My only problem is the location as it is not located near a main strip or outside bars and restaurants however we have used the bus stop at the top of the road and have gotten to everywhere we needed to go

We stayed at this resort for 10 days, the resort is self is lovely; with spacious areas,plants, big pools and drink and food areas close by

Cannot fault this hotel at all. We have been here 4 days now and everything and everyone is fantastic. The staff are amazing and the entertainment team work endlessly to ensure you have fun

We felt the rooms especially the beds needed updating but were spotless as were the bathrooms. The buffet, breakfast lunch and dinner was constantly replaced and was of a good standard

The food is great, loads of choice and a big selection. Our little boy just loves the kids club and the mini disco, the staff are so kind and friendly and do loads of fun activities with the kids

Stayed at the hotel for a week. We thought it was fantastic! Pleasant reception with a drink and a cooling towel. The hotel has a very pleasant vibe, beautiful appearance and is very well maintained

Some points for improvement: The hotel must find a system to prevent the reservation of sunbeds at the pool. When we arrived at the pool after 10am, all the good sunbeds were already taken, even though no one was there

The pool area was overcrowded , not helped by people being allowed to put towels on to save beds!! Sometimes rows of beds were left unused for hours. Pool attendants allowed this despite seeing people searching for beds

To make matters worse, when we complained we were offered two free cocktails by way of an apology, but when we checked out we were made to pay for them as there was no record of our conversation! Would definitely return though, but only if they do something about the pool!

The only big down side for us that the once beautifully heated pool is now freezing cold, which is a real shame. It appears that many people have complained and the hotel’s promises to deal with it is merely lip service

Lovely hotel with a great pool area. It’s right on the sea front, so it’s great to go for a walk. Breakfast is fantastic and service is really good

Were welcomed with a sandwich, water and fruit as we had missed dinner on arrival. Also offered a glass of proscecco. Stayed on the Adult only side, which was very peaceful

Hotel is lovely rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard with fresh towels etc. The pool was clean with plenty of activities for the kids and adults if you wish to be involved

The suite overlooked the pool and was beautiful and very clean. Complimentary dressing gowns and slippers! Bottled water in the fridge, replaced every day (also plenty of bottled water at mealtimes

Staff very welcoming and friendly. The rooftop bar is a must but drinks aren't included even for all inclusive customers. The sunsets are amazing to see. Not much choice of food in the restaurant but all fresh and plenty

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. We were on the first floor and at the front of the hotel but there was no noise from traffic or people passing. Overall it was a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend it

The bedroom was always kept clean, plenty space inside with everything needed for a holiday. I had a ground floor pool view that captured the afternoon sunshine

The food in the restaurant was varied, well presented and tasty, something for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, handy for the local shops, close by to the promenade and yes there is a slope to walk

Yes, around the edges it needs an uplift, however the staff are so friendly, the cleaners keep the hotel ever so clean, reception friendly and helpful although not a massive amount of interaction with them

Pools are well maintained, cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Our trip was 5days Friday to Wednesday

Honestly, best holiday I've had in a long time, staff very friendly, food was excellent, entertainment on every night, although we like to walk, and everything is within a very short walking distance especially to the beaches, highly recommended this hotel and the staff, hopefully next year we will come again

The animation team are wonderful and always make time to spend with the kids! My boys say that was the best part of their holiday! Thank you for making the boys first time abroad special anamation team!

Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived (drink on arrival), from reception staff/cleaners/pool staff/chefs/restaurant staff were amazing! Special mention for the entertainment team! They don’t stop they are all so friendly and hard working and never stop smiling I honestly believe they love their jobs

Would have liked the option for the food hall to open out to a sheltered outside area, like other places offer. Pool walls needed a scrub Entertainment ok, the staff worked hard

The entire hotel is very clean, and the rooms are perfectly prepared each day. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and a wide selection of toiletries. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the beds are extremely comfortable

We are recently back from a week at this hotel. It is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've stayed in. I travelled with my family for my birthday and had a great time. The staff were very friendly (all of them)

The pool are are good where you can swim and there is an area next to Riu Palace by the sea where an infinity pool are with a bar is included in the hotell area

We had a very enjoyable 11 night stay at Hotel Riu Arecas, reception staff always greeted you with a friendly smile and nothing was too much trouble, our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, the usual tea and coffee facilities, bathroom also good size with walk in shower, the restaurant was spacious, you can sit in or out, the waitering staff worked hard with a smile, food was excellent...

Lounge bar entertainment was also very good 🎶🎷🎸 Private pool bar area with infinity pool overlooking the promenade and sea was amazing! Plenty of sunbeds and lovely golden sand - felt like you were actually on the beach ⛱️ The hotel was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful, location beautiful, and I could highly recommend staying here

From the back of the hotel there are many steps that take you to the promenade, there is an alternative, if you leave the hotel from the front entrance, walk up the slope to the main road, turn right along the pavement for about 600 yards until you come to a terracotta colour building, turn right and walk down the slope to the promenade

Only one pool towel per person allowed but wet ones can be exchanged for a dry one. Pool bar only sells drinks & ice creams. Regular bus service going East into local town

Pool space gets really busy, age old issue with clients bagging sun-beds with a towel early morning & then not using them! Pools are immaculate & well maintained

There is one lift that I have found (so far) that gets you down to the pool area, but it is not an easy place to get around if you have walking difficulties or like to wear high-heels! Our one bedroom bungalow probably has the best shower (pressure and hot water) that I have ever had in Tenerife

Housekeeping was excellent in our room and the entire site was kept very clean. Two pools and one children's only pool are good quality with plenty of free sunbeds and pool towels

Our luggage was taken to our rooms by two lovely guys. The rooms were very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel itself was pretty in style and immaculate with staff always cleaning

Also I do not agree that AI customers should be charged on an evening at the pool bar albeit with a 40% discount. I don’t understand why people would pay when there is other bars free of charge it just doesn’t make sense

The food was not of an high standard if you were AI but if you were paying for the pool bar food it was a completely different standard. It’s a shame that this level of food wasn’t available to all

The lifeguard provides towels for use on the sun loungers happily, with a smile, free of charge. The housekeepers have been excellent during our stay, unsung heroes

Usually enjoy the evening buffet but this time it was closed in the evenings and dined at the hotels restaurants. Every meal was fantastic and each restaurant had a lovely ambience and lfriendly attentive waiters

We just got back from a week at the Bahia del Duque with a 2 and a 4 year old, and it was great. We were a little skeptical heading into week and delighted to say the hotel was fantastic

We would definitely come back for a similar holiday of relaxed pool and beach with little ones, but the hotel also looked very nice for a more adult break, with great pools and bars with lovely views

The heated pools were perfect temperature, and even the unheated pools were pleasant. The pools were lovely and a big selling point of the hotel in my view. Some reviews said the food was overpriced and inconsistent

We had two concerns before the holiday based on reading other reviews, which both turned out to be total nonsense. (1) that even the heated pools might be cold, but that turned out to be nonsense

Pools were awesome, and the public beach below the hotel was really nice and the access from the hotel really convenient and easy

The buffet Breakfast was the only let down for me, the hot food was limited and was always the same, sadly disappointing. The well known towels on sunbeds problem is present which needs to be addressed

Very clean, high standard of decor, enough sunbeds so no fighting, very good restaurant, lots of places to relax, great sea views and heated pool that was a good temperature for October.

The pools and absolutely spectacular tropical gardens are beautifully kept. There's something for everyone, shady sunbeds amongst the gardens or the sun terrace with great views of Fanabe beach

Great hotel! Located just 30 meters away from sea, lots of shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby. The salt water swimming pool was really something. Staff really kind and helpful

It’s so convenient to get there using the rear entrance from the hotel. Then back to the superb sun deck for a relaxing afternoon sunbathing and swimming in the fantastic pools

There is a choice of heated and unheated pools. Our favourite is the cooler pool with the huge waterfalls - so refreshing when it’s hot. The hotel always looks immaculate

You also had to pay €1 per person every time you wanted to change it into a clean towel, which was inconvenient. The safe was also something you had to pay for. Booking dinner each day became frustrating as well

One downside was that, even though it was an all-inclusive hotel, there was still a deposit required for beach towels (which you do get back)

Outstanding hotel, you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back

We just came back from our holiday and I would like to share my opinion on my experience at the hotel. The hotel looked nice both outside and inside, and the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful

The rooms were beautiful and always clean. However, the pools were so cold that most just ended up in the jacuzzi or stayed around the pools. The pool water was colder than the water in the beach

Very clean and tidy with 3 main pools - Pool parties and games throughout the week are excellent and fun for any age. Staff are amazing & all very polite and fun! Can’t wait to return!! Thank you H10!!

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Within a 10 minute walk you find lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner! The staff were nice overall. The swimming pools are nice, cold for the time of the year (January)

An amazing hotel with the wow factor. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Come here every year at the beginning of March so it's not too hot

The service is decidedly average - no-one helped us with our bags on arrival and the restaurant staff are inattentive and unsmiling. The bath towels are small and thin

An amazing selection of food in the buffet with a couple of speciality restaurants on site

I’d recommend to go elsewhere for dinner though, as the Japanese and Tapas restaurants were found to be pretty mediocre and more expensive

Special mention to Antonio in the buffet restaurant for going above and beyond and Dany and Pablo in the Cool bar for always taking care of me and my husband ensuring ae always had a drink

Can’t fault food within the buffet area as there is a lot of variety, usually stay in 5* and this is the best buffet food we have had and nice to see alot of healthy options aswell

On our last day of staying here amd I must say it's the best hotel in the area. All the staff are professional and friendly, the excellence service is outstanding

Great hotel with great location currently staying in room 605. Great welcome upon arrive with a glass of champagne and customer service from staff is exceptional

Rooms are spotless clean and hotel is in a great location close to bars and nightlife if you are wanting to enjoy Costa Adeje
