Ohtels Gran Hotel

Happy to be back and the hotel looks wonderful, fresh ,spacious and light after the renovations. My group was very happy with the rooms and the location . Breakfast is a favourite with options for everyone and having an egg station is amazing, also freshly squeezed orange juice !
Lovely to see some familiar faces too , all the staff both front and back off house do a marvellous job ! Thank you to Paula the conferencing Manager for supporting our group ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Would be nice to see some chairs on the balcony but hopefully they are on their way .

Lovely hotel, seems a mix of business and pleasure. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable, well staffed, great choice at breakfast. Small pool, nice for a dip after sightseeing all day. Central to all sights.

A great hotel. Really good value 👏 views across the harbour are wonderful and the pool was fab. Very nice staff too.

The hotel had just been refurbished so few snagging problems which didn't spoil our stay. Very helpful friendly staff. Would have been nice to have seats on the balcony and extra pillows. Breakfast not really worth the extra €14.00, a few nearby cafés were really good.

Was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews but we just finished our holiday after the renovations and it was great! Everything was new and clean. The breakfast was great and really appreciated having items like eggs made fresh. We liked the room and slept well - it was not loud at all. The area was very good, quite close to the beach and also the city centre!

One improvement could maybe be adding some chairs onto the balcony as we didn’t have anywhere to sit but the view was lovely. Also the seasonal pool’s opening months are incorrectly displayed on ******* which was a slight disappointment but nothing to do with the quality of hotel! Really recommend and would return :)

We liked the room and slept well - it was not loud at all. The area was very good, quite close to the beach and also the city centre! The staff were also very kind and patient - the check in and out was super easy and we also booked a taxi via reception which was no issue either.

Great hotel to stay overnight. Unfortunately, the hallway smells of cigarettes.
The rooms are spacious.

The hotel is in good location in the city centre where you can find coffee shops restaurants shops and supermarkets and stores s close to the beach staff are friendly

Great for motorbike travelers. Excellent staff at the reception, highly professional and hospitable. A great attitude and English skill made me feel welcome right away. Good and safe underground parking.

Also the hotel's location is perfect in the city center near restaurants and stores. Rooms were clean, bed was firm and bathrooms spotless and recently renovated.

Highly appreciated the helpfulness of the reception when arrived late after an exhausting 19 hour travel-day. Visited this same hotel again later on my trip due to good experience.
