Of all the hotels I stayed in, this one had the nicest people working in it. From reception to house cleaning to breakfast staff. I request "do not disturb" on my way because I don't need it cleaned (I keep it clean) and on the third day I found a big bag with towels, shower gel, shampoo, lotion and toilet paper rolls put in front of my door! How nice of them!! This has never happened to me in any hotel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in a huge range of hotels including 5 star hotels.
The windows have double glass so you cannot hear anything from the street. Also they have blackout curtains. Bidet works great and it was one of the main reasons l initially chose this hotel. I'll surely come back again to this hotel. Furthermore; when I checked and went up to my room, I couldn't find the remote for the AC and called reception who came up to try and find it when I couldn't. AC remote was in the room but I just couldn't see it. I requested extra towels from him and he got me two more in less than 10 minutes. Spacious room and the knives at breakfast are actually sharp not like those knives that does nothing! I really loved everything about this hotel. How close it was to everything is so convenient! This is where I’m going to stay again when I go to Barcelona!!

Stayed 6 nights here. Nice experience. From reception, breakfast, and room service all are good. Breakfast is good but I will be more happy if they make some variations in food because we had same breakfast for 6 days. Rooms are well mentained. Close to La Rambla street and shopping area and two metro stops are just 1 min walking away.

The hotel is in a very central location, close to 2 different metro and several shops/markets but just outside the chaos of the Rambla.
The room is spacious, as is the bathroom with enough towels and courtesy kits. The hotel is clean and comfortable, although a little old and perhaps in need of some renovation.
The staff is kind and helpful, they also speak Italian!
The air conditioning in the common areas is excessive: coming from outside (and from the heat of August) the effect is pleasant at first but it can be disturbing in the long run!
The room has an opaque window overlooking an internal courtyard, so there is no natural light and the artificial lights are weak.
The breakfast is good but perhaps not very varied in some categories (fruit, vegetables, cereals).

Fantastic location. Close to two metro station with different routes. You can go all the places you saved to see by using these stations or just by walking (if the weather is all right). The AC worked well. The wifi was reliable. The hotel furniture/ decorations are a bit old, they need modernization. But still, no regrets!

The rooms were always clean and so were the sheets and towels. I could see the bustling streets of Barcelona from my balcony. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is very well located- close to everything. It is basic, clean and has everything you need. The bathroom is good: water pressure very nice.
The staff is SUPER friendly, and very helpful with everything. Thank you for the warm welcome and kind service! Even the breakfast staff was cheery!

Suggestions for improvement:
My room (individual) was fine: the pillows are terrible, though. Flat and lifeless, almost like not having any at all. My neck was sore every morning.
The breakfast was ok. During the two mornings I was there I missed having fresh fruit... there were oranges and apples, but in the morning it would be nice to have bananas, kiwis, cut-up fruit... Overall it was fine, and the food was fresh and good.

Great hotel. Amazing that we could leave our baggage even before the check-in started. Very good location, close to metro and La Rambla, or actually to most of these iconic places. The room was clean and had everything you need. Very good for having a kettler. Nice staff. I personally liked the breakfast the most, it was really delicious, big range of products. In general, very nice experience!
