Excellent hotel with great service. From the first day, we were welcomed everywhere in a friendly way and with a smile. The staff is very well organized and attentive. The buffet is very varied, and everyone can find something they like. Our son loved the mini disco from the first day, especially Beny. We adults also really enjoyed the evening activities with Natalia.

All the staff is amazing me and my family are very happy probably we coming back next year. My kids have a lot of fun at the Kids Club and Minidisco with Stefy, Eva,Vero and Fabi. Me and my wife are having a laugh every night with Natalia. She do it pretty well with the quizzes,bingos and dances. Everything is very clean and the waiters are marvellous

Everyone was so lovely and kind at the hotel to my and myself. Attentive, caring and considerate throughout our entire small holiday in Málaga.
Especially amazing staff were Jade the receptionist whom helped with all our concerns and Stefi and her colleagues whom were involving with the kids in Benys club. Thank you so much for all your hard work and keep it up!

Came here for 5 nights and we had a great stay! The room was very clean and today with all the things you needed.
The beds where comfy. The staff where helpful, only thing I could complain about was there was no free access to drinking water anyway. The restaurant was good with a wide selection of choices. I would of thought they would of had a kids section with it being a very child friendly hotel, no children's plates or cutlery. The entertainment was good and drinks where reasonable. They had a free bus service from the hotel to the beach front which was nice. Would love to come back in summer

Great hotel, great buffet, but most importantly all the staff. There are 10 people at the reception, a lifeguard with even more points, especially in the Sergio restaurant, which stands out the most. We were there for two days and because we need to work so we don't have to stay longer.

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners!
We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds.
Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system.
The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar!
Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!
