The main pool and all that goes with it was down and will be down for months. It left us with no activities. The staff in the buffet area was brutal. The food places across the way was fantastic

Chic hotel in a quiet location. Elevator and stairs lead to one of the 3 pools with a small beach (black/stones). Swimming shoes are recommended. The breakfast was very good!

Poor, it’s a shame! Little things spoil a good stay! Some cockroaches seen around the restaurant area in the evening

One access to the spa was very disappointing and one of the reasons i booked the hotel was to use the spa facilities. You have to pay 30 euros for a hour half after that. When i stayed in 2019 the hotel was alot better

Overall great experience, we really enjoyed the property and the amenities. Food and drinks are above average for an all inclusive. Bar staffs were friendly and professional, shout out to Eliza!

The pool areas were spotless, and there were always plenty of sun beds available, which is something I value highly on holiday. We never felt crowded, and the whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing

Four restaurants, including Asian and Italian themed (both of which you can book once a week). Good selection of drinks and cocktails. 5 pools including one for small kids and one for adults only

Plenty of beds, I went down around 8. 15 each morning and always managed to get 4 together, even though loads already had towels on. Went with 14 and 16yr old sons

Room for Improvement – Especially for Families with Young Children: • While there’s a kids’ pool with slides, it’s more suitable for children 6+, and the baby pool lacked any shade, which made it unusable at times

• Pools were great — stylish, clean, and perfect for adults looking to relax. The Mixed: • Drinks and bar service were inconsistent

Food was amazing and service was very attentive. I’m here with family and everyone was happily satisfied with it. Jonay was great and made the night a lot better.

Staff tried to help but weren’t always sure about ingredients. • No dairy-free ice cream option. For a child with allergies, it’s really hard to watch other children enjoy ice cream with no alternative available

The Good: • Buffet food was excellent — far better than what we’ve experienced at similarly priced TUI-branded hotels. There was a wide range of options, freshly prepared dishes, and good quality overall

We recently stayed at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel genuinely lives up to its 4-star rating — something that’s often claimed but not always delivered

Food-wise, they were accommodating for vegetarians at the lunchtime restaurant, but at times, it was difficult to get hot food at the main buffet in the evening, so I had to opt for a cold salad

This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much

The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again

When we checked in at the Level's own reception area after an excellent greeting, we were told about the service by the pool, and how everything will be done to look after you

Having been converted from a family friendly place, you have the two huge pools, one exclusively for folks that book a Level room (think VIP within the hotel)

Mostly though, you'd get your first drink, and never see service again. Often plates wouldnt' be cleared from your table before you left, even if you sat and slowly finished off drinks

The Roast restaurant was our favourite… if you do go please try The Mixed grill for 2! Unbelievable how much they serve you! 😋😋 The staff members always had a smile on their faces, beit a cleaner or bar manager… they would go above and beyond to help you & sort any little problem out for you…

You can reserve your own sunbed and the towels are provided. The bedroom safe and residential tax were included free

The safe in the room was free to use. The sunbed booking system (via the hotel app on a phone or the digital screens around the hotel) works really well

We’ve just come back from a 7 night stay at the Guayarmina Princess Hotel. It really is a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We stayed in a standard room which had a modern design, very spacious and was very clean

The hotel location is in a great spot, 2 minutes walk to the beach (back exit of hotel) with lots of bars/restaurants/shops all along the promenade in both directions

Staff were amazing, I wish I could remember more names to complement, but everyone was really friendly and helpful

We had to ring twice for it to be noted, then a technician came & looked at it and said it’s fine (it wasn’t!). After an hour of conversation with the main reception we got a fan and an offer to move villas the next day

We just got back from a week at the Bahia del Duque with a 2 and a 4 year old, and it was great. We were a little skeptical heading into week and delighted to say the hotel was fantastic

Other issues were minor, such as the kids club being relocated to a small room vs the great space on the website and having to ring multiple times to get a cleaning service

Again, not bad but the move was to be fully done by ourselves - at this point, everything was unpacked and would have lost hours moving

Overall, hotel was great, would 100% recommend the villas vs standard accommodation but don’t expect Sani/Ikos levels of service

Food was very good and there are a la carte restaurants if you are a member of the hotel (sign up on website). Location was great, big pools and 10 minute taxi from the main area of Costa Adeje

The location is a short drive away from the main holiday area of Adeje or a little further to Los Cristianos etc but for a completely relaxing poolside sunbathing experience this is spot on

The pools are great here and at the sister hotel across the road. Sad to be leaving, we’ll 100% be coming back some time after a few more places get ticked off the list

Booked to come over for my girlfriend’s birthday. We’ve had a great time! The hotel is immaculately clean! Everything you could wish for they provide. Cocktails, Beers, soft drinks, food whenever you’re hungry

We have been to this hotel twice now and it has never let us down. Great for families with plenty of activities to participate in. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We love the entertainment team especially Omar keeping everyone happy. Maku at breakfast and bar is amazing! All staff are so friendly and wonderful. This is our second stay here as it’s just brilliant

It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed

Sunbeds CANNOT be reserved before 10. Sheer bliss ?? Went for the second Easter holiday in row this April 17. Really pleased to see so many people who were there last Easter as well

The staff coped with Covid-19 very well, with not too many restrictions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Delicious food and a comfortable room. We will definitely return.

It's a really good Hotel good food, good services, good rooms, an area for the adults. For the kids the deepest pool is only 1,52 meters. But all in all i can say that it was worth it.

Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

Arrived on 6th March - from reception onwards we found all aspects of our holiday most satisfactory - reception staff were more than helpful ( especially with my mobile phone ). Our room was immaculate and well situated

Highlights: - Staff are brilliant, service is great and rooms are always made up well - Rooms are spacious and will be even better once modernised further - Pools and grounds are lovely and well-maintained, you could be anywhere - Food is good for AI, including the 4 a la cartes … just book restaurants early on day 1 - Entertainment was really good, with live music every night and pool games most days...

we were never managed to get a bed by the front in the whole week we stayed, seating by the pools felt a bit overcrowded and beds packed in - No adults only pool at the moment, this was a pull for us but it was closed due to refurb - Soft drinks were flat, would expect this to improve with new equipment after the refurb - Location is quiet (which we expected) … if you are wanting to go out locally...

Price of hotel not worth what it offers. Pay more and visit Bahia fantasia. Or just get a cheaper hotel and it wont be far off this place. If it's booked don't worry you will still have a decent holiday

Think they have gave up and just waiting on it closing. Hotel offering free t shirts for 5 star reviews. Would prob be better to get honest reviews and look to improve on what people find inadequate

Stayed room 6006 then moved to 5206 because of dirty water. 5206 had a bad cockroach infestation. Was only in it for 3 nights but seen at least 10 per night. Could have prob pushed to move again

Note: the hotel need to do something about the ridiculous sun lounger reserving. People putting towels on sun loungers at 8am, and not turning up until 1pm, using them for an hour and leaving again

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming — you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area

Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely

We also included breakfast in our stay, and it was absolutely worth it. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was stunning. If your budget allows, the upgrade is well worth it

Honestly, I can’t fault this hotel. If you’re staying in Adeje, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. My only complaint? That I can’t give it more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago. It's been done up really welll. We were in the adults only section which was great with lots of areas with relaxing sunbeds. Food was fine, we did eat out on most evenings

Only downsides were you had to book in the night before to use the gym and the daytime music at the rooftop bar was extreme loud. Despite that we would stay again

Stayed as 2 couples in their 40’s. Chose adults area for apartment. The only thing as a negitive for us was a slight lack of atmosphere. I’m guessing just due to what people want from a holiday

Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, the rooftop yoga was a lovely experience. The rooftop bar served amazing cocktails, some of the best I’ve had

But most places were very quiet, a bit of music wouldn’t have gone a miss Found the hotel very nice, shops and bars a short walk away

We booked this place for five days on an all-inclusive basis. The hotel is in a good location, and both the rooms and the outdoor areas, including the pool, were very clean. Most of the staff were friendly and polite

The food is decent- would be nice to see more vegetarian options but there is a good variety of food in general. There is entertainment each evening and a number of bars open all day/evening

And the hotel will always be a special place for me as it’s where my partner proposed to me ❤️

Clearer labeling would help avoid this kind of mix-up. • No self-serve drinks at meals or poolside—it’s all bar service. At busy times this can mean a wait, especially for second or third rounds

The bedroom was always kept clean, plenty space inside with everything needed for a holiday. I had a ground floor pool view that captured the afternoon sunshine

The food in the restaurant was varied, well presented and tasty, something for everyone. The hotel is in a good location, handy for the local shops, close by to the promenade and yes there is a slope to walk

Yes, around the edges it needs an uplift, however the staff are so friendly, the cleaners keep the hotel ever so clean, reception friendly and helpful although not a massive amount of interaction with them

Pools are well maintained, cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. Our trip was 5days Friday to Wednesday

Honestly, best holiday I've had in a long time, staff very friendly, food was excellent, entertainment on every night, although we like to walk, and everything is within a very short walking distance especially to the beaches, highly recommended this hotel and the staff, hopefully next year we will come again

Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived (drink on arrival), from reception staff/cleaners/pool staff/chefs/restaurant staff were amazing! Special mention for the entertainment team! Would have liked the option for the food hall to open out to a sheltered outside area, like other places offer. Pool walls needed a scrub Entertainment ok, the staff worked hard

The entire hotel is very clean, and the rooms are perfectly prepared each day. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and a wide selection of toiletries. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the beds are extremely comfortable

We are recently back from a week at this hotel. It is one of the best all-inclusive hotels I've stayed in. I travelled with my family for my birthday and had a great time. The staff were very friendly (all of them)

The pool are are good where you can swim and there is an area next to Riu Palace by the sea where an infinity pool are with a bar is included in the hotell area

We had a very enjoyable 11 night stay at Hotel Riu Arecas, reception staff always greeted you with a friendly smile and nothing was too much trouble, our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, the usual tea and coffee facilities, bathroom also good size with walk in shower, the restaurant was spacious, you can sit in or out, the waitering staff worked hard with a smile, food was excellent...

Lounge bar entertainment was also very good 🎶🎷🎸 Private pool bar area with infinity pool overlooking the promenade and sea was amazing! Plenty of sunbeds and lovely golden sand - felt like you were actually on the beach ⛱️ The hotel was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful, location beautiful, and I could highly recommend staying here

From the back of the hotel there are many steps that take you to the promenade, there is an alternative, if you leave the hotel from the front entrance, walk up the slope to the main road, turn right along the pavement for about 600 yards until you come to a terracotta colour building, turn right and walk down the slope to the promenade

Only one pool towel per person allowed but wet ones can be exchanged for a dry one. Pool bar only sells drinks & ice creams. Regular bus service going East into local town

Pool space gets really busy, age old issue with clients bagging sun-beds with a towel early morning & then not using them! Pools are immaculate & well maintained

There is one lift that I have found (so far) that gets you down to the pool area, but it is not an easy place to get around if you have walking difficulties or like to wear high-heels! Our one bedroom bungalow probably has the best shower (pressure and hot water) that I have ever had in Tenerife

Housekeeping was excellent in our room and the entire site was kept very clean. Two pools and one children's only pool are good quality with plenty of free sunbeds and pool towels

Our luggage was taken to our rooms by two lovely guys. The rooms were very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel itself was pretty in style and immaculate with staff always cleaning

Also I do not agree that AI customers should be charged on an evening at the pool bar albeit with a 40% discount. I don’t understand why people would pay when there is other bars free of charge it just doesn’t make sense

The food was not of an high standard if you were AI but if you were paying for the pool bar food it was a completely different standard. It’s a shame that this level of food wasn’t available to all

The lifeguard provides towels for use on the sun loungers happily, with a smile, free of charge. The housekeepers have been excellent during our stay, unsung heroes

Within a 10 minute walk you find lovely places for breakfast, lunch or dinner! The staff were nice overall. The swimming pools are nice, cold for the time of the year (January)

I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off.

We went the end of march and stayed in a premium sea view room for 7 nights. The hotel was spotless and beautiful. Food was amazing Pool areas were really nice Comfortable sun beds and lots of them

The beach towels are much better, so why aren't these towels provided in the rooms? Also, the hot food at breakfast is mostly cold and the 3 other meals we have had in the restaurants have been pretty awful and overpriced

Everything about this resort is fantastic. The employees were all super nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with beach access, but not too crowded. Classy for sure

Very clean, high standard of decor, enough sunbeds so no fighting, very good restaurant, lots of places to relax, great sea views and heated pool that was a good temperature for October.

It’s so convenient to get there using the rear entrance from the hotel. Then back to the superb sun deck for a relaxing afternoon sunbathing and swimming in the fantastic pools

There is a choice of heated and unheated pools. Our favourite is the cooler pool with the huge waterfalls - so refreshing when it’s hot. The hotel always looks immaculate
