Nice hotel, high-quality room cleaning, nice location...everything is nearby

Lovely hotel, lovely staff and perfect location to everything! Room was cleaned every day. We had a room overlooking the sea which was great. We went there for our anniversary and the staff came us and surprised us with fruits and drinks. Thank you for making it special for us. Also, a BIG THANK YOU to the electrician who gave us his euro plug for our phone as the one I got wasn't working. And also a big thank you to Jack, I think he's the manager in the catering department who got the chef to make us a vegetarian pizza for us as we couldn't have most of the food from their buffet. Thank you to the chef who came out of the kitchen to help us and explain to us which food is halal for us and which isn't. Fantastic service thank you guys at Best hotels Sirocco you have made our stay special.

Very dirty, toilet wasn’t cleaned, we found hairs from strangers. The only good thing is good personel and great yard

The staff are very helpful and accommodating.
The food is amazing...a bit too amazing according to my waistline!
The facilities are very good, including the excellent swimming pools.
The entertainment is good.
Loads of supermarkets nearby, including a Lidl about 1 km away. The beautiful beach is 400 metres away. Fantastic Paloma Park about 1 mile away where you can feed the turtles.
I wouldn't hesitate in returning again to this hotel.

To start with the receptionists are very Rude.
As we arrived to the hotel we asked to upgrade to a Premium Room, and the receptionist said that there were none at that moment (on their website it showed that they had some available for our all stay) and she gave us a Superior Double Room that was fine but not very cleaned, the air conditioning didn't work properly, the bathroom is just too "démodé" and when we took a shower there was water everywhere on the floor.
Next day we were Upgrated to the Premium Room and yesss finally we got what we have paid for :) (we had to pay extra 20€ per night for the Upgrade). A decent big room, nice bathroom it seemed that we were in a diferent place. The receptionist didn't seem happy to give us the room and made us feel that we didn't deserve it even though we had money to pay for it. We even though about changing the hotel...breff
In 10 days we never used the swimming pool because its small and it was always crowded.
The food was very good, and the Staff at the restaurant was AMAZING. they have a hard job but are always kind and if it wasn't for them I would rate this place 2 stars.
Overall the Superior Room bathrooms need to be refurbished, if You want to stay here it's better to book straight a away a PREMIUM ROOM.
The Receptionist Staff need to do more Trainings on how to treat people even though some have been working there for more that 20 years ( I've seen other reviews that also refer to them).

Easy access for beach, also buses to explore, ore other areas

We spend our holidays in hotel best siroco. We are very happy with all. The food plenty of choice. Room very clean and big. Pool very relax and big. The hotel is near the beach and center..... We enjoy here
