Located in a quiet resort area, on the coast. It is the most famous resort flamenco show. The hotel has its own casino and great opportunities for conferences. Recommend for business meetings and family vacations.

Sorry but this has to be the best Hotel Stay ever. From the moment you walk into reception you can tell the quality is already there. Staff really helpful and present them selves well. Room was superb..clean and well laid out. Food was amazing I couldn't see anyone not finding anything they didn't like. A good choice of drinks too. Staff are always on hand keeping the hotel spotless. A choice of pools from adult only too splash park for little ones. Definitely a return here.

Family of three ... beautiful room....very clean.. cleaners bar staff everyone works so hard. Food amazing ...I have gluten intolerance and all food labelled so I knew what I could eat . Also kitchen chefs made me gf pizza and fried chips and bread when I requested . Amazing friendly helpful . beautiful place .... A walk to the marina but lots of bars restaurant very near by . Drinks where fab . Food fab. Service fab . amenities fab. I would love to go again . One thing .... A gf toaster for breakfast would be amazing I missed toast . But the baguette was good when bread was made for me. All in all a fab hotel experience. Will miss this place.

Check in was smooth, we had an 11th floor Superior Double room with sea view. The room was big with plenty of storage space, spotlessly clean, big bathroom, coffee machine, safe and fridge. Great view from the balcony of the low cloud and rain 😢. All inclusive was fab, great selection of food, sweets and salad etc, live cooking station at all meal times. Staff are a great asset here that’s all staff. We knew before we went that the beach was none existent however, the huge well kept hotel grounds made up for it. Plenty of places to sit outside when it’s nice, poolside bar again very good and snacks great. No issues for us hotel wise, definitely would return. Thanks all staff we had a great holiday.

3rd visit here, not been since 2022, noticed some improvements around the hotel. We live down the coast and met up with family here to stay together. We were half board plenty of breakfast options and no issues with evening meal, lots of choice, cooked well, definitely more catered to the British then other hotels I’ve stayed in the area. Room was huge as we were given a corner room, with an amazing sea view. Had no issues finding free parking off the street leading to the hotel. Hotel car park used to be free now it’s charged per day. Everything was clean in the room, around the hotel. Drinks prices on par with bars/restaurants in the area. On the outskirts of Benal, taxi needed to visit the marina area. Entertainment wasn’t great during our visit. They did have great Motown singers on but they were inside and everyone was sat outside. They have an outdoor stage down near the adult pool strange they don’t use this. Also find it strange the adults only pool is huge in comparison to the kids pool. No large inflatables are allowed only for small babies and a small ring if it’s not too busy. My son made lots of friends and the hotel was safe enough for them to go to the park in the evening or the arcade on their own. Only let down was we struggled to get sunbeds, everyone queues from 9am to reserve, big queues too. Which is annoying and not something I’ve experienced at other hotels I’m used to staying at.

Holiday was amazing! Food was really good, hotel was clean & we had a fabulous time! Their was 8 of us & we all loved it, It was that good we’re booking to come back next year, only negative thing I would say is the cocktails weren’t good, they were pre-made, most hotels have lots of frozen cocktails (pina colada, strawberry daiquiri etc) it would make the holiday even better with frozen cocktails much more refreshing, I heard a few people at the pool complain about this, also the music at the pool wasn’t that good, was more French/Spanish music, we’re from Scotland so their was a few songs we knew but that was it, but other than that I would highly recommend this hotel, I honestly didn’t want to go home was such a fabulous holiday xx

Just back from a week in this hotel with Carter on the Costa, a brilliant week with Nathan Carter & Friends. We were told there are new owners and that they are going renovating the pool, restaurant and to me the pool is beautiful, yes the restaurant needs cleaning up, but what is really needed is more bar & waiter staff both inside and outside, the queues in both are so so endless and takes away from the rest of the hotel. Reception staff are also grumpy, this service would not be tolerated in Ireland. Food menus need to be more tasty, a lot of evenings we just had salad as the hot food was not very nice. Plenty taxis lined up outside as the hotel is a good walk from everything. The is a small shop across the road alright for convenience. Looking forward to going back next year to live the changes for a week, lets hope that it will be amazing

A hotel that had always been a benchmark in Benalmadena, the food has declined in quality and variety, adapting to foreign guests—French, English, etc.—apparently they're the ones who rule, or rather, money rules. It's very sad to see them wandering around reception, even checking in, shirtless, barefoot, and not being called out by anyone. It's a shame. The staff, in general, is very friendly, but the rules are what they are, and they are completely permissive about all these things. All of the above, and a few other situations regarding the freedom of foreign guests, who make up 95% of the total, mean that this once great hotel is gradually declining in stature. I don't know if I'm making myself clear, but enjoyment and having a good time, both foreign and non-foreign, are not incompatible with basic rules, which, in my opinion, the hotel should enforce for the well-being of all guests and to restore the status of Hotel Estival Torrequebrada.

Beautiful hotel ,most amazing settings and a beautiful beach.the food .oh my God.the food was beyond belief.and the staff and staffing levels are excellent and flawless.from the check in moment where friendly faces and a distinctive lovely smell welcome you in the lobby before you reach the desk, to the check out moment where you can have access to a communalconciergeplace where you can safely keep your languageuntilyou're ready to say goodbye .in the restaurant it was a constant presence of staff.cooking, replenishing ,clearing,welcoming and seeing you out.all in all,you don't get such an experience and don't feel special.

We stayed here in July 2024. The hotel is spotlessly clean (e.g., the poolside toilets are cleaned approx 4 times throughout the day). The service by staff is friendly, polite and exceptionally helpful.

There are a selection of pools to choose from (including an indoor one). There are 'adult only' pools, that are more relaxing, through to a kids splash pool with a selection of slides and a main pool, all with poolside seating and a well stocked food/drink station beside. The entertainment staff are friendly and helpful.

The food was amazing (we were all inclusive), with various themed nights to keep things changed up.

To the immediate south of the hotel (and accessible via a gate) is a beautiful beachfront walk.

Lovely hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Speaking in English, Spanish and French. So much food on offer in the restaurant, pool bar has a good selection of different food and snacks. The entertainment team are so busy all day and night, so helpful and friendly. Marta and Alberto in the entertainment are SUPER. A few bars & shops close by, the marina is 30 minutes walk along the sea front but the buses are frequent and cheap (even cheaper if you can get a green card from the tabacco shop).
