Great experience nice clean rooms great location. Staff is helpful, breakfast is good, nice rooftop but they need more staff up there. Highly recommend!

This ‘hotel’ doesn’t even fulfil its basic function which is to provide customers with a room to sleep in. The rooms on the front are on a busy main road with ambulances going past and a metro rumbling underneath. The rooms on the back of the hotel don’t have functioning air conditioning. Don’t trust the glossy pics - the ‘hotel’ looks nothing like this. It’s a trashy 3 star ‘hotel’ charging 5 star prices. Do yourself an favour and avoid this ‘hotel’ and all the others in the crappy Vincci chain.
UPDATE: the front desk did manage to find us a room at the back with air conditioning that worked for our 2nd night. They also partially refunded our previous night's stay. So credit to them for doing that. However the rooms have a sound insulation issue, which could be simply overcome by using the fan of the aircon as 'white noise', which doesn't seem to be possible with the existing aircon system.

Its a very low budget hotel. Cheap branding and products. The pool, rather the bathtub is way to small for these temperatures. The company should invest in worker's well being and adapt the uniform I suffered watching the waiters work. Not to mention the hygiene.

DO NOT come to this hotel, simply everything absurd that could happen in a hotel happened here. First they put us in a room that smelled like sewage, yes you read that right, the bathroom had a horrible smell of sewage and when we called to complain, a guy answered us and was extremely rude, he didn't apologize at any point, he didn't take responsibility by the hotel and said he would send someone to flush a product down the toilet. We had to force them to change our room. They moved us to a smaller room with a view to the back, instead of at least keeping the same room we booked with booking. In the second room the air conditioning doesn't work, I woke up in the early morning feeling sick from the heat, as it was suffocating in the room, so we bed to change again to another room. We paid €261 euros per night and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. A complete lack of respect. They don't care about the guests.

Best hotel ever!! The service & location was amazing, especially the receptionist Nussoni who was able to answer all my questions gave me great recommendations and tips :)

Pros: good location, walkable to attractions, clean room, accommodated early check-in, check-in staff nice and helped with a map of areas to visit. Restaurant in hotel very nice and upscale.
Cons: small room, AC doesn’t work well - would not recommend for Americans or people who need rooms cool to sleep. Has very small lobby if you need to wait for room

Rooms are small in Europe but this place was extra small. The staff were not pleasant or helpful. The a/c worked off and on. The shower was pathetic. At least the breakfast was good. Probably the only positive. For a 4 star hotel not impressed. Advertises balcony however the view is the next buildings trashy balcony’s. Just No!

Stayed here for 3 nights during a little city break.
Was warmly greeted at the reception, with quick and easy check in an hour earlier.
The room was very cozy, with a balcony, Aircon, free bottles of water, a mini fridge (corkscrew/bottle opener included), kettle and instant coffee/teas.
The "double" bed was made up of 2 singles - so I could not properly enjoy a full spread on the bed, which is slightly disappointing, but it was comfortable anyways.
The bathroom was very clean, make up mirror, hair dryer with some attachments, shower caps, and a decently sized bathtub.
Location wise - the hotel is in a great spot, with a 2min walk to a metro station which connects you easily to the airport (~50mins), and other good spots. There is a Lidl just 5mins away which is great to buy some snacks and water, or wine!
A great amount of well-rated restaurants within walking distance as well - tapas, fast food, Asian cuisines, coffee places.
There is also a pharmacy on the corner of the street, which is useful for any little ailment

Comfy and super clean. The hotel and room design do feel a bit outdated. The location is great. Quite street, close to public transport
