I stayed at the hotel for a short trip to Vera and Antas in the spring. The rooms are spacious and each has a decent balcony with great views of either the gold course, the sea or Sierra Cabrera. The food in the hotel is excellent. Valle del este is a nice green gem in the semi desert of the area. Great service, I recommend it.

In response to your reply. A room change was requested, you were given the reason and we were told it would be at a fee of €20 . That’s why the review was written. The 3 night break was exhausting and NOT a break at all!
Why is it, if a guest has already paid to stay, yet the neighbouring guests were extremely noisy with no regard for other patrons, resulting in no sleep, do I have to pay €20 for a room change?

Went for a golf trip, nice course and staff helpful throughout.
Couple bars and restaurants around the hotel, if not a 15-minute taxi which staff are more than happy to help with.

Ideal hotel / golf resort.
Great local bar, Karens. Good food, drink and very friendly staff.
Not much else around though unless you want a 20 - 30 minute cab ride.

Sorry but can only comment on the service in the bar area as I have only had a drink there. However, some of my friends have stayed there and said it was very good

My daughter and I spent the morning in the spa followed by a massage. It was lovely and really reasonably priced. My massage was done by a lady named Claudia and it was really good. I would recommend 😁

We went to hit some golf balls. It is well run and huge. We ate an amazing lunch at Karen's bar. Gorgeous views

We stayed here as a family of 4 with young children on a half board rate. The room felt smaller as the 2 extra beds had already been set up when we arrived. Clean and presentable, big enough bathroom with a good shower.
The food was nice, not a huge selection available but enough for everyone. There were plenty of tables.
Remember that even bottled water has to be paid for in the evening.
The desserts were popular with our children.
We went for a short walk around the golf course, beautiful setting and location.
There isn't much to do for families as it's mainly for golf lovers.
Keep in mind that this hotel can only be reached by car but it's conveniently next to the motorway.
The food was nice, not a huge selection available but enough for everyone. There were plenty of tables.

Karen's Bar - lovely place for meeting place before your round of golf ⛳ opens at 12 - staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely cup of coffee

Staff are great, incredibly friendly and helpful. The course is nice and well kept, can be quite a challenging course but they are constantly making impressive improvements to the course. I love coming here when I visit family in Spain. Great work Valle del Este.
