Love this hotel shame it as been sold off,it is to be refurbed and extended and will probably put it in a different price range ,we have been told it will close 31st october 2017 for approximatley 6months will have to wait and see outcome, fingers crossed.

Hotel looking tired but very clean, staff always happy to help. Smaller hotel, more personal. Good pool area, quiet when we went in late September.

My hubby and I stayed here in July this year for 11 nights. Found the hotel needed serious updating. Cracked and broken tiles on balcony and bathroom. Paint flaking off walls on balcony. Food seriously sub standard. Handles fell off units in bedroom. Waiting staff were absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough for us. Pity the same could not be said for the staff manning front desk. Found them to be extremely rude. First time ever I had to complain to Jet2holidays who we booked through. I ended up with a really bad tummy on then last few days. Love Benalmadena but would never return to the Hotel Villasol.
