Great hotel, great buffet, but most importantly all the staff. There are 10 people at the reception, a lifeguard with even more points, especially in the Sergio restaurant, which stands out the most. We were there for two days and because we need to work so we don't have to stay longer.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners!
We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds.
Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system.
The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar!
Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!

Very good hotel. Great spa although the steam shower did not work. Details in the room such as water and chocolates
It was cold in the rooms, you could only put the air conditioning, the hot air is not plugged in. They provided us with blankets but when you are out of bed you have to be warm. I recommend it if you want to spend a few quiet days go now in low season . Good deals and peace of mind.

Thought the hotel was a little tired in some areas. Our one bedroom apartment was nice & clean. In our room some fittings, like the shower head were lose, electric plug socket in bathroom not connected to the wall correctly. By the pool area noticed tiles broke around flower bed between main pool & children’s pool.
If you are not good at walking this hotel is at the top of a very steep hill. Having said this, we enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean.

Great location, very clean. Staff professional and trained well. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. Especially thanks to cleaning lady Yanira who worked hard every day and maintained our room in spotless condition! Unfortunately all that great things are spoiled by food... As long as I understand that it's off season I think 4 stars obligating to keep up on standard. Food is nothing like the one on promotional pictures and sadly based on frozen products. During 10 days of the holiday there was hardly any seafood (apart from frozen fish). Personally I think it's a lost opportunity since potential of this place is massive!
