A beautiful hotel in an outstanding area
Close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

The front desk staff (Oscar & Cristina) were incredible. Very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and were also very professional.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean

The terrace was very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary tea service every afternoon.

We would highly recommend this hotel. We were 4 women traveling together and always felt safe

This hotel is beautiful, and there is a lovely breakfast spread in the mornings. It is clean and comfortable, although not a lot of space in the rooms for clothing. Definitely need to live out of your suitcase. We experienced problems with the heating and air conditioning. All rooms are on the same thermostat, so despite individual controllers in the rooms, it doesn’t matter what you set the temp to. The temp the first night was very cold, despite trying to heat the room, and the temp the second night was very warm. Great location, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

A truly great hotel. The location could not be better. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet with a great outdoor terrace. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. A Five Star stay at a Three Star price.

A great hotel in a superb location. Our room was quiet despite being on a busy road. We had a balcony but there is also a courtyard terrace available in which to relax.
The staff , especially those on the front desk ,are friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful . Nothing is too much trouble be it ordering taxis , arranging take away breakfast or pointing out places to visit.

The staff is super welcoming and very professional when it comes to the guests wishes or inquiries. The breakfast buffet has a great variety for everybody and the entire location is always super clean.

The staff moreover has got a great taste when it comes to recommendations for restaurants or places to visit during the stay. They never disappointed me with any recommendation, actually it has always been a positive and trustworthy surprise.
One can really feel and see for themselves that this team consists of passionate and caring people.

Wow! I have never left a hotel review before but this experience was above and beyond. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us. Welcome cocktails and a free happy hour spread were a very nice bonus. The hotel is rich in history and has the best rooftop terrace and lounge areas of any place we stayed. The delightful woman at reception had such a wonderful personality and put a smile on both our faces. The location is perfect and there is truly no better place to stay. Will definitely be returning here and referring it to anyone we know visiting this beautiful city. You won’t regret the stay and spacious rooms. Thank you again

Best hotel ever! Excellent location, outstanding service from every single employee (the receptionist was the best, the people who clean the bedrooms, the waitress at breakfast, all of them!) and a very cozy hotel. Excellent value! If you are in Barcelona you must check it out!

Hotel general decor is elegant and clean.
My room was a little small. The shower wasn't very good (although i accept there are water-saving measures in place throughout Barcelona). And no iron in the room - which i found inconvenient.
Location of hotel is fantastic.

A wonderful place to stay. Our first trip to Spain, our cruise was leaving from port and we stayed for 3 nights prior to leaving. Just a great experience from the second we walked in until the second we left. Clean rooms, GREAT breakfast and the location was perfect. We walked most of our stay here and the staff was very friendly helping us get around. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay! Room was comfortable with fantastic high ceilings and quiet large double panes windows/ doors that open- looking out on the Gran Via as an honored request. Close to all easy access to rooms with beautiful staircase or elevator. Family also had a lovely back room with balcony on the courtyard for evening time. Breakfast room comfortable and good full breakfast with plenty of choices for all travelers. Thank you for a lovely stay.
