Quality modern hotel for its category. Very beautiful green area. More suitable for adult tourists, couples and young people.

My wife & I stayed for 10 nights 12th - 22nd July. Had a lovely time & on the whole enjoyed our stay.

A minor gripe was the lack of a double bed in our room & no tea/coffee making facilitie

The policy for not reserving sunbeds was not implemented & we resorted to an "if you can't beat them join them" by putting our towels down on sunbeds while we went for breakfast, the pool area attendants just shrugged their shoulders when questioned why towels were placed first thing of a morning & the beds not used until lunchtime. On one occasion we had to pay €14 to hire 2 sunbeds on the beach behind the hotel. Other than that great hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are amazing and they all work very hard. They are friendly and very approachable. Food is delicious, loads of choice and catered for everyone. Very clean and tidy. Brilliant location for public transport and trips. Would highly recommend.

A strong smell of chlorine is felt only after entering. The furniture of the rooms is outdated, the bedding is poor. The service staff is rude. The food served in the hotel is not tasty, the dishes are broken... The experience in this hotel is disappointing.

Very tidy hotel and room. Friendly Staff. Decent qualify restaurant with plenty of choice available for all tastes. Nice bar area. Nice outdoor pool and fantastic beach views.

Great hotel in a super location. About 15 minutes from the airport. At the back of the hotel you're right on the beach and the beach walkway goes for on forever. Benalmadena is about a 10 minute walk where you will find a fantastic marina with countless bars and places to eat and watch the world go by.

Great location for shops and cafes. On the flat so if you have difficulty walking it's ideal the hotel is clean and spacious in public areas. We booked a sea view which was good, only down side was we could hear the lift at night room 649. Food was above average for a Spanish hotel but don't rate the bacon unless you want to use it to make shoes. we can not understand why they have to over cook it. Pool was cleaned daily but didn't use as it was to cold but it is November after all. Staff are all hard working and helpful.

Pretty happy with everything during our 10 night stay APART from the evening dinner. We paid for half board but chose to eat out in the end. There were some ridiculously busy nights. No tables, tables not laid, tables dirty, no drinks orders taken, rude staff. I did complain to the restaurant at the time, they basically ignored me. After, I complained to reception who seemed more interested. Things did improve, but if we went in we only had the salad because the mains selection was poor. Sometimes it was like eating in school cafeteria total chaos, not a 4* restaurant. On the other hand, breakfast was good.

Nice & clean hotel, but way too expensive given the many minor annoyences & false advertising; 'partial sea view' room only provided very minimal sea view when on outer edge of balcony (see advertised & actual photo) and I was never able to book the advertised free airport transfer. Worst of all, they are ignorant to customer complaints. Reception told me to send an email as no manager was available onsite to discuss my complaints; sent two emails but never received a response.
